Dependence of secondary recrystallization on primary recrystallized structure in Boron Si-Fe was investigated using heats containing 0.049%C (Alloy A) and 0.013% (Alloy B). Elongated grains in primary recrystallized structure were observed in samples cold rolled with 40 passes after normalizing above 1050℃ for 5 minutes for Alloy A and in samples normalized at 900℃ for 5 minutes for Alloy B. Samples which contain elongated grains in primary recrystallized structure experienced normal grain growth and developed no secondary recrystallization during final texture anneal. However, the elongated grains in primary recrystallized structure were completely eliminated and secondary recrystallization occurred in samples which were additional heat treated at 900℃ in N₂ atmosphere for a long time (72 hrs) at the hot band stage before cold rolling and texture annealing.

소결체 철-규소 합금에 있어서 조성, 소결온도와 분말입자의 크기가 자기적성질인 최대투자율(μ_(max))과 보자력 (H_c)에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 약 3wt.%의 규소를 함유한 시편에서 H_c가 가장 낮고 μ_(max)가 가장 큰 값을 얻었다. 그 이유는 규소함량이 증가할수록 합금의 고유인자인 K₁/M_5는 감소하나 소결성이 나쁘기 때문으로 설명할 수 있다. 융점이 낮은 철-규소 합금분말의 사용은 소결을 촉진시키나 소결후의 grain 내부에 미세한 기공을 남겨 최대투자율은 감소시키고 보자력은 증가시킨다. μ_(max)와 H_c는 사용한 분말의 입자크기에도 영향을 받아 가장 우수한 자기적 성질은 미세한 철분말과 미세하고 순수한 규소분말을 사용하고 수소 분위기에서 1450℃로 소결한 시편에서 얻었다. The magnetic properties of sintered Fe-Si alloys were investigated as function of composition, sintering temperature, and particle size and source of iron powder and silicon powder. Measurements of maximum permeability (μ_(max)) and coercive force (Hc) were performed with hysteresis-graph tracer. The lowest H_c and highest μ_(max) were found in specimen containing 3wt.% Si. It can be explained in terms of the intrinsic parameter K₁/M_5 and sinterability, i.e., the higher the silicon content the lower the value of K₁/M_5 but the lower the sinterability. Prealloyed silicon-iron powder, having lower melting temperature, enhanced sintering but decreased the μ_(max) and increased H_c due to the presence of fine pores in the grain. The μ_(max) and H_c were also affected by the particle size of the iron powder used. Thus the best magnetic properties were found in specimen containing 3wt.% Si prepared from fine carbonyl iron powder and pure silicon powder, sintered at 1450℃ in dry hydrogen.
Flux가 Lithium Ferrite의 미세구조 및 메모리코어 특성에 미치는 영향

The microstructures and memory core characteristics of substituted lithium ferrites with addition of $Bi_2O_3$, $V_2O_5$, $Nb_2O_3$, and $P_2O_5$ were investigated. The effects of composite flux on the sintering of the substituted lithium ferrites were also studied. The results show that the addition of $Bi_2O_3$, $V_2O_5$, and $Nb_2O_5$ enhances sintering whereas $Sb_2O_3$ and $P_2O_5$ inhibits it, and that the addition of $Nb_2O_5$ results in uniform grain size while the addition of $Bi_2O_3$ or $V_2O_5$ results in non-uniformity in grain size. When $P_2O_5$ was added with $V_2O_5$ or $Bi_2O_3$, however, it results in uniform grain size and improved memory core properties.
방향성 규소강판에서 냉간압연이 자기적 성질에 미치는 영향

Magnetic properties and secondary recrystallization of high permeability 3% silicon-iron alloys containing boron, sulfur, nitrogen and various amounts of MnS have been studied as a function of final cold reduction using two stage cold rolling method. The results show that the optimum final cold reduction to be 80-85% for boron-silicon steel with small amount of MnS and 60% for boron-silicon steel with large amount of MnS (0.12 w/o Mn). It was found that edge cracks during cold rolling decrease as the amount of MnS increases and that the maximum B_(8) also decreases with increasing MnS.
