        황납추출물이 도파민세포 보호효과 및 파킨슨병 행동장애에 미치는 영향

        Parkinson's Disease (PD) is a chronic neurodegenerative disorder caused by the progressive loss of dopaminergic neurons, leading to decreased dopamine levels in the midbrain. Although the specific etiology of PD is not yet known, oxidative stress, inflammation, and subsequent apoptosis have been proposed to be closely related to PD pathophysiology. Cera Flava (CF) is a natural extract obtained from beehives and is isolated through the heating, compression, filtration, and purification of beehives. CF has been used in traditional medicines for its various clinical and pharmacological effects. However, its effects on neurodegenerative diseases are unknown. Therefore, we investigated the effects of CF against 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP)-induced PD in mice and explored the underlying mechanism of action. In MPTP-induced PC12 cells, CF protected NADH dehydrogenase activity and inhibited lactate dehydrogenase. In the mouse model, CF promoted recovery from movement impairments, prevented dopamine depletion, and protected against MPTP-induced dopaminergic neuronal degradation. Moreover, CF downregulated glial and microglial activation. Taken together, our results suggest that CF improves behavioral impairments and protects against dopamine depletion in MPTP-induced toxicity by inhibiting glial and microglial activation.

        안전 필수 시스템을 위한 요구사항 명세 및 검증 방법

        안전 필수 시스템에서 소프트웨어 결함은 심각한 결과를 초래하므로, 개발의 첫 단계인 요구사항 명세부터 안전성을 고려해야한다. 자연어로 작성된 요구사항은 여러 이해관계자들에게서 도출되어 모호함과 부정확성에 의한 결함을 갖고 있어도 검출하기 어렵다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 표준문안과 GSN 모델을 이용한 요구사항 명세방법을 제안한다. 표준문안은 선 정의된 서식에 맞춰 요구사항을 작성하는 준-정형 언어로, 표준문안에 맞춰 요구사항을 작성하면 표현의 일관성을 갖기 때문에 이해관계자들이 요구사항이 의미하는 바에 대한 모호함을 방지하여 요구사항의 정확한 의미를 정의하는데 도움이 된다. GSN은 시스템이 안전하다는 것을 관련기관에 증명하기 위한 Safety Case 작성에서 적합성을 인정받고 있는 표기법으로 기능목표, Safety Evidence 등을 표현한다. 본 연구에서는 안전 필수 시스템의 요구사항을 명세하기에 적합하도록 설계된 표준문안과 GSN 모델을 이용하여 요구사항 명세단계에서부터 결함을 쉽게 식별하고, Safety Evidence와의 연결을 통해 안전적합성을 증명할 수 있다. 또한 이 과정에서 발견된 요구사항의 결함을 수정하여 안전성 있는 소프트웨어를 개발할 수 있다. In safety-critical systems, software defects may have serious consequences. Therefore, defects should be considered during the requirements specification process, which is the first step of a software development lifecycle. Stakeholder requirements that are usually written in natural language are difficult to derived, and there may also be defects due to ambiguity and inaccuracy. To address these issues, we propose a requirement specification method using a standardized Boilerplate and a GSN Model. The Boilerplate is a semi-standard language that follows a predefined format. Due to its ability to provide a consistent representation of the requirements, boilerplate helps stakeholders avoid ambiguities about what they mean and to define the exact meaning of the requirement. Meanwhile, GSN is recognized notation to prepare a Safety Case to prove to authorities that a system is safe. It can be expressed as a functional goal, e.g., Safety Evidence, etc. The proposed study allows an analyst to easily identify a fault from the early stage of the software development lifecycle. The Boilerplate and GSN Model are designed to specify the requirements of safety critical systems and to prove safety conformity through a connection with Safety Evidence. In addition, the proposed approach is also useful to develop secure software by correcting deficiencies in the requirements found during this process.

        물류 분야 학술지의 공저자 네트워크 및 연구주제 분석

        In this study, we investigate the cooperative relationships between researchers who have co-authorship in the logistics-related journals in Korea by using social network analysis (SNA). We analyzed the co-authorship data of 781 articles published from 2005 to 2011 in four journals of ‘Logistics Study’, ‘Journal of Korean Society of SCM’, ‘Korea Logistics Review’ and ‘Journal of Shipping and Logistics.’ We examined the trend of cooperative research in the field of logistics with basic data of the co-authorship network. Then, we analyzed structural properties of the network and the sub-networks of research groups having co-authorship. We could verify the authors who play important roles within the network by using SNA indicators. In addition, we constructed the keyword networks based on the keyword data of all articles by research groups in order to understand the research topics of each group, and thereby we could draw several implications on the cooperative researches in the field of logistics.

        반려동물을 상실한 성인의 성인애착, 반려동물애착의 군집유형에 따른 애착강도, 애도의 차이

        본 연구의 목적은 반려동물을 상실한 성인의 성인애착, 반려동물애착에 따른 군집을 분류하고 각 군집에 따라 애착강도, 애도의 차이를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 반려동물을 상실한 성인 410명을 대상으로 군집분석, 다변량분석을 실시하였다. 군집분석 결과, 반려인의 성인애착과 반려동물애착에 따라 ‘불안정성인애착-반려동물불안애착군집’(N=175), ‘안정성인애착-안정반려동물애착군집’(N=72), ‘성인회피애착-안정반려동물애착군집’(N=81), ‘성인불안애착-불안정반려동물애착군집’(N=82)이 도출되었다. 다변량분산분석 결과, 군집에 따라 애착강도, 애도에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. ‘불안정성인애착-반려동물불안애착군집’은 다른 군집에 비해 애착강도와 애도가 가장 높았고, 애도의 하위요인에서는 슬픔/비애, 죄책감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. ‘안정성인애착-안정반려동물애착군집’은 애착강도가 다른 군집에 비해 높았으며, 애도의 하위요인에서는 슬픔/비애가 높은 것으로 확인되었다. ‘성인회피애착-안정반려동물애착군집’은 평균수준의 애착강도를 보였으며, 애도는 다른 군집에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타났다. ‘성인불안애착-불안정반려동물애착군집’은 애착강도와 애도가 가장 낮았으며, 애도의 하위요인에서는 분노/트라우마가 가장 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 이 연구 결과는 반려동물을 상실한 성인의 인간관계와 반려동물관계의 애착양상을 통합적으로 제시하고, 애도상담개입을 위한 기초자료를 마련하는데 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. The goal of the current study is to classify the cluster groups in adult with the loss of their companion animal according to their adult attachment and companion animals attachment, and to identify the differences in attachment strength and mourning according to each cluster group. For the goal, survey responses from a total of 410 adults were used to conduct cluster analysis and multivariate analysis. Results of the cluster analysis, based on adult attachment and attachment to companion animal, the following 4 groups such as; ‘Insecure adult attachment-Anxious attachment to companion animal group’(N=175), ‘Secure adult attachment-Secure attachment to companion animal group’(N=72), ‘Avoidance adult attachment-Secure attachment to companion animal group’(N=81), and ‘Anxious adult attachment-Insecure attachment to companion animal group’(N=82) were derived. The results of multivariate ANOVA showed statistically significant differences in attachment strength and mourning depend on clusters. ‘Insecure adult attachment-Anxious attachment to companion animal group’ had the highest attachment strength and mourning, and grief and guilt were high in the sub-factors of mourning. ‘Secure adult attachment-Secure attachment to companion animal group’ had a higher attachment strength compared to the other groups, and grief was high in the sub-factors of mourning. ‘Avoidance adult attachment-Secure attachment to companion animal group’ had an average attachment strength, mourning was lower compared to the other groups. ‘Anxious adult attachment-Insecure attachment to companion animal group’ had the lowest attachment strength and mourning, and anger/trauma was found to be the highest in the sub-factors of mourning. These finding results are meaningful in presenting the human relationships among adult who have lost their companion animals and the attachment aspect of the companion animal relationship in an integrated way, and preparing the essential data for the intervention of grief counseling. Finally, limitations of the current study, and suggestions for future studies were discussed.

        QC Tools를 활용한 패밀리 레스토랑 고객 서비스 품질향상에 관한 연구

        This article presents a six sigma project for improving customer service quality in family restaurant using QC tools. The project was carried out based on DMAIC process. First, a defect rate was defined as low service level. Customer service satisfaction data were analyzed, the results showed that the sigma level was 2.5. In this study, in order to raise the sigma level, we performed analysis using FDPM(functional deployment process map), fishbone chart, linear regression analysis, effort-performance matrix, and so on. In this manner, five detailed activities were determined to improve the customer satisfaction levels. As a result, the sigma level of defects has improved from 2.5 to 3.2.

        6-OHDA으로 유도한 파킨슨병 모델에서의 선퇴추출물의 행동장애 및 도파민 세포 사멸 억제 효과

        Parkinsons disease (PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disorder, characterized by dopaminergic neuronal loss in the substantia nigra, resulting in reduced dopamine levels and consequent motor dysfunction. Genetic and environmental factors contribute to oxidative stress in PD. Cicadidae Periostracum (CP), a traditional Korean medicine, has shown neuroprotective effects against MPTP-induced neurotoxicity in PD. However, its effects on the 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) model have not been established. This study examined CPs effects on a 6-OHDA-induced PD model. CP protected against 6-OHDA damage in both in vitro and in vivo studies. Furthermore, CP reduced the production of reactive oxygen species, inhibited apoptosis, preserved dopamine levels, protected tyrosine hydroxylase in the substantia nigra, and improved motor function. These findings suggest that CP may delay PD progression by maintaining the redox balance.
