In this research, experimental investigation has been observed to enhance 4 stage axial compressor stability by steady air injection. By injecting air in front of 1st stage rotor tip, compressor operation range was extended about 4% based on no injection condition. The stall onset stage, signal frequency and stall cell feature were analyzed and these characters were compared with no injection condition's. Even though, no significant different was detected in steady air injection, except stall onset performance point, this results can be used as a reference for selecting injection stages in multistage compressor.

Experimental research has been observed to investigate stall inception characteristics in 4 stage axial compressor. To analyze instantaneous static pressure signal which was measured using a fast response pressure sensor, the signal was decomposed into shaft resolved component, periodic and aperiodic revolution components for two kinds of flow rates. In both flow rates, shaft order periodicity was confirmed by signal decomposition. However, at low flow rate, the amplitude of aperiodic revolution component was 50 percent bigger than that of high flow rate. It means that at high flow rate, circumferential static pressure field is more stable than low flow rate condition. The compressor performance test was performed in no-stall, stall onset and fully developed stall conditions. Even in stall condition, dimensionless performances of three different shaft speeds were corresponded well. The frequency of shaft order perturbation, mode and fully developed stall were analyzed by frequency analysis methods.
퇴행성 무릎관절염에서 윤활막의 perlecan에 관한 면역전자현미경적 연구

무릎관절 윤활막에서 heparan sulfate proteoglycan인 perlecan의 윤활막 내 표지 부위를 규명하고, 정상과 퇴행성 무릎관절염에서 perlecan 발현의 차이를 보기 위하여, 정상과 퇴행성 무릎관절염의 소견을 보이는 환자의 무릎관절 윤활막 각각5례를 사용하여 perlecan에 대한 면역조직화학적 염색과 면역금 표지 후 투과전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과, 다음과 같은결론을 얻었다. 1. 정상 및 퇴행성 무릎관절염 환자의 무릎관절 윤활막에 대한 perlecan의 면역조직화학 염색 결과, 정상 무릎관절 윤활 막 1~2개 층의 윤활세포층에서 perlecan 양성반응이 관찰되었고, 퇴행성 무릎관절염 윤활막의 윤활세포층에서도 perlecan 표지를 관찰할 수 있었으나 그 표지 양상은 표면의 한 층 정도였고, 정상에 비하여 약하게 나타났다. 2. 면역전자현미경 관찰 결과, 정상 무릎관절 윤활막 내 윤활분비세포의 과립세포질세망에서 perlecan이 다수 표지 되었 으며, 윤활포식세포의 세포질 내 공포에서 perlecan이 표지되었다. 또한, 윤활세포층의 바탕질인 세포 주변부위에서 perlecan이 표지 되었다. 3. 퇴행성 무릎관절염 환자에서도 윤활분비세포의 과립세포질세망과 윤활포식세포의 공포 주변부에서 perlecan이 표지 되었으나, 전반적인 양상이 정상에 비하여 약한 표지를 보였다. 이상의 결과로, 사람 무릎관절 윤활세포층 내의 윤활분비세포가 perlecan을 분비하며, 윤활포식세포의 공포에서 perlecan표지는 윤활포식세포에 의한 포식작용이고, 바닥막 구성 성분 중 하나인 perlecan이 윤활세포층의 바탕질에서도 존재함을확인하였다. 또한, 정상과 퇴행성 무릎관절염 환자의 윤활막을 비교해 볼 때, 정상에 비해 퇴행성 무릎관절염에서 perlecan발현은 감소된다. This study was designed to observe the expression of perlecan in the normal and degenerative arthritic synovial membrane. By using the immunohistochemical staining and immuno-electron microscopical gold labeling techniques, we observed five materials of normal and degenerative arthritic synovia each. The results were as follows. 1. By the immunohistochemical methods, perlecan-positive staining was seen on the 1~2 cell layers of the normal synovial membrane. But, a weaker staining compared to that seen in the normal synovial membrane was found in the degenerative arthritic synovial membrane. 2. Under the electron microscopic observation, perlecan was largely distributed in the rough endoplasmic reticulum of the secretory synovial cell, and in the vacuoles of the phagocytic synovial cell on the normal synovium of the human knee joint. It was also found in the extracellular matrix of the synovial membrane. 3. Perlecan-positive cells were also identified on the degenerative arthritic synovium of the human knee joint. However, fewer perlecan was observed here than that found in the normal synovium. In conclusion, perlecan is synthesized by the secretory synovial cells and degraded by the phagocytic synovial cells. And it, known as a major component of the basement membrane, also proven to exist in the extracellular matrix of the synovial membrane having no basement membrane. From the fact that less perlecan was observed in the degenerative arthritis, perlecan is might to play a major role in the degenerative process.
