        忠烈王代 營城伊里干 설치와 그 의미

        The research is focused on the establishment of Yeongseong-Irigan(營城伊里干) in 1279, under the reign of King Chungryeol and its significance. ‘Irigan’, which is transliteration of mongol word ‘Irgan’ means ‘people.’ The Use of this word around the period was to mean ‘The specific group of people (or their dwelling area) to provide specific services.’ As for the Yeongseong-Irigan, its role was to assist preparation of large group of envoys upon the road from Goryeo to Yuan and vice versa. The past researches about this topic considered the establishment of Irigan as forced on by Yuan Dynasty for maintenance of Yam system (Postal Station System). But Historical sources speak other wise. Sources about this matter provide some perspectives that Goryeo Dynasty was also eager to establish Irigan within their domain. In summary, The maintenance of Postal Stations was Yuan’s demand, yet the establishment of Irigan itself was made by the request of Goryeo Dynasty. The deed required much efforts and resources. About 200 Houses of people were moved to Irigan from each Provinces, and Goryeo Dynasty provided them with large amount of supplies, from houses, farming utensils, foods to minor daily supplies. This course of action seems quite different from former deeds of King Chungryeol, who tried to repatriate displaced with such enthusiasm. Although both of his actions seem contradictory, yet they serve one purpose in common:To strengthen political influences of King Chungryeol himself. For King Chungryeol, the relationship with Yuan was essential to stabilize his sovereign power. Yuan’s Political aid has been played a crucial part to solve Goryeo’s internal affairs, such as resolving dethronement and restore King Yuanjong to his rulership during King Chungryeol’s Crown Prince days, and False accusation about Kim Bang Gyung’s treachery after his accession, etc. And for that, maintaining amicable relationship between Goryeo and Yuan was important for King Chungryeol. So, a post road network was essential to communicate Yuan from Goryeo, and turn the tide of the situation that utilizing the station under issue of certificate of Darugachi was needed to obtain direct communication line. Accordingly, King Chungryeol requested for Yuan to establish Postal Station system, and supported it with maximum effort, from manpower for Postal services to material supplies. This was not a waste of national power, but an investment, and was a solution to keep Goryeo’s tributary diplomacy to maximum efficiency. With well-prepared Postal stations, it was possible for King Chungryeol to keep continuous relationship between Yuan Dynasty and with it, he could strengthen his political position within Goryeo, and also his diplomatic status in relationship with Yuan.

        감정 관점에서의 주변 환경 특징 추출 방법

        In this paper, quantitative spatial context estimation method is proposed which can affect human emotion by analyzing environmental image acquired from the frontal camera. In psychology and marketing fields, visual factors such as color and image complexity have been well-known for influencing human emotion. Based on these factors, a method for real-time extracting temporal complexity, spatial complexity, and specific color information is implemented. In detail, temporal and spatial complexities are extracted by subtracting adjacent image frames and edge detection method, respectively. Then, the color information is obtained by counting pixels in the specific color bands which inducing positive and negative human emotions. 본 논문에서는 전방 환경을 촬영할 수 있는 카메라를 통해 얻은 주변 환경 영상을 분석하여, 인간의 감정에 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 공간 콘텍스트 정보를 정량적으로 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 심리학과 마케팅 분야에서는 색상과 영상 복잡도 등의 시각적 요소가 인간의 감정에 영향을 끼친다고 알려져 있다. 이러한 사실에 근거하여, 본 연구에서는 영상의 시간 복잡도, 공간 복잡도, 특정 색상 성분의 양을 실시간으로 추출하는 방법을 개발하였다. 시간 복잡도는 연속된 인접 프레임간의 동일 위치 화소간 차이를 통해 추출하였고, 공간 복잡도는 단일 프레임에서의 경계 검출을 통해 추출하였으며, 색상 성분의 양은 긍정과 부정 감정을 유발하는 색상 범위의 화소를 검출하여 계산하였다.

      • 서울지역의 대기오염물질과 기상인자에 의한 다변량 분석

        본 연구에서는 서울 27개 지역에서 2년간(1999년 1월 1일∼2000년 12월 31일) 대기오염물질의 농도를 매일 측정한 자료를 가지고 대기오염물질들과 기상변수간의 상호관계를 알아보기 위하여 주성분분석, 인자분석, 군집분석, 판별분석을 수행하였다. 주 성분분석의 결과는 제1주성분이 O_3과 나머지 대기오염물질들간의 대비효과를 보였으며, 제2주성분은 CO, SO_2, NO_2와 O_3, PM10, TSP간의 대비효과를 나타내고 있다. 인자분석에서 인자1은 분진에 관련된 PM10, TSP, NO_2가 높은 양의 관계를 보이고, 인자2는 자동차배출이나 난방연료로부터 발생되는 CO, SO_2와 O_3 로 구성되었으며 O_3만 음의 관계를 나타낸 것을 제외하고는 나머지 대기오염물질은 인자에 대해 높은 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 군집분석의 결과 3개의 군집이 생성되었으며 각 군집은 대기오염물질들과 기상변수의 계절적인 특징을 나타냈다. 판별분석에 의한 선형분류함수는 대기오염수준을 판별할 수 있는 대안적인 모형으로 제시되었다.

        Portable Pumpless 3D-Printed Chip for On-Site Colorimetric Screening of Hg2+ in Lake Water

        The early detection of mercury ions in water sources should be emphasized to prevent human exposure to mercury through drinking water or food consumption. Here, we used a three-dimensional (3D)- printed multiarray chip to achieve colorimetric detection of inorganic mercury ions in environmental matrices such as lake water. The chip designed for the multidetection of inorganic mercury did not require an electrical syringe pump or a complex analytical system, thereby making it suitable for on-site detection. The chip could detect inorganic mercury ions via rolling circle amplification, by selectively harnessing thymine–Hg2+–thymine coordination chemistry. Additionally, the activities of rolling circle amplification in simple and environmental matrices were compared. The limits of detection for inorganic mercury ions were 3.4 and 4.1 µg/L in the simple and environmental matrices, respectively. Further, the chip was successfully applied for the detection of mercury in actual lake water samples collected from locations nearby inland fish farms. The results were quantitatively comparable to those obtained using a conventional mercury analyzer.

        어린이집 평가인증제도 활성화를 위한 탐색적 연구 : 사후유지관리에 대한 보육교직원의 태도를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 보육서비스의 질을 제고하기 위해 평가인증 사후유지관리방안에 대한 보육교직원의 태도를 분석하여 평가인증제도를 활성화하는 데 있다. 연구결과 평가인증 사후관리에 대하여 원장과 교사 간 인식의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본연구는 SPSS Win 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도 및 교차 분석을 실시하였으며 분석결과가 제시하는 정책 적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 평가인증을 통한 보육서비스의 질을 담보하기 위해서는 평가인증은 지도와 감독보 다는 지원과 장학으로 변화해야 하며 사후유지관리를 위해서는 어린이집의 자율적 질 관리 시스템의 구축과 외부전문가에 의한 정기적인 점검 및 컨설팅이 무엇보다 중요하다.

        안구건조증의 침 치료에 대한 최근 임상 연구 동향 분석 – 2010년 이후 Pubmed, Cochrane Library 검색 중심으로

        Objectives : The purpose of this review is to validate the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment on dry eye syndrome. Methods : Through foreign online databases(Pubmed, Cochrane Library) and domestic online databases(Science On, OASIS) we only searched for Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) that performed acupuncture for dry eye syndrome from January 2010 to December 2022. Results : The most commonly used acupoints were 風池(GB20), 贊竹(BL2) and the most commonly used meridian was the gall bladder meridian of foot-shaoyang. The most commonly used evaluation criteria was Tear Break Up Time(TBUT) followed by Schirmer Test and Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI). In most of 8 studies, acupuncture treatment showed significant therapeutic effects. Conclusions : According to this study results, acupuncture can be suggested to effective way for treating dry eye syndrome. More clinical studies are needed to prove the effectiveness of the acupuncture on dry eye syndrome. .

        고려후기 개경 坊里軍에 대한 검토

        The purpose of this study is to identify the background of the Establishment of Bang-ri army(坊里軍) and the Operation status of Bang-ri army in the Late Goryeo Period. Gaegyung in the era of Goryeo was divided and operated by ‘Bang-ri system(坊里制)’. It is a system that divides Gaegyung into five Bu, to place Bang and Ri under such Bu. Bang-ri system in the early period of Goryeo played the role of administrative subsidiary organization as well as regional organization unit of Gaegyung at the same time. This system, which used to be administrative subsidiary organization, was used as a unit for draft in the late period of Goryeo. The residents of Bang-ri were mobilized as Bang-ri army. In the late Goryeo period, when the central military system of Gaegyung collapsed, Bang-ri army was organized as reserve forces to protect the capital. It is difficult to conclude hastily in the situation that lacks of cases, but it is assumed such a change was caused from the fact that a certain self-defense organization was formed based on Bang-ri system since Goryeo military regime. When a struggle between military forces occurred in Gaegyung, the self-defense counteraction was prepared in each Bang-ri such as building extra gate, the security was maintained through this. Goryeo government utilized these organization as reserve force. In the early days of Goryeo period, several cases of mobilizing residents of Gaegyung to the labor(力役) were found, but in the late Goryeo period, residents of Gaegyung was frequently mobilized. Bang-ri army was called for the first time when the capital was threatened by the invasion of Waegu(倭寇, Japanese raiders) at the time of King, Gongmin. This was due to a situation in which the draft of military army was not smooth due to the collapse of Bunsang(番上, the local military goes to capital in turn for the military service) system. In the early days, it was figured out to be a provisional draft only in the event of an emergency, but it gradually became a standing army with frequent invasion, it was institutionalized when Dochong-dogam(都摠都監) governing Bang-ri army at the time of King, Woo.

        PVA/PSSA_MA/TEOS 막을 이용한 물/에탄올 계의 투과증발 분리

        본 연구는 poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA)와 가교제 poly(styrene sulfonic acid-co-maleic acid) (PSSA_MA)을 이용하여 제조된 막에 tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS)를 도입하여 물-에탄올 계에 대한 투과증발 실험을 다양한 가교온도별(120~140℃), 조업온도별(25~70℃)로 수행하였다. TEOS의 함량은 PVA 대비 3, 5, 7 wt%를 사용하였으며, 원액의 조성은 무게비로 물 10, 20, 30 및 50%에 대하여 조사하였다. 물 에탄올 = 10 : 90 조성, 조업온도 50℃에서 선택도 1730과 투과도 16.3g/m2·hr를 PVA/7 wt% PSSA_MA/5 wt% TEOS 막이 보여 주었다. Pervaporation separation for water-ethanol mixtures has been carried out using crosslinked poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) membranes with poly(styrene sulfonic acid-co-maleic acid) (PSSA_MA) and at which tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) was introduced. The concentration of PSSA_MA was fixed 7 wt% over PVA and the TEOS contents, 3, 5, and 7 wt%, were varied against PVA. The composition of the feed mixtures were 10, 20, 30 and 50 wt% of water in it. PVA/PSSA_MA/5 wt% TEOS membrane showed the separation factor, 1730 and the permeability, 16.3g/m2·hr for water : ethanol = 10 : 90 at 50℃.
