또래애착과 학교적응의 관계 : 자아정체감의 매개효과

이 연구는 중학생이 지각한 또래애착과 학교적응의 관계를 자아정체감이 매개하는지 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 중학교 2학년, 3학년 학생 403명을 대상으로 설문지를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다.이 연구에서 밝혀진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 또래애착. 자아정체감, 학교적응의 측정변수들의 상관관계 결과 모두 정적 상관이 있고 유의하였다. 둘째, 또래애착을 예언변수로 학교적응을 결과변수로 자아정체감을 매개변수로 설정한 연구모형이 경합모형보다 높은 적합도를 보였다. 셋째, 또래애착이 학교적응에 직접적인 영향을 주었다. 또래애착과 학교적응의 관계에서 자아정체감이 유의한 매개효과를 보였다. 넷째, 긍정적인 자아정체감을 형성할수록 학교적응이 높았다. 다섯째, 또래애착과 학교적응의 관계에서 자아정체감이 유의한 매개효과를 보였다. 이것은 또래애착에 관해 청소년이 자아정체감에 영향을 주고 이는 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인임을 알 수 있다. 이 연구는 또래애착과 학교적응의 관계에서 자아정체감의 매개효과를 확인하여 살폈다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. 끝으로, 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 중학생의 학교적응에 관한 심리적인 이해와 효과적인 상담 및 교육, 제도적인 중재를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to the verify mediated effects of ego identity between peer attachment and school adjustment. Four hundred three the second and third grade students(218boys, 186girls) completed questionnaires correlational analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were conducted to test hypothesis. This study reveals the following result. First, positive correlationship among peer attachment, Ego-identity, School adjustment all significant. Second, the research model that set peer attachment as the predicting variable, school adjustment as the outcome variable, and ego-identity as the mediating variable showed higher goodness-of-fit than the competing model. ego-identity showed significant mediating effect in the relationship between peer attachment and school adjustment. Fourth, creation of a more positive ego-identity showed higher school adjustment. fifth, ego-identity showed significant mediating effect in the relationship between peer attachment and school adjustment. This implies that adolescents influence ego-identity regarding peer attachment and that this is an important variable that influences school adjustment.

기업의 사회적 책임활동이 기업이미지에 미치는 영향: 신뢰, 호혜성, 지각된 가치의 매개효과를 중심으로

오늘날 우리 사회는 기업들이 사회적 책임을 수행하고, 윤리적인 기업경영을 수행할 것을 기대하고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 맞춰 본 연구는 기업의 사회적 책임활동이 기업이미지에 미치는 효과를 고찰하였으며, 이들 관계에서 신뢰, 호혜성, 지각된 가치의 매개효과를 고찰하였다. 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 경제적 책임활동은 호혜성, 신뢰, 기능적 가치, 감정적 가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 윤리적 책임활동은 윤리적 가치에, 자선적 책임활동은 사회적 가치 에, 환경적 책임활동은 감정적 가치와 사회적 가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이러한 기능적 가치와 감정적 가치, 그리고 신뢰는 기업이미지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. It is not new that today's business organizations are expected to exhibit ethical and moral management and to carry out social responsibility as a good corporate citizen. Corporate social responsibility is now an essential management practice whereby corporation can strengthen its sustainable value creation process by enhancing the trust assets underlying the relationships between the business and the stakeholders. Different from the past studies, in this study we postulated that the trust, reciprocity and perceived value toward corporation play an essential mediating role in the relationship between the corporate social responsibility activities and the corporate image.

다양한 식용유로 제조한 물속 기름 에멀션의 자동산화 안정성 평가

Purpose: This study was conducted to assess the autoxidative stability of oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions (4:6, w/w) of various edible oils manufactured by different processing methods. Methods: Emulsions consisted of commercially available edible oils (40 g) and citrate buffer (pH 4.0, 60 g) with addition of xanthan gum (0.35 g) and egg yolk lecithin (35 mg), and were stored in the dark at 40°C. The edible oils included refined olive oil (ROO), extra virgin olive oil without refining (EVOO), refined, bleached, and deodorized soybean oil (RBDSO), cold pressed oil of unroasted sesame seeds (URSO), roasted sesame oil (RSO), and RBD canola oil (RBDCO). Lipid oxidation of the emulsions was spectrophotometrically evaluated based on the hydroperoxide contents and p-anisidine values (PAV). Total contents of polyphenols in the emulsions were determined by spectrophotometry. Results: The hydroperoxide content and PAV increased with storage time due to lipid oxidation. The emulsion with URSO, ROO or EVOO showed higher hydroperoxide contents than the emulsion with RBDSO or RBDCO during storage mainly due to higher initial values. However, the oxidation rate was lower in the emulsion with EVOO or RSO compared to ROO and URSO, respectively. The emulsion with RBDCO or RBDSO which was fully-refined oil showed higher oxidation rates than those with olive or sesame oils. This suggests higher oxidative stability of the emulsion with olive or sesame oils despite their higher initial value of lipid oxidation, possibly due to the higher quantities of polyphenol compounds and their stability in these oils. The Maillard reaction products could be additional contributors to the oxidative stability of the RSO emulsion. Conclusion: The results suggested that the variation in autoxidative stability of O/W emulsions with different oils could be attributed to more hydrophilic polyphenol compounds rather than hydrophobic tocopherols. Thus, EVOO or RSO could be a good choice of edible oil for the preparation of an O/W emulsion with high lipid oxidative stability.

고려 현종 관련 설화와 즉위정당성 구축

King Hyeonjong experienced all kinds of difficulties before and after the accession to the throne, contrary to the later assessment of ‘the King who rejuvenated Goryeo’. In the process, King Hyeonjong left a variety of tales. Such tales have been utilized as a device to emphasize that he was born with the destiny to be a King by highlighting the extraordinariness of King Hyeonjong. There had been two vulnerabilities to be a King. The first was his situation of being born as an illegitimate child;the second was the point that he was ascended through ‘the political upheaval’ caused by Gangjo. King Hyeonjong made great efforts politically to overcome these weaknesses and justify the enthronement. The various tales about King Hyeonjong are also understood as this series of processes. First of all, the conception dream for King Hyeonjong is similar to the tale of the Goryeo Royal Family Ancestors. This is considered to highlight that he has the sanctity of the Royal Family of Goryeo by hiding his weakness as an illegitimate child. It is thought that King Hyeonjong appeared as a dragon in the dream of a monk in Soonggyosa(崇敎寺), which emphasizes that he is a noble being. In other words, the tale of Hyeonjong is the product of his effort to justify the enthronement by facing the difficulties at the beginning of enthronement. Nonetheless, the justification for his enthronement could be an ad hoc measure because his specialty described in the tale was difficult to be realized. For this reason, King Hyeonjong tried to secure his enthronement by placing his parents and himself in the Royal Family that came down from King Taejo. As a part of that placement, King Hyeonjong constructed Hyenhwasa(玄化寺) as a memorial to his parents and sincerely commemorated them. Especially, unlike the records of 『Goryosa(高麗史)』, signs of embellishment are clearly found everywhere in the inscription on 「Hyeonhwasa Stele(玄化寺碑)」. Here, his parents are portrayed as an ideal couple, being appreciated warm-heartedly as such by the preceding King. In other words, if the tale had been intended to add sanctity to the rumors that were spread, the story on 「Hyeonhwasa Stele」 is thought to be intended to emphasize that there is no problem with his own lineage back to the Royal Family.
