          TWR 기반 군집 협업측위 시스템의 오차 전파 분석

          Alternative radio-navigation technologies aim at providing continuous navigation solution even if one cannot use GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System). In shadowing region such as indoor environment, GNSS signal is no longer available and the alternative navigation system should be used together with GNSS to provide seamless positioning. For soldiers in battlefield where GNSS signal is jammed or in street battle, the alternative navigation system should work without positioning infrastructure. Moreover, the radio-navigation system should have scalability as well as high accuracy performance. This paper presents a TWR (Two-Way-Ranging)-based cooperative positioning system (CPS) that does not require location infrastructure. It is assumed that some members of CPS can obtain GNSS-based position and they are called mobile anchors. Other members unable to receive GNSS signal compute their position using TWR measurements with mobile anchors and neighboring members. Error propagation in CPS is analytically studied in this paper. Error budget for TWR measurements is modeled first. Next, location error propagation in CPS is derived in terms of range errors. To represent the location error propagation in the CPS, Location Error Propagation Indicator (LEPI) is proposed in this paper. Simulation results show that location error of tags in CPS is mainly influenced by the number of hops from anchors to the tag to be positioned as well as the network geometry of CPS.

          柴胡가 OVA로 유발된 BALB/c mice의 알레르기성 비염 모델에 미치는 영향

          Allergic rhinitis is a growing tendency to increase. Following this tendency, allergic rhinitis is lively studied also in Korean oriental medicine. Bupleuri Radix (BR) has been used for many inflammatory diseases, but experimental backgrounds are not enough to treat allergic rhinitis. So in this study, effects of BR on OVA-induced allergic rhinitis model of BALB/c mice were examined. Thirty two BALB/c mice are equally devided into four groups; control group, OVA group, OVA+BR group, OVA+Cet group. The OVA, OVA+BR and OVA+Cet groups were induced allergic rhinitis by sensitizing to OVA. And then saline solution included BR (10.6 mg/kg body weight) was administered to the OVA+BR group orally. The number of nasal rubbing and nasal sneezing was evaluated for 10 days and later serological and histological changes were analyzed. Serological analysis included the serum levels of cytokines and chemokines (IL-4, IL-5, IL-12, MCP-1, MIP-2), total IgE and OVA-specific IgE levels in serum. Histological analysis included thickness of nasal septum, eosinophil counts changes of nasal mucosa, infiltration of eosinophil in nasal mucosa and histological changes of nasal mucosa. The number of nasal rubbing and nasal sneezing was significantly decreased in the OVA+BR group. The serum levels of IL-4, IL-5, MCP-1, MIP-2 were significantly decreased in the OVA+BR group but the serum levels of IL-1β had not significance. Total IgE and OVA-specific IgE levels in serum were decreased in the OVA+BR group, but total IgE levels in serum had only significance. Thickness of nasal septum, eosinophil counts of nasal mucosa and infiltration of eosinophil in nasal mucosa were significantly decreased in the OVA+BR group. From the results of this study, we think that BR has an effect on improvement of allergic rhinitis by improving nasal rubbing and nasal sneezing, reducing histological changes of nasal mucosa and infiltration of eosinophil in nasal mucosa, inhibiting increasing of the serum levels of cytokines, chemokines and total IgE.

          약 신호 환경에서의 Assisted-Galileo 신호 획득 성능 분석

          EU’s Galileo project is a market-based GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) that is under development. It is expected that Galileo will provide the positioning services based on new technologies in 2020s. Because Galileo E1 signal for OS (Open Service) shares the same center frequency with GPS L1 C/A signal, CBOC (Composite Binary Offset Carrier) modulation scheme is used in the E1 signal to guarantee interoperability between two systems. With E1 signal consisting of a data channel and a pilot channel at the same frequency band, there exist several options in designing signal acquisition for Assisted-Galileo receivers. Furthermore, compared to SNR worksheet of Assisted-GPS, some factors should be examined in Assisted-Galileo due to different correlation profile and code length of E1 signal. This paper presents SNR worksheets of Galileo E1 signals in E1-B and E1-C channel. Three implementation losses that are quite different from GPS are mainly analyzed in establishing SNR worksheets. In the worksheet, hybrid long integration of 1.5s is considered to acquire weak signal less than -150dBm. Simulation results show that the final SNR of E1-B signal with -150dBm is 19.4dB and that of E1-C signal is 25.2dB. Comparison of relative computation shows that E1-B channel is more profitable to acquire the strongest signal in weak signal environment. With information from the first satellite signal acquisition, fast acquisition of the weak signal around -155dBm can be performed with E1-C signal in the subsequent satellites.

          선형혼합모형의 역할 및 활용사례: 유전역학 분석을 중심으로

          지난 수십 년 동안 유전형 기술(genotyping technology)의 발달로 개인별 유전자 정보를 얻기 위해 필요한 비용이 감소함에 따라, 다양한 인간 질병의 원인 유전자를 규명하기 위한 많은 유전역학 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 예를 들어 전장유전체관련분석(genome-wide association studies)은 수백 개에 이르는 표현형(phenotypes)에 대하여 수천 개에 이르는 원인유전자를 규명하였다. 유전체 자료의 홍수로 인하여 대규모 유전체 자료를 분석할 수 있는 다양한 분석 알고리즘에 개발되었으며, 특별히 선형혼합모형은 유전율의 추정부터 관련분석(association studies)에 이르기까지 유전역학 연구에서 광범위하게 활용되고 방법론이었다. 본 논문에서는 유전역학 연구에 있어 빈번하게 활용되는 선형혼합모형의 활용 사례를 나열하고, 각 분석 모형 별 추정치들의 생물학적 의미를 논하고자 한다. We have experienced a substantial improvement in and cost-drop for genotyping that enables genetic epidemiological studies with large-scale genetic data. Genome-wide association studies have identified more than ten thousand causal variants. Many statistical methods based on linear mixed models have been developed for various goals such as estimating heritability and identifying disease susceptibility locus. Empirical results also repeatedly stress the importance of linear mixed models. Therefore, we review the statistical methods related with to linear mixed models and illustrate the meaning of their estimates.

          실내 비행 로봇을 위한 WPAN 기반 자가 측위 시스템 개발

          As flying robots are becoming popular, there are increased needs to use themforsuch purposes as parcel delivery, serving in restaurants, and stage performances. To control flying robots such as quad copters, localization is essential. In order to properly position flying robots, many techniques are in development, including IR (infra-red)-based systemswhich catch markers on a flying robot in order that it can position itself. However, this technique demonstrates only short coverage. Furthermore, localization from inertial sensors diverges as time passes. For this reason, this paper suggests a TWR (two-way ranging) based positioning technique. Despite the weaknesses in currently available TWR system, this paper suggests a self-positioning and outlier detection technique in order to provide reliable position information with a faster update rate. The self-positioning system sends a shorter message which reduces wireless traffic. By detecting and removing outlier measurements, a positioning result with better accuracy is acquired. Finally, this paper shows that the suggesting system detects outlierssequentially from less than half the number of anchors in localization system according to the degree of outlier in measurement and the noise level. By performing an outlier algorithm, better positioning accuracy is acquired as shown in the experimental result.

          염료감응 태양전지의 전기화학적 접근을 통한 해석

          본 논문에서는 현재 많이 연구되고 있는 염료감응 태양전지에 대해 전기화학적 접근을 통해 설명한다. 특히, 기존 도핑 개념을 적용하는 반도체 태양전지와 다른 점을 비교 설명하고, 이론적으로 어떻게 태양전지가 형성될 수 있는지를 설명한다. 또한 염료감응 태양전지가 탄생되게 된 과정을 고찰해 본다. 이어서, 태양전지에서 많이 사용되는 전기화학적 분석법을 설명하고, 어떻게 적용될 수 있는지 임피던스 분석법을 통해 설명한다. 전기화학에서 많이 사용되는 임피던스와 순환전압전류법을 통해, 염료감응 태양전지를 이루는 주성분인 금속산화물과 염료, 전해질의 에너지준위 분석법에 대해서 간단히 소개한다. This paper describes one of the hot issues in solar cell studies, dye-sensitized solar cell. DSSC is a kind of photoelectrochemical cells. Therefore, it is quite different from the conventional solar cells which originate from pn semiconductor theory, although its mechanism can be explained with the theory. This paper describes the difference between the conventional semiconductor approaches and a newly adapted one for DSSC. Especially, electrochemical analysis methods such as electrochemical impedance analysis and cyclic voltammogram are briefly introduced, which are commonly used for DSSC analysis.

        • 일본 도시재생사업에서 공공시행자의 역할에 대한 고찰

          본 연구는 "도시재생 활성화 및 지원에 관한 특별법(이하 도시재생특별법)"에 의한 도시재생사업에서 공공시행자의 역할을 모색하기 위하여 일본의 도시재생사업을 분석하여 국내에의 시사점을 도출하고자 하는 연구이다. '도시재생법'에서는 공공의 역할이 강조되고 있으나 도시재생활성화계획 수립 이후 사업시행단계에서의 공공의 역할에 대한 언급되지 않고 있어 향후 도시재생사업을 수행함에 있어서 일본 사례를 구체적으로 고찰해보는 것은 중요한 의의가 있는 것으로 판단된다. 구체적으로 일본 도시재생사업에서 공공시행자의 역할을 수행하고 있는 도시재생기구(UR)가 수행한 도쿄의 오오테마치 1-1지구, 시노노메 지구, 시부야역 가구, 오시아게 나리히라바시 4개 지구에 대한 심층 사례분석을 실시하였다. 사업수행체계에서 각 주체가 어떠한 역할을 담당하는지를 고찰해봄으로써 도시재생사업의 성공적인 수행을 위한 공공시행자의 역할을 제시하고자 하였다. This study is focused on the public developer's role of urban regeneration projects in Japan to derive implications for economy-based-urban regeneration programs by the Special Act on Activation and Support for Urban Regeneration (Urban Regeneration Special Act). 4 case studies; Otemachi 1-1, Shinonome, Shibuya Station and Osiage-Narihirabashi were delivered to review public sectors' roles. Central government, local government and public developer play key roles each step. Urban Regeneration Special Act doesn't set up public sector's role to deliver urban regeneration projects after establishment of master plan. These cases build the governance organization to deliver urban regeneration projects among diverse interest groups including private sectors and landowners. Especially, public developers play a key role as a coordinator and a developer throughout whole urban regeneration projects.
