Bridge rails are installed to protect occupants and vehicles from fatal run-off-road crashes. The performances of bridge rails are evaluated through full scale crash tests using a passenger car and a truck. The curb is mainly affected to the safety performances of bridge rail systems. Considering the results from full scale crash tests, it is recommended for bridge rails to improve the safety performances.
The purpose of this research is to analyze ads effects of sports broadcasting sponsorship on ads interest, ads images, ads reliability and the desire to buy and to look into the impact of corporate recognition, corporate images and ads attitude on the desire to buy. This study impact of sports broadcast sponsorship on advertising effectiveness, an enterprise images and purchase intention flow influences each other and investigate them in detail. I conducted investigation to 344 of the impact of sports broadcast sponsorship and used data collected by the SPSS 15.0 for descriptive analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis. Through this analysis, following results were obtained. The relationships between advertising effectiveness, an enterprise images and purchase intention of impact of sports broadcast sponsorship were causal relationships. First, advertising effectiveness and an enterprise images influenced impact of sports broadcast sponsorship. Second, advertising effectiveness and purchase intention influenced of impact of sports broadcast sponsorship. Third, an enterprise images and purchase intention influenced of impact of sports broadcast sponsorship.
This paper presents a result of dynamic modeling and simulation for deploying beams. When a beam is axially deploying, lateral vibration is often observed. This paper proposes a finite element modeling technique to cope with time-varying properties of this kind of deploying beams. The simulated result from the proposed model is compared with that from a reference. Two-stage deploying beams are also investigated with the proposed dynamic modeling method.
By investigating motivations of tourists who visited “Taean County”, this study examined the function of crisis management in a disastrous tourism area. The county was hit by an oil spill in 2008 and by the reason, it was declared the as a ‘special disaster area’ by the Korean government. Data were collected from 300 visitors at the three beaches of the area from July to August 2008. Results of a cluster analysis identified two segmentations of the visitors: ‘active group for helping disastrous area’ and ‘passive group for helping disastrous area’. Results also showed that each group had different socio-demographic characteristics. The two groups were also differed each other in terms of behavior characteristics. Furthermore, results indicated that the active group for helping disaster had higher scores on the level of ‘satisfaction of visitation’, ‘willingness to revisit’ and ‘willingness to recommend’ than the passive groups had. Based on the findings of this study, several implications for crisis management in a disastrous tourism area. were proposed.
