In contemporary society unconsciously or consciously through the clothing worn to express your unique personality and cultural ideals and individuals in society to which they belong. Culture is an important factor affecting consumer behavior in clothing, clothing is generally used as a non-verbal means to implement the culture of the country. Trend is presenting its society magazines, advertising, beginning in the media, but its impact is difficult to define a long off short. Consumers are willing to wear clothes that match the self-image and function of the magazine of the media to convey the mood and trends are quite large. Advertising photography in fashion magazines to clothing purchase is required recognition, information processing, purchasing process, the entire purchase process of consumers ranging from evaluation and purchasing process and induction. Consumers purchase products to meet their needs not be filled. Problem recognition, information search, let``s examine the evaluation of alternatives, purchase, purchase decision-making process of the five stages of action around the impact of purchase on consumer purchasing desire expressed by the four types of fashion advertising pictures. Consumers are looking for fashion advertising pictures, feel the desire to buy, examine the outcome of the process of connecting to the act and its subsequent purchase, and evaluate how fashion advertising photography plays a big role in consumer purchasing power. This study research on the impact of advertising photography expression type consumer desire to purchase consumer sales promotion consumer information passed around and sell ‘Elle’ fashion magazine advertising photographs for guiding the promotion. This study investigated the effect of wedding planner`s job characteristics on their job attitude and intention to turnover. Based on the review of related literature, several research hypotheses were established and empirically tested. Data were collected from 398 wedding planners in Seoul from June to August 2009. Results of a structural equation analysis showed that some aspects of the respondents` job characteristics(i.e. task significance, autonomy, feedback) significantly influenced their level of job satisfaction. In contrast, other aspects of the respondents` job characteristics(i.e., skill variety and task identity) did not significantly effect their level of job satisfaction. In addition, all the respondents` job characteristics except for the skill variety also significantly influenced on the respondents` level of organization committment and intention to turnover. Finally, the respondents level of job satisfaction, organization commitment negatively affected turnover intention.
This study investigated the effect of hotel employee`s recognition of personnel justice on organizational commitment & job satisfaction. Personnel justice (distributive justice, procedural justice), ornanizational commitment, job satisfaction, Based on the results of this study, several research hypotheses were tested. The following conclusions are reached. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 278 were collected, of these, 270 questionnaires were used for data analyses excluding questionnaires with missing values. First, organizational commitment and job satisfaction were significantly effected by dis-ributive justice and organizational commitment and job satisfaction were also significantly effected by procedural justice Second, as for the relationship of organizatuonal commitmnet and job satisfaction, it was found to be positively significant.
Bridge rails are installed to protect occupants and vehicles from fatal run-off-road crashes. The performances of bridge rails are evaluated through full scale crash tests using a passenger car and a truck. The curb is mainly affected to the safety performances of bridge rail systems. Considering the results from full scale crash tests, it is recommended for bridge rails to improve the safety performances.
Road restraint systems are installed to protect occupants, pedestrians, vehicles and roadside structures from fatal run-of-road crashes. The performances of road restraint systems are evaluated through full scale crash tests using a passenger car and a truck. The role of computer simulations is getting important because the evaluation and the development of road restraint systems using full scale crash tests is expensive and time consuming. Considering the results from full scale crash tests, it is recommended for computer simulations to reflect and overcome.
Due to the recent amendments to FMVSS No. 208, NHTSA is considering several options regarding possible changes to the NCAP frontal crash test program. These are mainly consisted of increasing the test speed. testing with a variety of dummies, offset frontal test, changing the star rating limits and adding new injury metrics to star rating. In this study, responses to NHTSA request for comments are reviewed and introduced results for 40 mph (64 ㎞/h) full frontal barrier crash test of KATRI.
This study investigated the effect of wedding hall website` quality (response, aesthetics, information, security, convenience) on user satisfaction ,trust and intention to use. wedding hall website` quality(aesthetics, response, information, security, convenience), user satisfaction, trust and intention to use, Based on the results of this study, several research hypotheses were tested. The following conclusions are reached. A total of 330 questionnaires were distributed and 271 were collected. of these, 262 questionnaires were used for data analyses excluding questionnaires with missing values. First, user satisfaction was significantly effected by response, aesthetics and security, convenience wheras user satisfaction was not significantly effected by information, and also trust was significantly effected by response, aesthetics, information and securith in the wedding hall website` quality except the convenience. Second, as for the relationship of user satisfaction and trust, it was found to be positively significant. Third, user satisfaction, trust, affected intention to use positively.
Crash cushion systems are installed in order to redirect errant vehicles and to prevent vehicles from direct collisions to the roadside structures. Crash cushion systems protect drivers, passengers, pedestrians and roadside structures from impacting vehicles. The standard for installation and maintenance guidelines for roadside safety appurtenance of Ministry of Construction and Transportation specifies the levels of performance, required of crash cushions, for the restraint and/or redirection of impacting vehicles. The impact severity of vehicles in collision with crash cushions is rated by indices Theoretical Head Impact Velocity (THIV) and Post-impact Head Deceleration (PHD). In this study, some crash cushions are considered to understand the characteristics of performance and impact severity.<br/>
This Since the introduction of the local self-government, there has been increase in the number of cities that selected the 8 great views to let their unique local characteristics be know all over the country. This study is to how Cheonan citizens and tourists` perception is reflected in the process of the procedure of selection of the great 12 view in Cheonan, and inspect this process initiated with the residents` sympathy and participation. First, originally, the selection of the great 8 view in Cheonan was chosen as the representative destination among 21 candidates through survey of the citizens and tourists. However, after the selection of the great 8 view, the mayor academics and local representatives had decided to add 8 regions in order to contribute development of region economy and community cohesion. 12 great view in Cheonan are Cheonan three-way intersection, Independence Hall, The Historical Site of Martyr Yu Gwansun, Arario Square, Byeongcheon Sundae Street Taejosan Gakwonsa, Gwangdeoksa Snow Scene, Cheonan General Recreation Complex, Wangjibong Pear Flowr, Ipjang-Geobong Grapes Village, Heungtaryeong Festival, Cheonhoji night view.
The purpose of this study was to provide the Management and HR and Education Managers of Foodservice Industry with basic materials for efficient human resource management as well as to provide basic materials for salesmen of Foodservice Industry`s which have not been studied sufficiently, by reviewing internal marketing activities of Foodservice Industry`s to create profits which is the ultimate goal of the companies, and reviewing the influence of these activities on the core competency and job satisfaction. For the purpose of this study, empirical analysis using SPSS 18.0 was performed.
