The purpose of this paper is to develop a proper Christian attitude towards environmental crisis and to cope it with Christian stewardship. The world is changing. The change of companies, which responds most sensitively to changes of society, is concrete evidence. Major companies lead value change by putting ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) management ahead. It is assumed that “ecosystem destruction” and “social polarization,” as two key topics that threaten the sustainability of human-beings, and we must take responsibility to overcome this. If so, what about Christianity’s response to this? What is the attitude of Christians who claim that Christianity is the only hope of the world? When will Christianity be able to escape from the stigma that Christianity is the main culprit in the destruction of the ecosystem? Christianity, which still responds to ecological crisis with indifference, can never be the true hope of the world. It calls us to change the worldview of Christianity, which is weak to environmental problems. Finally, this paper analyzes the weaknesses of traditional (established) churches by studying Celtic Christianity, a forgotten tradition of the Christian history. The author hopes that this study can contribute to the development of an ecosystem-friendly Christianity. Celtic Christianity, born of the seeds of the Gospel sown in the Celtic world view, will be a bountiful report of God’s ecologically friendly vision for the world of creation. I hopes that otherworldliness of present Christian worldview will be shaken and renewed in a proper way by encountering the unfamiliar tradition of Celtic Christianity.

Nasopharyngeal stenosis is an obliteration of the normal communication between the nasopharynx and the oropharynx resulting from the fusion of the tonsillar pillars and soft palate to the posterior pharyngeal wall. It is a rare but serious problem. The most common etiology is currently the surgical trauma associated with uvulopalatopharyngoplasty or adenotonsillectomy. It can range in severity from a thin band to a complete obstructing cicatrix, Symptoms vary from mild hyponasal speech to almost complete nasal obstruction with oral breathing, We present a case of a 16 year-old male with nasopharyngeal stenosis after radiofrequency-assisted adenoidectomy in this paper. This patient was managed by synechiolysis, obturator and buccal mucosal graft.

Laryngotracheoesophageal clefts are rare congenital anmalies of the upper aerodigestive tract. They range in severity from small soft tissue defects in the interarytenoid region to complete clefts of the larynx, trachea, and esophagus. Minor clefts with mild symptoms can be managed conservatively. But, major clefts requires prompt surgical managemet fur the best result. We report a case of a 1 month old male with laryngotracheoesophageal cleft. This cleft was corrected by thoracotomy and anterior laryngofissure approach.
