Purpose : Endometriosis is characterized by the ectopic growth of uterine tissue in various extrauterine locations. This study examined the macroscopic, hormonal and immunological effects of Ouhyul Herbal Acupuncture(OHA) therapy on rats with experimentally induced endometriosis. Methods : Endometrial tissue was implanted in the serosal wall of the small intestine in rats. The rats were divided randomly into an experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with OHA on Kwanwon(CV4) three times per week and the control group was administrated normal saline every day. After 6 weeks, the size of the ectopic uterine tissue was estimated and the serum progesterone, estradiol and cytokines($TNF-{\alpha}$, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-l0) concentrations were analyzed. Results : The size of the ectopic uterine tissue in the experimantal group was slightly smaller than that in the control group. The estradiol, IL-4 and IL-6 concentrations were significantly lower and the IL-l0 concentration was significantly higher in the serum of the experimental group than in the control group. There was no significant difference in the concentrations of the other cytokines. Conclusion : These results suggest that OHA might be an effective method for treating dometriosis.

Purpose : Bee Venom Acupuncture(BVA) is known to affect inflammation and immune system. This study examined the macroscopic, hormonal and immunological effects of BVA on rats with surgically induced endometriosis. Methods : Endometrial tissue was implanted in the serosal wall of the small intestine in rats. The rats were divided randomly into an experimental and control group. The experimental group was treated with BVA injection on kwanwon(CV4) three times per week, and the control group was given an oral dose of normal saline every day. 6 weeks later, the size of the ectopic uterine tissue was estimated, and the serum progesterone, estradiol and cytokine($TNF-{\alpha}$, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-l0) concentrations were analyzed. Results : The size of the ectopic uterine implants in the experimental group was much smaller than that in the control group. The estradiol, IL-2 concentrations were significantly lower and the IL-6, IL-I0 concentrations were significantly higher in the serum of the experimental group than in the control group, there was no significant difference in the concentration of the other cytokine. Conclusion : These results suggest that BVA is an effective treatment for endometriosis.

예비유아교사의 인지발달수준과 인식론적 관점이 ‘과학의 본성’에 대한 이해에 미치는 효과

본 연구에서는 예비유아교사들의 인지발달수준과 인식론적 관점이 ‘과학의 본성’에 대한 이해에 미치는 효과를 검증해보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 유아교육을 전공하는 3학년 학부생 154명이었고, 이들에게 인지발달수준과 인식론적 관점, 과학의 본성에 대한 질문지를 이용하여 검사하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 첫째, 예비유아교사의 인지발달수준과 인식론적 관점은 상관관계를 보였으며, 둘째, 예비유아교사의 인지발달수준에 따른 ‘과학의 본성’에 대한 이해에 미치는 효과는 이원론보다 다양성이, 다양성보다 상대론이 ‘과학의 본성’의 이해에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 인식론적 관점에 따른 ‘과학의 본성’에 대한 이해에 미치는 효과는 실증주의와 실증-혼합주의에서는 유의하지 않았으나, 혼합주의, 혼합-구성주의, 구성주의에서 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 구성주의 관점의 예비유아교사가 이론과 법칙을 제외한 모든 항목에서 ‘과학의 본성’에 대해 적절한 관점을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 예비유아교사 대상 과학의 본성 관련 교육 프로그램을 개발할 때 인지발달수준과 인식론적 관점의 영향을 고려할 필요가 있으며, 이들의 인지발달수준과 인식론적 관점의 향상을 위한 교수학습방법에 대해 고민해야 함을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among pre-service early childhood teachers' intellectual development levels, their epistemological views, and understanding of nature of science (NOS). Participants were 154 undergraduate students majoring in early childhood education. Data were collected through 3 sources, including questionnaires:Learning Context Questionnaire, Scientific Epistemological Views, and The Views of Nature of Science version B instrument. Data were analyzed in order to find out how early childhood pre-service teachers understand the nature of science. The results of the study were as follows:First, the participants who held 'relativism' showed more proper understanding about the nature of science than the ones who held 'dualism'. Second, the pre-service teachers whose epistemological views were 'constructivism' showed better understanding about the NOS than the ones in the 'positivism' level. Furthermore, pre-service teachers who held the constructivist views showed better overall understanding about the NOS except the theory-driven NOS. Therefore, it is valuable to consider the early childhood pre-service teachers' characteristics of their intellectual development levels and epistemological views in order to achieve optimal outcomes of instruction about the NOS. The results of this study would provide the necessity of developing a teacher preparation program that improves pre-service early childhood teachers' intellectual development levels and epistemological views.

유아 멀티미디어 예비교사교육에 관한 델파이 연구

19명의 유아교육과 멀티미디어교육 전문가들을 대상으로 유아멀티미디어 관련 예비교사교육에 관 한 델파이 조사 연구를 실시하여, 교육 전문가들이 생각하는 유아멀티미디어 예비교사교육의 필요성 및 의의, 다루어야 할 교육내용, 개선점, 그리고 교육목표에 관해 알아보았다. 연구결과, 유아멀티미디어 관련 예비교사교육은 21세기 지식정보사회에 매우 필요하며 예비교사가 직접 활동을 통해 활용 능력을 기를 수 있는 방향으로 이루어져야 하고, 대학에는 관련 교과목이 더 증설되어야 한다. 예비 교사교육의 교육목표는 멀티미디어 리터러시를 비롯한 역량을 강화하고, 유아교육현장에서 활용 가능 한 ICT 활용능력을 학습하여 예비교사로서의 교수 효능감을 증진하며, 유아교육 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 멀티미디어 교수매체를 직접 제작해봄으로써 예비교사로서의 전문성을 신장시키는 것이다. This study was conducted by eliciting the opinions of an expert panel using a Delphi survey in order to find out the necessities and meanings, the objectives, and the contents of educational multimedia. This study employed the Delphi over three times with 19 panels of experts in fields related to the educational multimedia in early childhood education for constructing a pre-service teachers` preparation program. In the first survey, the study collected the panels` perspectives and opinions using an open-ended questionnaire which was based on a review of the literature on the educational multimedia in early childhood education. Then, based on the collected and analyzed data from the first survey, 4-point Likert scales were developed and used in second and third surveys. The researcher investigated the degree of consistency according to each item`s mean, standard deviation, median, and quartile deviation. As a result, this study could identify 4 items as the necessities and meanings, 27 items under 4 categories as the educational contents, 6 items as the improvements, and 12 items under 4 categories as the educational objectives for developing a pre-service teachers` preparation program. The findings indicated that it is crucial for pre-service teachers to be educated to integrate educational multimedia for supporting young children`s active participation of constructing meaningful knowledge structure.

7-수,과학,로봇교육 만 5세의 과학의 본성에 대한 명시적 교수 효과

This study focused on five-year-old children`s understanding of the nature of science by participating the explicitly reflective instruction. Participants were 20 five-year-old children. Data sources included participant observation, semi-structured interviews with children by using the questionnaire form of The Views of Nature of Science version D instrument. Data were analyzed for finding the changes of five-year-old children`s thoughts and understandings about the nature of science. Before the explicit reflective instruction, the majority of participants held naive views of NOS except ``the empirical NOS``, but after the instruction, the participants improved their perception about the nature of science, especially ``the tentative NOS`` and ``imagination and Creativity`` of NOS. Also, slight improvement was observed in the views of ``sociocultural NOS`` and ``observation and inference`` of NOS. Therefore, it is valuable to design and develop the educational program of teaching the nature of science for five-year-old children.

실천적 지식 함양을 위한 유아관찰및실습 수업 사례 연구

본 연구는 예비 유아교사들이 실천적 지식 함양 유아관찰및실습 수업을 경험하면서 교사의 역할, 수업, 유아와의 상호작용 등에 대해 어떻게 배워 가는지를 탐구하였 다. 이를 위해 S대학교 유아교육과 3학년 학생 42명에게 15주간 실천적 지식 함양을 위한 유아관찰및실습 수업을 실시하였고, 연구에 참여하기를 희망한 17명의 예비 유아교사들과 2018년 3월 6일부터 6월 19일까지 수집한 심층면담 자료, 반성적 저널, 참관일지를 Nvivo 9을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 전공수업을 통해 배운 이론적 지식이 실제로 유치원 현장에서 어떻게 구현되는지를 직접 보고 경험하면서 현장에 대한 자신감을 갖게 되고 이론과 실제가 연결되어 전공지식이 완성되는 것을 경험하였다는 것이다. 향후 예비 유아교사를 대상으로 하는 현장 밀착형 유아교원양성 과정의 실천적 지식 함양을 위한 교육에 대해 바람직한 방향성을 제시할 것이다. This study explored the experience of pre-service early childhood teachers about the practical knowledge about in-service teachers roles, educational activities, and the relationship with young children through the course of observation & practicum of young children. The subjects were 17 junior students enrolled in a four-year early childhood education program at S university. Data were collected from reflective journals, in-depth interviews and field notes from March, 6th to June 19th in 2018, and were analyzed by using qualitative methods of Nvivo 9. The research results were as follows: pre-service early childhood teachers learned about how the theoretical knowledge of early childhood education had been conducted in real kindergarten classrooms, obtained instructional efficacy and experienced the completion of knowledge structure by connecting theory and practice. Based on the results, effective educational programs for developing practical knowledge of pre-service teachers in teacher preparation programs were discussed.

예비 유아교사의 교육실습 관련 국내학술지 연구동향 분석

본 연구에서는 예비 유아교사의 교육실습 관련 국내학술지 논문의 연구동향을 분석하고 향후 관련 연구의 방향성에 대한 제언을 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2003년 처음 발표된 이후부터 최근 2018년까지 지난 15년 동안 한국연구재단 등재지인 학술지 15편에 게재된 논문 총 169편을 선정하여 연구시기별, 연구주제별, 그리고 연구방법별 동향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 분석결과는 첫째, 예비 유아교사의 교육실습 관련 연구는 2003년부터 시작하여 2009년과 2013년에 급증하는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 연구주제별 분석에 따르면 현황조사나 교육프로그램에 관한 연구가 많이 이루어진데 반해 실습 정책 및 제도에 대한 연구는 전무하였다. 셋째, 연구방법별 동향 분석결과, 예비 유아교사를 대상으로 하는 양적연구가 다수 이루어졌다. 연구결과를 통 해 향후 교육실습 관련 연구의 방향성을 제시하였다. This study explored the research trends about educational practicum of pre-service early childhood teachers and tried to propose the prospective direction of future research studies. To do this, a total of 169 original research papers published in 15 domestic journals over the last 15 years since 2003 were selected. The research trends of these papers were analyzed by study period, research content, and research method. The main results were as follows: First, there has been a surge in research related to the educational practicum of pre-service early childhood teachers in 2009 and in 2013. Second, according to the result about research content, authentic survey and research about the educational programs were high, while the study about administrative support including practicum policy and incentives were scarce. Third, in the tendency by the type of research, the proportion of quantitative research through survey and the one of study dealing with pre-service teachers were high. Based on the results, effective educational programs for supporting serendipity of pre-service early childhood teachers were discussed. Based on the results of this research, the meaningful information and direction on educational practicum of pre-service early childhood teachers in the future.

유아과학교육 관련 국외 연구동향 분석

본 연구는 21세기 지식 정보 사회에서 요구하는 융합인재형 유아과학교육의 방향성을 제시하기 위해 연구자의 국적, 연구의 내용이나 유형에서 어떠한 양상으로 연구되어 왔는지를 분석함으로써 앞으로 이루어질 연구의 방향을 잡고 지금까지 부족했던 측면의 연구를 좀 더 강화해갈 수 있는 지표를 마련하고자 하였다. 분석대상은 SSCI(Social Science Citation Index) 논문 중 지난 10년간 수록된 유아과학교육 관련 국외 논문 183편이었으며, 수집된 자료의 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다. 연구결과, 연구자의 국적은 주로 미국에서 점차 다른 나라로 증가하는 추세이며, 연구내용은 교사 중심의 과학교수법 관련 연구에서 점차 유아 중심의 과학교수 활용 효과와 방안에 관한 연구가 증가 추세였다. 연구유형은 양적연구가 많고 문헌연구가 가장 적었으며, 질적연구도 점차 증가할 것으로 보인다. 연구결과를 중심으로 유아과학교육의 방향성에 대한 제언을 하였다. This study analyzed the recent research trends of early childhood science education. A total of 183 papers were analyzed in terms of the researcher’s nationality, research topics and research types. Mainly, 183 research articles were selected from 10 SSCI journals, internationally well-known academic journals. Data analysis was undertaken based on the previous research and the frequency and percentage of collected data were calculated. The result of this study was as follows: The most prevalent research authors were from America, and some authors from England and other countries increasingly conducted research related to early childhood science education. The main research topics were about educational methods and strategies of early childhood science education. Increasingly, the research focus was changed from teacher-centered to child-centered approach. The quantitative research types were prevalent in this field and theoretical research was the least. But the qualitative research has been increasing nowadays.
