        최대운동 후 산소섭취농도차이가 회복에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 최대 운동 후 산소 농도를 달리한 회복법이 생리적 피로 요인에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 남자유도선수 10명 대상으로 탈진적인 유산소운동을 실시 후 1차 실험에 대기산소 농도와 같은 21%, 2차 실험에 30%, 3차 실험에 90%의 고농도산소를 15분씩 섭취 시켜 안정시, 운동후, 회복 30분, 회복 90분에 혈중산소농도, 혈압, 젖산, 암모니아를 검사한 결과 혈중산소포화는 산소 농도 30%와 90% 집단이 21%집단에 비해 회복 90분더 높은 혈중산소포화도를 보였으나 유의한 차이는 검증할 수 없으며, 수축기 혈압과 이완기 혈압 모두 산소농도를 21%, 30%, 90%로 달리 하여 섭취한 결과 유의한 차이는 검증 할 수 없었다. 젖산은 회복 30분에 산소농도 90%집단이 21%와 30%집단 보다 낮으나 집단간 유의한 차이는 검증할 수 없으나, 집단과 시기 간에 상호작용은 있는 것으로 나타났다. 암모니아는 최대운동 후 산소농도를 21%, 30%, 90%로 달리 하여 섭취한 결과 유의한 차이는 검증 할 수 없었다. 최대운동 후 휴식시 섭취하는 고농도 산소는 젖산에서 나타난 집단과 시가간의 상호작용을 나타내었으나, 산소농도차이에 따른 혈중산소농도, 혈압, 암모니아의 유의한 차이는 발견할 수 없었다. 이러한 원인으로는 평소 고강도 훈련을 실시하는 유도선수들임으로 신체 에너지 보유량이나 회복능력이 빠른 점과 본 연구에서 측정한 혈중산소농도, 혈압, 젖산, 암모니아는 운동 후 빠른 대사가 이루어져 유용한 변화를 검증 할 수 없었을 것으로 생각되어진다. In this study, blood oxygen concentration, blood pressure, lactic acid, and ammonia are investigated at the states of stable, after performing exercise, recovery for 30 minutes, and recovery for 90 minutes by applying highly concentrated oxygen of 21% as the same as atmosphere oxygen concentration in the first experiment, 30% for the second experiment, and 90% for the third experiment after performing exhaustive aerobic exercises for the subjects, 10 male Judo players, in order to investigate the influence of a recovery method that varies oxygen concentrations after completing maximum exercise. In the results of this investigation, although the groups that apply oxygen concentrations of 30% and 90% represent higher blood oxygen saturation than the group, which applies oxygen concentration of 21%, for the recovery for 90 minutes, it is not possible to verify their significant differences. Also, it is difficult to verify the significant difference in the blood oxygen saturation according to the change in oxygen concentrations, such as 21%, 30%, and 90%, for systolic and diastolic blood pressures. In the case of the lactic acid, although the group that applies oxygen concentration of 90% shows lower oxygen concentration than the groups that apply oxygen concentrations of 21% and 30% for the recovery for 30 minutes, it is not possible to verify a significant difference between groups. However, there are some interactions between the groups and the times. In the ammonia, it is difficult to verify the significant difference in taking oxygen by varying its concentrations, such as 21%, 30%, and 90%, after performing maximum exercise. In addition, there are no significant differences in oxygen intake concentrations at a recovery period after performing maximum exercise as well as blood oxygen concentration, blood pressure, lactic acid, and ammonia. The results are due to the fact that Judo players have a high physical energy level and a fast recovery rate because they have high intensity training in their normal times. In addition, it is considered that the verification of the significant change in some factors measured in this study, such as blood oxygen concentration, blood pressure, lactic acid, and ammonia, is difficult because such factors represent fast metabolism after performing exercise.

        유도선수들의 골밀도와 관련된 심혈관질환 예측인자

        본 연구는 장기간 유도훈련이 골밀도와 심혈관질환 예측인자들에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 유도선수 13명, 운동을 실시하지 않는 대학생 13명, 총 26명을 대상으로 골밀도, 신체조성, 혈중지질을 측정하였다. 이결과를 SPSS/PC 20.0을 사용하여 평균 비교 분석과 상관관계 분석 및 회귀분석 그리고 관련성 분석을 실시한 결과 유도선수와 비운동선수들의 평균차이분석에서 골밀도는 대퇴골(p<.01), 척추(p<.001), 전신(p<.001) 골밀도에서 유도선수가 더 높은 골밀도를 나타내었다. 심혈관질환 예측 인자는 Muscle Mass(p<.05)에서 유도선수가, Triglyceride(p<.01)에서는 비운동선수가 높게 나타났다. 골밀도와 심혈관질환 예측 인자 상관관계에서 유도선수와 비운동선수 모두 골밀도와 Muscle Mass(p<.01) 비교적 높은 상관관계가 나타났다. 다중회기 분석 결과 골밀도의 기여도는 Muscle Mass(p<.01) 가장 높았다. 골밀도가 낮은 그룹과 높은 그룹에 대한 관련성 분석에서는 유도선수가 높은 골밀도 그룹에 많이 분포했다. Muscle Mass가 높을수록 높은 골밀도에 많이 분포했으며, Triglyceride가 낮은 집단이 높은 골밀도에 많이 분포했다. In this study, bone mineral densities, body compositions, and serum lipids are measured for a total of 26 subjects, 13 Judo players and 13 non-athletes, in order to investigate the influence of long-term Judo training on both the bone mineral density and the predictive factor for cardiovascular disease. Using a mean comparative analysis, a correlation analysis, a regression analysis, and a relationship analysis, the measurement results are analyzed using SPSS/PC 20.0. According to the analysis results, the Judo players represent higher bone mineral density levels of the thighbone(p<.01), spine(p<.001), and body(p<.001) than the non-athletes in the mean comparative analysis between the Judo players and the non-athletes. In the case of the risk factor for cardiovascular disease, the Judo players represent higher levels of the muscle mass(p<.05) than the non-athletes but the non-athletes show higher levels of the triglyceride(p<.01) than the Judo players. Regarding the correlation of the bone mineral density and risk factor for cardiovascular disease, both the Judo players and the non-athletes represent a relatively high correlation level the bone mineral density and muscle mass(p<.01). In the multiple regression analysis results, the muscle mass(p<.01) represents the highest contribution to the bone mineral density. In the case of the relationship analysis for the groups that exhibit the lowest and highest bone mineral density, a large number of the Judo players are included in the high bone mineral density group. According to increases in the muscle mass subjects are distributed to the high bone mineral density group. Also, the low triglyceride group is largely included in the high bone mineral density group.

      • 운동부하(運動負荷)와 수축회수(收縮回數)의 관계(關系)를 이용(利用)한 상완이두근(上腕二頭筋)의 최대완력추정(最大腕力推定)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        The purpose of this study is estimate maximum muscle strength by measuring only maximum mumber of contractions at a given load(kg) with no direct determination of maximum muscle strength in isometric. Therfore, was designed to investigate the laws of various weight-loads (P) and number of contraction(N). Subjects were 75 baseball players whose ages ranged between 18 and 23 years old. Each subject measured the maximum mumber of contractions during extension and contraction movements between 45 degrees and 110 degrees of right elbow joint angle by using arm ergometer. The rate of tempo was once every two seconds. And, In this study, the value of maximal isometric stength was applied elbow joint engle in 45 degrees. The results may be summarized as follows : 1) It was significantly that maximum number of contractions during training group was higher than that of De-training group (P < 0.05). 2) In the total, it was significantly that maximum mumber of contractions during Low group of maximum muscle strength was higher than that of High group by measuring 70 to 90% Loads (P < 0.01) 3) In the total, it was significantly that maximum number of contractions during High grip strength was higher than that of Low group by measuring 50% Loads(P < 0.05). 4) Relationship between Load(kg) and number of contractions has shown to be well fitted to an exponential equation: N = -allP + b. On the basis of these findings, it was suggested that estimation of maximum muscle strength relationship between load and mumber of contractions brachial biceps more adequate weight-loads than relative load(%).

      • 유도선수의 체중감량 정도가 자율신경변화와 운동능력 변화에 미치는 영향

        The objective of this study is to provide fundamental materials in an ideal weight-down program by considering the reaction of autonomous nerves and exercise performance according to the level of weight-down in a short-term period. The investigation of autonomous nerves was applied using an equipment of SA-2000E (medi-core, 2002) in order to measure the Mean HRT, SDNN, RMSSD, TP, LFNorm, and HFNorm for the subjective of a total of 14 college Judo players whereas 7 players were included in a 4% weight-down group, and other 7 players were included in a 6% weight-down group. The aerobic exercise performance was measured as the maximum oxygen uptake and maximum heart rate. Also, the anaerobic exercise performance was measured as the peak power and mean power. The statistical process of the results was performed through a t-test and two way repeated RM (2×2) ANOVA. In the results of these tests, a 4% weight-down group showed no significant differences in the autonomous nerve reaction before and after the weight-down. However, a 6% weight-down group demonstrated significant differences in the HRT, SDNN, and RMSSD. In the exercise performances, the mean power per weight showed significant variances before and after the weight-down. However, each 4% and 6% weight-down group demonstrated no significant differences in exercise performances. It is evident that the weight-down of 6% in a short-term period represented negative effects on athletic performances because the decrease in the mean power and increase in the parasympathetic showed a unstability in their performances in the case of the 6% weight-down group that was performed for a week.

        일회성 운동이 골감소증 고령여성의 골대사성 사이토카인 생성에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: Although overproduction of cytokines from peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) was associated with the reduction of bone mass, bone metabolic cytokines production according to exercise is still not clear. We aimed to test whether changes in production of bone metabolic cytokines after a bout exercise in osteopenia elderly women. METHOD: Nine osteopenia elderly women (T-score -2.61±0.46; aged 67.67±3.24 years) underwent a bout exercise of 60 %VO<sub>2</sub>max (EX group) with a cycle ergometer. To clarify the changes during exercise, we designed repeated measure ANOVA as the sedentary control (CON group) to perform blood sampling without exercise. The concentrations and the mRNA expressions of cytokines were measured before, immediately after and then recovery 60 minutes after exercise. Serum Ca, Pi, Mg, and ALP were also measured at same times. RESULTS: There were no significant changes in the concentrations of serum TNF-alpha, IL-6, IL-1beta, and INF-gamma (NS). Although the mRNA expression of most cytokines also show no significant changes (NS), only TNF-alpha mRNA expression showed significant difference between groups (p=.008). On the other hand, serum Ca showed significant difference between times (p=.002), that of EX group was significantly increased at immediately after exercise compared to baseline (p<.05), and it was decreased at recovery period (p<.01). CONCLUSIONS: These results suggest that a bout exercise of moderate intensity might not be effect on production of bone metabolic cytokines both level of serum and mRNA from PBMC, and induced temporal hypercalcemia.

      • 초등학생의 태권도 수련참여가 성취동기 및 학교생활 적응에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Taekwondo training on elementary school students' motivation for accomplishment and adaptability to school life. For this purpose, this study involved male and female elementary school students aged from 11 to 13 taking Tae Kwon Do training in Kyunggi Do Province as of 2005, who are selected by the multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling. The number of people who were finally selected and used for the analysis was 391. The questionnaire entitled 「Influence of Taekwondo Training on Elementary School Students' Motivation for Accomplishment and Adaptability to School Life」 was used for the survey, whose reliability was verified through preliminary test. The coefficient of reliability was .705~.837, which is relatively good. We distributed reliable questionnaires during the preliminary research and collected them to analyze the result through various statistical methods including frequency analysis, t-test, one-way Anova, Scheffe's post-hoc test, correlation analysis and recurrent analysis. As a result of the analysis, we have drawn the following conclusion. First, in terms of motivation for accomplishment, there was a statistically meaningful difference of about 5% among dedication to the training. There was also a statistically meaningful difference of a 1% level in terms of adaptability to school life depending on the level of dedication to the training. Second, in terms of motivation for accomplishment, there was a statistically meaningful difference of about 1% depending on the length of training. There was also a statistically meaningful difference of about 1% in terms of adaptability to school life depending on the length of the training. Third, we examined the impact of dedication to training on motivation for accomplishment, and found that expectation for future has positive influence on the level of dedication, and self-confidence, interest level and expectation for future turned out to have positive impact on the length of the training. Forth, the level of dedication to the training have positive influence on student-teacher relationship and school discipline, while the length of the training turned out to have positive influence only on class lectures.
