RF sputter에 의한 SiNy막 제작에서의 산소 주입효과

Silicon Nitride, Silicon OxyNitride, Silicon Oxide film을 RF Sputter법으로 제작하였다. RF power 1kw에서 산소 공급량과 기관온도에 따라 제작된 막의 조성을 ESCA로 분석하였으며 산소 공급량과 기판온도의 증가에 따라 막에서의 산소함량이 크게 증가하였다. 또한 막의 밀도, 굴절율, 유전율은 산소함량의 증가에 따라 감소하였고 분극율은 Clausius-Mossotti방정식에서 얻을 수 있었다.

Malignant melanoma can be classified as both cutaneous and mucosal types. The former comprisesmore than 98% of all melanomas and is related to ultraviolet exposure, whereas the latteroccupies only 1.3%. More than half of mucosal melanoma arises in the head and neck region,and the sinonasal tract is also one of its predilection sites. On the other hand, themetastatic melanoma of head and neck is lower incidence than primary lesion and the unknownprimary site is about two to five percent. Moreover, a lymphatic metastasis to the posteriorneck is a more unusual clinical pattern. A 71-year-old man with a solitary subcutaneousposterior neck mass visited our clinic. He was confirmed with metastatic melanoma in thelymph node through excisional biopsy. However, the primary site was not found with wholeradiologic examinations. We report a very rare disease entity with a brief literature review.

일본 교과서분석 : 교육과정과 교과서의 상관성에 관한 연구

'교과서는 성전이다'라고 말하였던 과거의 교과서관에서 현재에는 하나의 자료집으로 보는 관점까지 다양한 觀이 존재한다. 현재에는 대부분의 나라에서 수업 자료의 하나로 사용하고 있고, 교육과정도 학습의 가이드 라인을 마련하는 것에서 그치는 경향의 나라들도 많이 있다. 그렇기 때문에 교과서 자체를 연구하는 것은 그다지 발전적인 방향은 아닐 것이다. 그렇지만 교과서는 교육과정을 펼쳐 놓은 하나의 자료집이라는 점에서 그 존재적 가치의 의미를 갖는다고 할 수 있다. 존재 가치가 있는 그러한 교과서인지를 확인해 보기 위해서는 일본의 도화공작과에 대한 전반적인 이해가 선행되어야 하고, 그 연후에 그 교육과정에 따른 교과서의 체제를 양적, 질적 분석을 하여서, 소학교 학습지도 요령이라 불리는 일본의 교육과정 상에서 이루려고 하는 철학이 교과서에 얼마만큼 반영이 되어 있는지에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.

지역협력사업에 대한 효과성 평가: 월성원전 주변지역을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to explore ways to promote the effectiveness regional cooperation projects. First, this study evaluates the effectiveness of regional cooperation projects in the area around Wolsong nuclear power plant, second, deduces the problems from the effectiveness evaluation of regional cooperation projects. And finally, suggests ways to boost the effect of regional cooperative projects. The results of the study show that considering residents’ low awareness of the activities and the businesses, business providers should be required to actively take part in public relations support projects for the residents of the surrounding area to understand the purpose of the business. In addition, it was found that false comprehension of business purpose renders authenticity and suitability very low when accepting projects.

Schwannomas are slow-growing, benign neurogenic tumors arising from the sheath of myelinatednerve fibers. They usually occur in the head and neck region. Only 4% of schwannomasfound in the head and neck region originate in the sinonasal tract. Schwannoma of the nasalseptum is rarer, and only few cases have been previously reported in the literature. Weexperienced a rare case of the schwannoma of the posterior nasal septum in a 71-year-old woman. She was treated successfully by transnasal endoscopic surgery. No recurrence was detectedwithin 18 months follow-up period.
