A Study of Suppliers' Participation in Private Exchanges: Focusing on MRO Markets

성장 잠재력에도 불구하고 많은 B2B 시장은 참여업체 수의 부족으로 운영의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 어떠한 방법을 통해 충분한 숫자의 기업들을 시장에 참여하도록 유도할 것인가가 B2B 시장의 성공을 위한 주요 요인 중의 하나로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문은 MRO 시장을 대상으로 공급업체들을 구매자 중심의 전용시장(Private Exchanges)에 참여하게 만드는 요인들이 어떤 것인지를 규명해 보는 것을 주요 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 EDI 채택에 관한 선행연구와 실무자들과의 면접에 기초하여 실험대상 요인들을 추출하였다. 불완전한 계약 이론(Incomplete contract theory)에 기초하여 가설의 설정과 검증을 하였으며, 분석 결과 시장에 참여할 것으로 기대되는 공급업자들의 수와 시장 참여의 대가로 주어질 보상의 유무가 B2B시장의 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 한편 구매업자에 대한 신뢰는 유의한 요인으로 드러나지 않아 공급업자들은 기존의 구매업자와의 신뢰관계가 B2B 시장에서는 중요하지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. Many B2B electronic markets (EMs) are struggling to survive because they failed to attract enough participants. Thus reaching critical mass of participants is one of the key success factors for various types of EMs. The main purpose of this study is to investigate factors that lead MRO (maintenance, repair, and operating) suppliers to participate in private exchanges (PE), the buy-side EM. This paper introduces the characteristics of the PE according to the classification schemes introduced in previous studies about EM types. Literature is reviewed on suppliers’ adoption of inter-organizational information systems focusing on EDI adoptions issues. Data analysis based on incomplete contract theory and the social exchange theory is then presented. The results of this study show that the number of suppliers and subsidy are factors that influence suppliers' participation in PEs. Nonsignificant results relating to trust imply that suppliers who are invited to participate in a PE do not expect their off-line relationships with the buyer to be transferred to the PE.

도서관 주간 표어의 내용 및 구조 분석

도서관 주간은 1964년에 설정된 이래 2020년까지 56년 동안 이어지면서 도서관 분야의 가장 크고 중요한 활동으로 자리 잡았다. 따라서 한국도서관협회는 도서관 주간 홍보에 활용하기 위한 표어를 공모 및 선정하여 포스터 제작 등에 활용하는데, 본 연구는 그 내용과 효과에 대해 분석하여 브랜딩 전략 차원에서 보다 효율적인 표어를 개발 및 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 도서관 주간 공식 표어로 선정된 116개의 내용을 박영준(2001)이 제안한 언어적 기법과 핵심 단어에 따라 분석했는데, 그 결과 '한글 문자'로만 이루어진 것이 103개(88.79%)였고, 문자 구조 유형은 '문장형'이 46개(39.66%)로 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 표어에 포함된 핵심 단어를 분석한 결과 '도서관'이 포함된 것이 111개(96.52%)로 가장 많았다. 따라서 도서관 주간 표어는 '도서관'이라는 단어가 포함된 '한글 문자'로 이루어진 '문장형'이 대부분이라고 할 수 있다. Library Week was established in 1964 and has continued without interruption for 56 years. It has grown to become one of the largest and most important activities within the library field today. The Korean Library Association publicly selects slogans to be used for Library Week publicity purposes and their poster advertising campaign. A study and evaluation analyzing slogan contents was performed to determine the overall effects of these slogans on the public and provide suggestions for more effective and focused slogans as part of a branding strategy. To achieve this purpose, the contents of 116 official slogans of the library week were analyzed according to the linguistic techniques and key words suggested by Young-Jun Park (2001). As a result, there were 103 slogans (88.79%) composed of only 'Korean characters'. And the key scoring type with the highest number of hits was the word 'sentences' 46 units (39.66%). Furthermore the word in the slogans resulting in the highest number of hits was 'library' with 111 units (96.52%). Therefore, it can be said that most of the weekly slogans of the library are 'sentence type' consisting of 'Korean characters' containing the word 'library'.

성인기 우울 완화를 위한 독서치료 프로그램 개발

본 연구는 우울을 호소하는 성인들의 증상 완화를 돕기 위한 독서치료 프로그램을 개발해 제시하는데 목적이 있다 연구 목적 달성을 위해 이론적 측면에서 성인기 우울의 원인과 증상 및 독서치료 프로그램의 구성 요소를 고찰한 뒤 세부목표 수립을 위한 키워드를 30개 도출하고 치료에서의 상호작용을 위한 문학작품 12편과 관련 활동 16가지를 선정했다. 이어서 이 요소들을 모두 종합해 각 세션 별 2시간, 총 12세션 동안 운영할 수 있는 집단 독서치료 프로그램을 완성해 제시했다. The purpose of this study is to develop and introduce a bibliotherapy program that, potentially, will help relieve symptoms of depression in participating adults. In order to achieve this purpose, and after examining the causes and symptoms of adult depression and the components of the bibliotherapy program from a theoretical perspective, thirty keywords will be established. From these findings, detailed goals will be derived and the related twelve literary works quantified for therapy interaction. By combining all these elements, sixteen unique activities will be selected resulting in a group bibliotherapy program that can be operated for a total of twelve sessions, two hours each.

사서교사 1급 자격연수 교육과정 운영 사례 연구

The purpose of this study was to examine the actual state of the curriculum on how qualification training is organized and operated based on the operation case of the K University Education and Training Institute, which operated librarian teacher (level 1) qualification training was held during the summer vacation of 2021. As a result of the study, a total of 111 librarians participated in the actual qualification training, of which 50 librarian teachers (4 males, 46 females) were from elementary schools, 24 (4 males, 20 females) from middle schools, and 37 (5 males, 32 females) from high schools. In addition, the curriculum for qualification training consisted of core competencies and subjects that met the scope of the job of the 'learner strength development' and the 'librarian role statement', and the satisfaction ratio of the 111 librarian teachers who participated in the qualification training averaged 4.76 out of 5. Overall, the satisfaction was high, but it was suggested on the areas that were either the lowest or lower than average.

작은도서관 운영자를 위한 독서 프로그램 교육 효과성 분석 연구

본 연구는 작은도서관 운영자들을 대상으로 실시되었던 독서 프로그램 교육이 그들에게 얼마나 도움이 되었는지 효과성을 분석하여, 작은도서관 운영자들이 필요로 하는 교육 방식과 내용을 밝혀 향후 기획 및 실시될 독서 프로그램 교육의 지침으로 삼는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2019년 9월부터 10월에 걸쳐 6개 광역 단위 지방자치단체에서 7회에 걸쳐 운영되었던 작은도서관 운영자를 위한 독서 프로그램 활용 교육 참여자들 382명에게 설문지를 통한 조사를 실시 및 분석하였다. 그 결과 작은도서관 운영자들의 97%는 독서 프로그램에 대한 관심이 있었으며, 93.9%는 독서 프로그램 교육이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 또한 대상별 독서 프로그램은 아동(31.5%), 청소년(23.3%), 성인(25.6%), 노인(18.5%)의 순으로 관심이 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study analyzes the effectiveness of the reading program education that was conducted for small library administrators, and identifies the education methods and contents that small library administrators need. The purpose is to make it. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted and surveyed by 382 participants using reading programs for small library administrators who were operated seven times in six regional governments from September to October 2019. As a result, 97% of small library administrators were interested in reading programs, and 93.9% said they needed reading program education. In addition, the reading programs by subjects showed interest in the order of children (31.5%), adolescents(23.3%), adults(25.6%), and elderly(18.5%).

도서관 주간 포스터의 표현 방식에 대한 선호도 분석

본 연구는 1964년부터 57년 동안 이어진 도서관 주간의 공식 포스터 31개의 표현 방식 중 문자 레이아웃 형식과 색채를 분석하고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 설문조사를 실시하여 시민들이 가장 선호하는 것을 밝혀 향후 포스터 제작의 방향을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 포스터 표현 형식을 분석한 결과 문자 레이아웃은 '문자의 상단 위치'가 13개(41.9%)로 가장 많았고, 색채에서 색의 분류는 '유채색'이 30개(96.8%), 색의 온도감은 '한색'과 '후퇴색', '수축색'이 각각 18개(58.1%)로 가장 많았다. 이어서 설문조사 분석 결과 문자(표어) 레이아웃의 경우 '상단 위치'를, 색의 분류에서는 '유채색'과 '한색', '진출색'과 '팽창색'을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 도서관 주간 포스터의 문자 레이아웃은 '문자의 중심 위치'에, 색은 '유채색'과 '난색', '진출색'과 '팽창색'을 활용해 제작할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the form and color of the letter layout among 31 expression methods of official posters during the library week from 1964, for 57 years, and to propose the direction of poster production in the future by revealing what citizens prefer most by conducting a survey based on the results. As a result of analyzing the poster expression form for achieving the purpose of the study, the most common character layout was 'the top position of the character' in 13 out of 31 (41.9%), and in color, 'chromatic color' in 30 out of 31 (96.8%), and the temperature of color with 'cold color', 'fading color' and 'shrink color' in 18 out of 31 (58.1%), respectively. The results of the survey showed that the most preferred was 'top position of characters' for letter layout, and 'chromatic color' and 'cold color', 'advance color' and 'expansion color' were the most preferred for the color classification. Therefore, the character layout of the weekly poster for the library needs to be produced using 'the center position of the letter', and the colors need to be made using 'chromatic color', 'warm color', 'advance color' and 'expansion color'.

교육대학원 사서교육전공 학생들의 중등교사 임용시험 준비 과정 탐색

본 연구는 교육대학원 사서교육전공에 재학 중이거나 졸업한 예비사서교사들에게 중등교사 임용시험을 준비하는 과정을 탐색하여 경험적 자료를 제공하고, 더불어 사서교육전공 교육 과정을 개선하는데 필요한 근거를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 175명의 예비사서교사들에게 개방형 질문이 포함된 설문조사를 실시한 뒤 응답 내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과 교육대학원 사서교육전공에 진학한 가장 큰 이유는 ‘사서교사 자격 취득을 위해서’가 165명(94.3%)으로, 교육대학원 교육 과정과 중등교사 임용시험과의 관련성을 묻는 질문에는 ‘80% 이상’ 연관되어 있다는 답변이 50명(28.6%)으로 가장 많았다. 또한 중등교사 임용시험을 준비하고 있는 방법으로는 ‘학원 과정 수강을 통해’가 111명(63.4%)으로 가장 많았고, ‘중등교사 임용시험 준비 과정에서의 어려움’에서는 6개의 주제, 8개의 범주, 168개의 개념이 도출되었다. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical data by exploring the preparation process for the secondary school teacher qualifying examination for those who are currently enrolled or graduated from the librarian education major at the graduate school of education, and to derive the necessary basis for improving the librarian education major curriculum. To achieve the purpose of the study, 175 prospective librarians were surveyed including open-ended questions and the responses were analyzed as follows. 165 (94.3%) of respondents stated that the ‘biggest reason for entering the graduate school of librarian education major’ was ‘to acquire qualification as a librarian teacher’. And 50 (28.6%) respondents the ‘more than 80%’ about question the ‘relationship between the graduate school of education curriculum and the secondary school teacher qualifying examination’. In addition, when asked the question of ‘how to prepare for the secondary school teacher qualifying examination’, 111 (63.4%) of the respondents ‘indicated that taking academy courses’ was the preferred methods, and 6 topics, 8 categories, 168 concepts were derived from ‘difficulties in preparing for the secondary school teacher qualifying examination’.
