This study examined the impact of beauty YouTube content characteristics on consumers' beauty product attitudes and purchase intentions through a survey of 301 people in their 10s and 40s or older in Busan and Gyeongnam, and analyzed the data through SPSS 25.0 Ver. As a result, first, it was confirmed that the higher the reliability, interaction, and information among the content characteristics of beauty YouTube, the higher the cognitive factor of beauty product attitude. Second, among the content characteristics of Beauty YouTube, it was confirmed that the higher the interaction, reliability, and information, the higher the emotional element. Third, it was confirmed that the higher the emotional and cognitive factors among beauty product attitudes, the higher the purchase intention. Therefore, the beauty industry is expected to develop further and furthermore, the growth of beauty workers in the beauty industry is expected by the production of beauty YouTube contents considering these characteristics.

Dietary fiber (DF) and resistant starch (RS) in the grains of cereals are fermented into short chain fatty acids (SCFA), including butyrate, propionate, and acetate, in the large intestine, and are absorbed into the blood. Effectiveness of SCFA in reducing myocardial damage was evaluated in a rat model of 30 min ischemia and 3 h reperfusion with administration of SCFA (10 mg/kg) by peritoneal injection 1 h before occlusion. Butyrate and propionate significantly attenuated infarct size, an indicator of myocardial damage, when assessed by 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining, reduced apoptosis in terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling staining, and increased Bcl-2/Bax ratio, a determinant of cell survival in the apoptotic pathway. In addition, butyrate significantly attenuated the level of caspase-3, an executioner caspase, in an immunohistochemical assay. These results demonstrate that butyrate and propionate, produced by fermentation of DF and RS in the large intestine, could prevent myocardial infarction by attenuating apoptosis, possibly through inhibition of histone deacetylases. Thus, varieties of cereals or diets that produce a large amount of butyrate and propionate by fermentation could be beneficial in reducing myocardial infarction.

This study intends to discuss the kinds of conflicts the writer has observed in developing programs for thinking education. The conflicts are as follows. 1. Conflicts between thinking styles It is fair to say that not many thinking educational programs currently used in educational situations have been successful accompanying the goals set out at the stages of program development or program execution. There can be many reason cited for this failure. Among others, it's pointed out that researchers have failed to take into consideration opposing charaters of different thinking forms. For example, consider the relation between critical thinking and creative thinking. ’'These two forms of thinking are associated respectively with skills and dispostions that are of conflicting nature. For instance, the selection of reliable information sourec of critical thinking is in conflict with flexibility of creative thinking ; Likewise, objectivity of critical thinking and curiosity of creative thinking are opposing to each other. 2. Conflict between thinking education and subject matter The main objective of thinking education is to increase and promote the students' thinking ability. Naturally, thinking education shouldn't require the student to learn the given text contents as in other subject matter education. At the very outest of the research it is also clearly stated that it intends to develop thinking ability program that are wholly independent of and differedtiated from other normal subject matter education. However, the researchers themselves could not reach a consensus on and long debated about adopting this defferentiationvlew. 3. Conflict between positivism and intuition In planning the study, we first intended to set out a goal that can reflect the Korean culture, namely ‘'oriental thinking', of which labelling is yet to be confirmed : and secondly incorporates this goal in constructing program contents. But this .goal has come to be removed for two reasons : (l )that it is not objectively definable, (2)that it’'s difficult to determine its specific contents. 4. Comflict between individual ability and group problem solving ability Thinking education should aim to to keep individual develop wholistic ability to solve problems independently. The basic standpoint of Western thinking education is rested upon group thinking. Thus when the individual faces a specific problem, he/ she could not be able to solve it wholllistically. The Korean thinking education, that is, the thinking education recognized the Korean educational tradition, on the other hand, attempts to produce and independently capable problem solver. However in actual development of thinking programs group thinking is given to the priority. 5. Conflict between criteria for ‘the better'Thinking programs consist of many different units. When they are developed, they are first to test through field experiment to select the best unit. In this process, there can be difference in views between the researcher and the teachers of the students. That is, they can often different answers regarding what constitutes the best thinking programs.
