본 논문에서는 공동주택 환경에서 정보통신 설비의 고도화를 위하여 사업자설비와 이용자설비가 최초 접속되는 케이블 분기점의 집중구내통신실과 구내 간선 및 건물간선이 접속되는 동장비실을 비롯 구내통신설비의 전반적인 환경에 대한 현장조사를 통하여 운영실태를 조사하였고 기술기준과 초고속 정보통신 건물인증기준을 비교하여 새로이 개선안을 제시하였다. This study examined the status of application about all over the wiring system facilities for the high quality at the environment of the apartment houses through on-site investigation and indicated the problems and supposed to the improvement plan in comparison between technical standard and high-speed information-communication building recognition standard.

공동주택 환경에서의 홈네트워크 구축을 위한 법제도 연구

본 논문에서는 홈 네트워크 설비 가 인증제도와 u-city를 기반으로 사업자별, 지역별로 점차 확대 설치되고 있음에 따라 그 설치 현황과 추진상황을 알아보고 홈 네트워크의 일반적 개념과 법제도적 개념을 정리하였다. 또한 건축법과, 주택법, 주택건설기준 등에 관한 규정 등 법 제도와 정보통신 기술기준의 적용 근거를 분석하고, 시행제도상의 문제점을 도출시켜 법제도 개정의 필요성 및 개선안을 제시함으로써, 이용자 편의의 안전성과 편리성, 쾌적성을 갖춘 홈 네트워크 구축방안을 제시하였다. As Home Network facilities are more enlarging on the basis of a Certification system and U-City by a different operators and regional groups. In this paper, describer to the status of it's installation and promotion and arrange it's general idea and law system concept. Also, draw operation system's problems and present counterproposal through analyzing an application basis of the law systems and information-communication technical standards such as construction law, housing law, and regulation to the housing construction standard. etc. We suggest an change necessity of the law system that home network can get ready for safely, facilities, comfortability of the user's convenience.

본 논문은 정부에서 추진중인 유비쿼터스도시의 성공적 건설을 위하여 공동주택에 설치되는 홈 네트워크설비를 포함한 전기통신설비 및 방송공동수신설비의 기술기준과 초고속 정보통신건물인증제도의 문제점을 알아보고 해결방안으로 주택법령의 주택성능 등급표시 제도보완과 유지관리를 제도화 하기위한 주택법계열의 전면적인 검토 보완 및 개정안을 제시하였다. 또한 기술기준만을 적용한 건축물과 초고속 정보통신건물 인증 2등급 이하 취득 건축물 그리고 상기 해결방안이 법제도화가 되었을 때의 건축물에 대한구내 정보통신선로 통합구축 모델을 각각 설계하여 제시하였다. This study recognize the problems about the High-speed IT building certification system and the technical standards of telecommunication facility, broadcasting public receiving facility including Home-network facility which are installed at apartments for the successful building of the Ubiquitous city that the government is driving and suggested a sweeping change of the housing law interrelated for making up a housing efficiency grade-display system and systematizing the maintenance by solutions. Also, presented the integrate-construction model designs separately of the residential IT line about the buildings applied to technical standards, the building acquired second grade below of High-speed IT building and the building when the above solutions get to he systematized.
