        장애인 체육 지도자의 리더십유형과 자긍심 및 운동몰입의 구조적 관계 분석

        The purpose of the study is to clarify the relationship among coach`s leadership style, pride, sports absorption by employing a statistical data analysis method, and to present a new type of appliable leadership style for the disabled. This paper chose the disabled who took part in 29th National Sports Game, and sampled, using convenience sampling. For the this study, a questionnaire was distributed to 300 disabled and a total of 272 questionnaires were subjected for population by simple random sampling. For the analysis of data, SPSS 15.0 for Windows was used and exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were made. In order to analyze the abstracted factors through structure equation model using Amos 7.0, confirmatory factor analysis was made. For the verification of model suitability and of research hypotheses, path analysis was made. Conclusion obtained from these analysis are as follows: First, the hypothesis - coach`s leadership style will have influence on the pride - was found true. drill and direction leadership, thoughtful leadership style and compensated leadership style had statistically significant influence on the pride. Second, the hypothesis - the pride will have influence on the cognitive commitment and the behavioral commitment-was found true. the pride had statistically significant influence on the cognitive commitment and the behavioral commitment.

        여가몰입을 매개로 한 여가스포츠 참가자들이 인식한 여가기능이 생활만족과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study was to clarify the relationship among the sports leisure activity participant’s leisure function, leisure flow, life satisfaction and quality of life by employing a statistical data analysis method. The participants of this study were 276 male adults who took part in the sports leisure activity. Dada was collected using a survey questionnaire, with a convenience sampling method. To analyze data, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were executed by using SPSS 17.0. Also, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted using Amos 7.0. To test a mediating effect, Baron & Kenny’s(1986) procedure was used. The result of this study is as follows First, leisure function had a statistically significant influence on leisure flow. Second, leisure function had a statistically significant influence on life satisfaction. Third, leisure function had a statistically significant influence on quality of life. Forth, leisure flow had a statistically significant influence on life satisfaction. Fifth, leisure flow had not a statistically significant influence on quality of life. Sixth, leisure flow was mediated the relationship between leisure function and life satisfaction. Seventh, leisure flow was not mediated the relationship between leisure function and quality of life.

        야구 동호인들의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 여가몰입, 여가만족, 생활만족과 심리적 행복감의 경로분석

        The purpose of the study is to clarify the relationship among leisure flow, leisure satisfaction, life satisfaction, happiness and QOL by employing a statistical data analysis method. The participants of this study is 300 male adults who take part in the amateurs baseball League through survey after distribution of questionnaire sheet by using convenience sampling among non-probability sampling. Actually, total 288 questionnaire sheets were used for this study. To analyze data, frequencies and reliability analysis were executed by using SPSS 17.0 Window. Also, confirmatory factor analysis was made using Amos 7.0. For the verification of model suitability and of research hypotheses, path analysis was made Conclusions obtained from these analyses are as follows: First, leisure flow had statistically significant influence on leisure satisfaction. Second, leisure flow had statistically significant influence on life satisfaction. Third, leisure flow had not statistically significant influence on happiness. Forth, leisure satisfaction had not statistically significant influence on life satisfaction. Fifth, leisure satisfaction had statistically significant influence on happiness. Sixth, life satisfaction had not statistically significant influence on happiness. Seventh, happiness had statistically significant influence on quality of life.

        아웃도어 스포츠웨어 선택속성과 브랜드이미지, 브랜드신뢰 및 행동의도의 구조관계 분석

        The purpose of this study was to clarify the structural relationships among selection attributes, brand image, brand trust, behavioral intention of outdoor sportswear. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, this paper chose customers who purchased outdoor sportswear at least more than once in outdoor store in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and sampled, using convenience sampling. A questionnaire was distributed to 300 customers and a total of 287 questionnaires were used for the study. For the analysis of data, SPSS 15.0 and Amos 7.0 was used for exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis. Also, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis was made. For the verification of model suitability and of research hypotheses, path analysis was made. The research results are as follows: First, among selection attributes, brand homoology and self ostentation had influence on experiential image. Second, among selection attributes, brand homoology had influence on functional image. Third, among selection attributes, functionality and brand reliance had influence on symbolic image. Forth, among brand iamge, experiential image and functional image had influence on brand trust. Fifth, brand trust had influence on continuous purchasing intention and word of mouth intention.

        프로야구 팀속성과 소비감정, 관람가치 및재 방문의도의 구조관계 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 프로야구 팀속성이 재방문의도로 연결되는 경로 중 소비감정과 관람가치의 인과관계 및 구조관계를 분석함으로써, 프로야구 관중의 실질적인 구매행동의 이해를 통해 기존의 팬 유치 및 새로운 잠재고객의 확보를 위한 유용한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 17세 이상의 LG Twins, Nexen Heroes, SK Wyverns의 홈구장인 잠실, 목동, 문학에 직접 방문한 홈 관중으로, 2011 시즌 평균 관람횟수가 1회 이상인 관중을 대상으로 모집단을 총 413명의 자료가 실제분석에 사용되었다. 자료처리는 SPSS 15.0 Version을 이용하여 빈도분석(frequency analysis)과 신뢰도 분석(reliability analysis)을 실시하였으며, AMOS 7.0 프로그램을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis)과 상관관계 분석(correlation analysis)을 병행하여 실시하였다. 이후 최종적으로 연구가설의 검증을 위해 구조방정식모형(structure equation modeling) 분석을 통해 수립된 가설의 채택과 기각 여부를 판단하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 팀속성의 하위 요인 중 시설, 팀 경기력, 라이센싱이 소비감정에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 팀속성의 하위 요인 중 팀 경기력, 서비스가 관람가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 소비감정은 재방문의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 관람가치는 재방문의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to provide managers and owners of Korea professional baseball teams with the necessary information for improving managerial performance by fan acquisition and retention. This paper chose LG, Nexen, and SK fans over the age of 17 as population of this study who visited at least twice home games held in the Jamsil, Mokdong, and Munhak baseball stadium. For the analysis of data, 413 questionnaires were used using SPSS 15.0 Windows and Amos 7.0. To examine respondents demographics traits, frequency analysis was processed and reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis for relationship among the variables were conducted. Also, convergent validity analysis and discriminant validity analysis were made. Finally, path analysis was made for the verification of model suitability and of research hypotheses through structure equation modeling. The research results are as per the below. First, team attributes like physical facilities, team performance and licensing had significantly positive influence on consumption emotion. Second, team attributes like service and team performance significantly positive impact on viewing value. Third, consumption emotion had significantly positive impact on revisit intention. Fourth, viewing value had significantly positive impact on revisit intention.

        스포츠 감정노동자의 셀프리더십 장려가 조직시민행동의 활성화에 따른 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study was to clarify the structural relationships among self-leadership, organization citizenship behavior and job satisfaction in golf caddies. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, this paper chose golf caddies who worked in internal golf course at least more than one year. To analysis the data, 382 data were utilized using the SPSS 20.0 Ver. program. To search the respondents demographics traits, frequency analysis were carried out and then reliability analysis and correlation analysis also were conducted. Lastly, confirmatory factor analysis and verification of model suitability were examined using Amos 20.0. The research results were as follows: First, self-leadership had a positive impact on organization citizenship behavior. Second, organization citizenship behavior had a positive impact on job satisfaction. Third, self-leadership had not a positive impact on job satisfaction. Fourth, organization citizenship behavior fully mediated the relationship between self-leadership and job satisfaction.

        피트니스센터 선택속성과 고객만족과의 관계에서 소비감정의 매개효과 검증

        본 연구의 목적은 피트니스 센터의 선택속성과 고객만족과의 관계에서 소비감정의 매개효과를 실증적으로 규명함으로써 피트니스의 차별화된 서비스 전략을 제시하고 고객의 긍정적인 감정 상태 및 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 효과적인 마케팅 방안을 제시 하고자 한다. 연구의 대상은 2013년 서울·경기 및 경남 지역 피트니스센터에 등록된 회원을 연구대상의 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 비확률 표본추출법 중편의추출법(convenience sampling)을 사용하여 총 376부의 데이터를 실제분석에 사용되었다. 자료처리를 위해 SPSS 15.0과 Amos 7.0을 활용하여 빈도분석(frequency analysis)과 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis)을 실시 한 후, 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis)과 상관관계 분석(correlation analysis)을 병행하여 실시하였다. 이후 최종적으로 연구가설의 검증을 위해 직접효과와 매개효과를 검증하였으며, 매개효과는 Bootrapping 방범과 Aroian-test의 검증절차를 이용하였다. 이 때 모든 통계적 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 수립된 가설의 채택과 기각 여부를 판단하였다. 이와 같은 연구 절차를 거쳐 얻어진 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 피트니스센터의 선택속성 중 비용, 지도자, 프로그램 요인이 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 피트니스센터의 선택속성 중 비용, 지도자, 분위기 요인이 소비감정에 유의한의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째 소비감정이 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째 선택속성과 고객만족 사이에서 소비감정은 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of the study was to provide managers and owners of fitness center with new marketing strategies for distinction strategies of quite competitive Korean fitness industry with analysis of mediating effects of consumption emotion within the relationship of fitness selection attribute and customer satisfaction. This paper chose fitness center customers as population of this study who registered in each 5 fitness centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi using convenience sampling. For this study, 400 questionnaires were given fitness center customer. For the analysis of data, 376 questionnaires were used using SPSS 15.0 Windows and Amos 7.0. To examine respondents demographics traits, frequency analysis was processed and reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis for relationship among the variables were conducted. For the verification of model suitability and research hypotheses, the mediating effects were tested by using Bootrapping method and Aroian-test through structure equation modeling. The significance level was set at α=.05, and the results are as follows. First, Among fitness selection attribute variables, structural strategy, cost, a trainer and program had significant influence on customer satisfaction, but, atmosphere and facilities had not significant on customer satisfaction. Second, Among fitness selection attribute variables, structural strategy, cost, a trainer and atmosphere had significant influence on consumption emotion, but, facilities and program had not significant on consumption emotion. Third, consumption emotion had significant influence on customer satisfaction. Fourth, consumption emotion fully mediated in the relationship between fitness selection attribute and customer satisfaction.

        원문 : 국내 아이스하키 팬들의 경기관람결정요인, 팀동일시, 팀충성도 및 소비자행동의 구조관계 분석

        본 연구의 대상은 2012년 아시아 아이스하키리그 정규 시즌 팬들 증 국내 유일한 실업팀인 안양 HALLA와 춘천 High1 홈 팬들만을 모집단으로 선정하여 비확률 표본추출법(non probability sampling) 중 편의표본 추출(convenience sampling)을 사용하여 표본을 추출하여 총286부의 설문지가 본 연구에 실질적으로 사용되었다. 자료 분석을 위해 Windows용 SPSS 15.0 Version을 이용하여 빈도분석(frequency analysis)과 신뢰도 분석(reliability analysis)을 실시하였으며, Smart PLS 2.0을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis)을 실시하였다. 아울러, 본 연구모형의 검증을 실시하였으며, 각 가설의 검증을 위해 PLS를 통한 인과관계분석(causal relationship analysis)을 실시하여 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경기관람결정요인이 팀동일시에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경기관람결정요인이 팀충성도에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 팀동일시가 팀충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 팀동일시가 구전의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 팀충성도가 재방문의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, this paper chose ice hockey home fans who visited Goyang and Anyang ice link as populations using convenience sampling among non probability sampling methods. A questionnaire was distributed to 300 spectators and a total of 286 questionnaires were used for the study. For the analysis of data, SPSS 15.0 Version was used for frequency analysis and reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis was made using Smart PLS 2.0. For the verification of model suitability, research hypotheses and path analysis was made by PLS causal relationship analysis. The research results are as follows: First, Decision Factors of Sports Viewing had partially positive impact on Team Identification. Second, Decision Factors of Sports Viewing had partially positive impact on team loyalty. Third, team identification had positive impact on team loyalty. Forth, team identification had positive impact on world-of-mouth intention. Fifth, team loyalty had positive impact on Re-attend Intention.

        상업피트니스 센터의 관계효익이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to propose new marketing strategies for quite competitive fitness industry with analysis of relational benefits, relational commitment, customer loyalty of business fitness center. For this study, 350 questionnaires were given to Seoul and Gyeong-gi fitness center customers. Data were analyzed through, frequency analysis, exploratory analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis using SPSS Windows V 18.0 The statistical significance level was set at α<.05. The research results are as per the below. First, relational benefits had significant influence on relational commitment. Secondly, relational benefits had significant influ-ence on customer loyalty. Third, relational commitment had significant influence customer loyalty. Fourth, re-lational commitment mediated between the relational benefits and customer loyalty.

      • 프로스포츠 중계방송 품질지각과 시청동기의 시청만족과 직접 관람의도와의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationships among recognition of broadcasting quality factors, viewing motivations, viewing satisfaction, and intention of direct spectating korean professional sports. Questionnaires were given to people who have watched professional sports more than 5times. Total 250 questionnaires were used for the actual analysis. PASW ver. 18.0 for Windows and AMOS 20.0 program were used for data processing and [or the data analysis, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were used. The statistical significance level was set at a <``05. The result of the research were as follows. First, Viewer``s recognition of broadcasting quality factors had a statistically positive effect on viewing satisfaction. Second, Viewer``s motivations of watching professional broadcasting had statistically positive influence on viewing satisfaction. Third, Viewer``s recognition of broadcasting quality factors had a statistically positive effect on direct spectating intention. Fourth, Viewer``s motivations of watching professional broadcasting did not statistically affect on direct spectating intention. Fifth, the effectiveness of viewing satisfaction had statistically positive effect on direct spectating intention.
