고정도 전류-모드 신호 처리를 위한 새로운 바이폴라 트랜스레지스턴스 증폭기(TRA)와 이것의 오프셋 보상된 TRA를 제안하였다. 두 TRA는 전류 입력을 위한 두 개의 전류 폴로워, 전류차를 얻기 위한 전류 가산기, 전류를 전압으로 변환시키기 위한 저항, 그리고 전압 출력을 위한 전압 폴로워로 구성되었다. 오프셋 보상된 TRA는 TRA의 오프셋 전압을 감소시키기 위한 다이오드 결선된 npn과 pnp 트랜지스터를 채용하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, TRA근 입-출력 단자에서 0.5 Ω의 임피던스와 40 mV의 오프셋 전압을 갖고 있다는 것이 확인되었다. 오프셋 보상된 TRA는 1.1 mV의 오프셋 전압과 0.25 Ω의 임피던스를 갖고 있다. 두 개의 TRA를 단위-이득의 트랜스레지스턴스를 갖는 전류-전압 변환기로 이용할 때 3-dB 차단 주파수는 40 MHz이다. 제안한 두 TRA의 전력 소비는 11.25 mW이다. Novel bipolar transresistance amplifier(TRA) and its offset-compensated TRA for high-performance current-mode signal processing are described. The TRA consist of two current follower for a current inputs, a current summer for the current-difference, a resistor for the current to voltage converter, and a voltage follower for the voltage output. The offset-compensated TRA adopts diode-connected npn and pnp transistor to reduce offset voltage in the TRA. The simulation results show that the TRA has impedance of 0.5 Ω at the input and the output terminal. The offset voltages at these terminals is 40 mV The offset-compensated TRA has the offset voltage of 1.1 mV and the impedance of 0.25 Ω. The 3-dB cutoff frequency is 40 MHz for the two TRA's when used as a current to voltage converter with unit-gain transresistance. The power dissipation is 11.25 mW.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigated the anti-aging and anti-wrinkles effects of the pinus koreaiensis seed(PKS) oil. Methods : The anti-oxidant effect was performed by beta-carotene bleaching assay and the intracellular proteome was analyzed expression of each 15 proteins by 2-D electrophoresis. And fatty acid was analysed by gas chromatography. Anti-wrinkle effect was analyzing human skin by the PRIMOS system. Results : Fatty acid analysis of PKS oil has shown oleic acid was 49.7% and linoleic acid was 34.1%. And the antioxidant effect was about 125% compared with alpha-tocoperol(0.1%) by beta carotene bleaching assay. In 2D PAGE analysis, fifteen protein changes in five mechanisms which was collagen synthesis pathway, MMPs, ECM-cell interaction, cytokine, antioxidant enzymes were analyzed. In case of anti-wrinkle effect was proved in vivo by analyzing human skin by the PRIMOS system. The analysis results of eye wrinkles for 4 weeks showed an improvement effect of over 6%. Conclusions : In this study, the amount of protein change in the five mechanism through the cell experiment and the skin anti wrinkle efficacy by the human in vivo test were investigated. As a result pinus koreaiensis seed oil by supercritical extraction could be used as a anti-aging and anti-wrinkle substance for the skin.
TRIP형 냉연강판에서 변형유기 마르텐사이르변테에 대한 응력과 변형 형태의 영향

The main emphasis of the present study has been placed on understanding of the effects of applied stress and strain modes on the behavior of strain induced martensite transformation in relation to formablity and mechanical properties of TRIP-aided cold-rolled steel sheets. Two kinds of cold-rolled steel sheets were prepared, and uniaxial tensile test and plane strain tensile test were conducted. Under the plane strain condition, strain induced martensite transformation was retarded than that under uniaxial tensile condition, and the rate of martensite transformation was decreased at the same major strain. This may be inferred from the fact that the applied shear stress and shear strain on test specimen under the plane strain condition was lower than under the uniaxial tensile condition. The difference of stress or strain mode plays an important role against the change of strain induced martensite transformation behavior.
