미얀마 주요 농산물의 생산 및 수출입 동향 분석

In Southeast Asia, Myanmar is the largest country of the continent with land area 676,577 km2 that is three times higher than Korea. Nonetheless, a lot of diversity in agricultural enterprises is available in Myanmar as different climatic zones are available due to its unique location from north to south and east to west. Agriculture is considered the most important industry in Myanmar that largely relies on rice production. During 2009-10, rice and black gram are also among the major export items of Myanmar. Wheat, maize and sorghum are among the other major crops of the country and cultivation area of wheat and corn has been steadily increasing. Sesame is an important oilseed crop of Myanmar that is cultivated on the largest area. Presently, Myanmar has trade relations with Thailand, India and China.

고등학교 복싱선수들의 심판판정인식과 긍정심리자본, 경쟁상태불안의 관계

이 연구는 고등학교 복싱선수들의 심판판정인식과 긍정심리자본, 경쟁상태불안의 관계를 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 자료수집은 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 206부가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0 & AMOS 18.0을 이용하였다. 첫째, 심판판정인식의 신속성이 높으면 긍정심리자본이 높아지고 신뢰성이 높으면 회복탄력성, 자기효능감, 낙관주의가 높아진다. 둘째, 심판판정인식의 공정성, 신속성, 신뢰성이 높으면 신체불안은 감소하고 신속성이 높으면 자신감이 향상된다. 셋째, 회복탄력성이 높으면 신체불안은 감소하고, 자기효능감이 높으면 인지불안은 감소하며 회복탄력성, 사회적지지, 자기효능감이 높으면 자신감이 향상된다. 넷째, 긍정심리자본은 심판판정인식과 경쟁상태불안의 관계에서 완전매개효과가 있다. 이상의 결과는 심판판정인식은 긍정심리자본과 경쟁상태불안에 관여되고 있으며 긍정심리자본이 높을수록 경쟁불안은 감소한다는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study examined the analysis of relationship among perception toward referees, positive psychological capital and competitive anxiety of high school boxers. Through convenience sampling method, selected 206 survey questionnaires were used for final analysis from youth boxers. Data processing was performed using SPSS WIN 18.0. & AMOS 18.0. First, the quickness of perception toward referees had positive effect on the high school boxer psychological capital, the trust had positive effect on resilience, self-efficacy and optimism. Second, the fairness, quickness, and trust had negative effect on physical anxiety, the quickness had positive effect on confidence. Third, the resilience had negative effect on physical anxiety and the self-efficacy had negative effect on cognitive anxiety. the resilience, social support and self-efficacy had positive effect on confidence. Fourth, the psychological capital mediating relationship between perception toward referees and competitive anxiety. These results suggest that the perception toward referees is involved in psychological capital and competitive anxiety, the higher psychological capital the lower competitive anxiety.

The purpose of this paper is to identify how agricultural products safety and farming and processing products safety have an effect on food trust and which, in turn, have influences on affective commitment and purchase intention in retail setting of agricultural food product. A survey study was conducted to collect the data with women as consumers who have experience of purchase at food retailing stores. Regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 was performed to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows: in high level of consumer`s incomes, farming and processing products safety is positively associated in food trust, but not in agricultural products safety and which, in turn, more influence on affective commitment than purchase intention, and affective intention has influences on purchase intention. On the other hand, in both middle level of consumer`s incomes and low level of consumer`s incomes, agricultural products safety and farming and processing products safety have an effect on food trust and which, in turn, have influences on affective commitment and purchase intention and affective commitment has an effect on purchase intention. But low level of consumer`s income has more strong influences on purchase intention by food trust than middle level of consumer`s income.

소비자의 구매의도 및 추천의향에 관한 연구

가공식품은 변화하는 식생활 문화에서 전체 식품 구입 비중에서 45.3%를 차지하는 한축으로 자리 잡았다. 이에 더불어 소비자의 추구가치 또한 지속적으로 변화하고 있다. 현대인의 생활 전반에 자리매김 하고 있음에도 불구하고 가공식품 중심으로 소비자의 구매에 관련된 연구가 미미한 실정이며, 가공식품의 소비량이 늘어감에 가공식품이 가지고 있는 경쟁력을 알아보고 구매의도와 추천의향을 실증적으로 분석하여 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 276명을 대상으로 한 실증분석 결과, 가격 대비 가치, 지각된 위험, 기업이미지, 브랜드친숙도가 가공식품의 구매결정요인으로 나타났고, 원재료의 원산지 인지에 따라 가공식품의 구매의도도 다르게 나타났으며, 국산 원재료 사용에서 더 높게 나타났다. Processed Food has been important position in eating culture. Processed Foods market share has been increased to 45.3% in total share of purchasing food. Processed Food has a broad category that include Korean traditional food, favourite food, etc. It influence to peoples life style and health, so it has worth to study to find out what is the key competitiveness of Processed Food and Consumers cognition. But there are few studies about Processed Foods purchasing factor, so researcher try to find out key purchasing factor, purchasing intention, recommendation intension through empirical method. 276 sample has collected for research and result show us that value for money, perceived risk, corporate image, brand familarity are key purchasing factor and it has positive effect on purchasing intention. And there is a difference between internal origin and external origin, internal origin has more purchasing intention from consumer.

외국인 투자자 지분율이 기업의 CSR성과와 재무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 경실련에서 발표된 상위 200개 기업을 대상으로 1999년부터 2009년까지 한국 증권거래소에 상장되어 있는 기업을 대상으로 외국인 투자자와 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR), 기업가치 간에 상호 영향을 주는지 회귀분석과 T-Test를 통하여 외국인지분율 차이에 의하여 집단 간 차이가 있는지 실증분석을 하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 외국인지분율 5%이하 기업과 5%이상 기업의 차이를 분석한 결과 외국인지분율이 CSR과 기업의 재무성과에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 외국인지분율, CSR, 재무성과는 통계적으로 유의하게 상호 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 1년간 시차(lag)를 주고 외국인지분율, CSR, 재무성과는 통계적으로 유의하게 지속적으로 상호 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보면 외국인투자자들이 우리증시에 참가하여 통상적인 경영권위협, 고배당 등을 요구하는 부정적 견해만 있는 것이 아니라 기업의 재무성과와 사회적 참여 활동에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며 기업은 외국인지분율을 높이기 위하여 재무성과 뿐만 아니라 CSR 활동도 강화해야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다 This study is intended that CSR, foreign holding rate relations to influence each other for the upper rank 200 companies published the Citizens’ Coalition for Economic from 1999 to 2009. It is empirically analyzed by t-test and multi-regression for enterprises listed the Korea Stock Exchange. First. Analysis of t-test in  foreign holding rate both below 5% and more than 5% showed distinction in CSR and financial performance. Second. It seemed that foreign holding rate statistically got interaction with CSR and financial performance Third. foreign holding rate, CSR, financial result consistently showed giving of interaction a year lagged. The result of study has that foreign investors have not only negative for high dividend and threat of management rights but positive influence on companies in Korea.

한우 체중 추정을 위한 딥러닝 기반의 영상 분할 알고리즘 적용

Image-based weight measurement is a novel approach for reducing the manpower consumption of Korean cattle farms without causing stress to animals. In this paper, the weight was predicted by measuring the area of Korean cattle and estimating the weight correlation factors. Using the histogram sum from the acquired image data, repeated data was removed and learning efficiency was improved, and the Mask R-CNN model was trained with the selected data. Mask R-CNN uses RoIAlign and is a model capable of precise segmentation by replacing the Softmax activation function of FCN with sigmoid. The result of territorial division of Korean cattle in the background of an actual barn reached an average precision of 0.88 with confidence standards of average IoU 0.88 and 0.85. The size of the mask obtained as a result of segmentation had a maximum correlation of 0.88 with the body weight, and the minor axis length and major axis length of the optimal ellipse calculated through the mask had a correlation of 0.35 and 0.56, respectively. The weighted average of the error rate of the weight prediction results using these three weight correlation factors was 0.07.

This study focuses on factors which can affect SME technology based start-up performance. Technology based start-up companies are has a risk which named as death valley. Death valley is a situation that vanished in market, cause of low cash flow, complexity of market and low management capability for commercialization of there products. In this study, researcher try to figure out and gives advice for technology based start-up companies to survive in market. The factors explored in this study include network, property based technology capability, knowledge based technology capability, technology industrialization and capability for market orientation. Moreover, market orientation served as the independent variable for technology based start-up performance. Based on previous studies, a research model was developed using 144 data observations collected via a survey targeting employee or employer of technology-based SMEs that can answer questionnaire designed for measuring factors. Hypothesis testing was done using path analysis. Result showed that network has positive significant effect on market orientation. Moreover, every technology capabilities has significant positive effect on market orientation. Finally, market orientation has a positive significant effect on technology based start-up performance. Based on this results, managerial implications and limitations of the study were offered for technology based start-up companies.

청소년 검도선수들의 사회적 지원, 자기관리 및 운동지속의 관계

The purpose of this study examined the analysis of Influence Relationship among Social Support, Self Management and Exercise Adherence of Youth Kumdo Player. The data were collected with purposive sampling from 340 of Youth Kumdo Player. After excluding 22 data because partial part of the survey was missing or insincere responses were included, this study analyzed 318 data with SPSSWIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 through descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First the social support had influences on self-management of Youth Kumdo player. Second, the social support had positive on exercise adherence of Youth Kumdo player. Third, the self-management had positive on exercise adherence of Youth Kumdo player. Fourth, the self-management mediated relationship between social support and the exercise adherence.
