『靈樞·九鍼十二原篇』을 중심으로 한 太極鍼法 분석

Objective : This study was conducted to underpin the theory of Taegeuk Acupuncture systematically and increase the utility of clinical trial and a range of application. Method : This study analysed ByungHaeng Lee’s theory, who is the originator of Taeguek Acupunture, by focusing on 『Young Chu·GuChimSibYiWon』 Result & Conclusion : 1. ByungHaeng Lee’s thought about Viscera and Bowels is following medicine of Internal Classic. Even though JeMa Lee’s thought about Viscera and Bowels has same name with ByungHaeng Lee’s, but the functional meaning and related part is totally different. So, four constitution types in Taegeuk Acupuncture are different from four constitution types in Four-Constitution Medicine. Therefore, Taegeuk Acupuncture isn’t related with Four-Constitution Medicine 2. On the authority of 『Young Chu·GuChimSibYiWon』, we can extend 4 therapeutic acupuncture point combinations of Taegeuk Acupucture to ten therapeutic acupuncture point combinations which tentatively named ‘Five Viscera Source Point Acupunture’. 3. To consider an example of eight constitutional acupuncture, Taegeuk Acupuncture thoroughly says constitutional acupuncture. Especially, JaeGyuKim’s Taegeuk Acupuncture has specific diagnosis standard that after treating a patient with acupuncture, he checks an oppressive pain at the precordial region and a voiced sound at liver and then he makes sure constitution of patient. So we can consider JaeGyuKim’s Taegeuk Acupuncture as constitutional acupuncture. However, it has to change the name of four constitution types to taegeuk greater yang person, taegeuk lesser yang person, taegeuk greater yin person, taegeuk lesser yin person so as to avoid confusion. 4. Taeguek Acupuncture is markedly simple in comparison with other acupuncture, so it needs to extend the utility of clinics by enlarging treatment acupuncture points.

瓜蔕 吐法을 이용한 심인성 진전 환자 치험 2례

Objectives: The objective of this study is to report the effectiveness of Korean medicine therapy on Psychologic tremor patients with MCVT.Methods: Korean medicine therapy including MCVT, herb, acupuncture, and psychotherapy are ap-plied to psychologic tremor patients. Vas and AIMS are used as assessment tools to evaluate the effects of therapy. MCVT is a traditional Korean medicine technique usually for chronic diseases. Similarly, au-togenic training by J.H.Schultz and Giungoroen-therapy was conducted as psychotherapy. Results: In case 1, the patient lost all symptoms from vas10 to vas0, while in case 2, symptoms of the patient decreased from vas10 to vas3. Additionally, there was a significant decrease in the AIMS meas-urement score for both patients. Psychotherapy helped to reduce depression and anxiety.Conclusions: Psychologic tremor can be treated using Korean traditional medicine such as MCVT, Sosiho-tang and psychotherapy.

강박장애 치료에 대한 중의학 임상연구 동향

Objectives: The objective of this study is to analyze the Clinical reports of treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods: Clinical reports on obsessive compulsive disorder treatment from 2001 to 2017 were searched using the following key words in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). ‘OCD’, ‘qiangpo zheng’. Results: A total of 22 papers were selected, 12 of which were clinical research papers and 10 case report papers. The acupuncture and moxa treatment was more effective in relieving the clinical symptoms of OCD patients as compared to only using western medicine, and it was also possible to reduce the ad-verse effects of western medicine. Conclusions: It was established that Traditional Chinese medicine has some effect on the treatment of OCD, but there were limitations as follows. The selected papers were retrieved from only one site of CKNI and did not follow a systematic review methodology. Therefore generalized results could not be derived, further studies should therefore be carried out.

김일구 「광대가」의 음악적 분석

비록 광대는 아니었을지라도, 판소리에 대한 열정이 가득했던 신재효는 말년에 이르러 「광대가」라는 가치 있는 작품을 남겼다. 본 연구는 이러한 「광대가」의 내용을 살펴보고, 작창되어 현존하는 「광대가」 중 가장 대표되는 김일구 작창의 「광대가」를 분석해 보았다. 신재효의 「광대가」는 크게 네 부분으로 구성되어 있고 광대에 관한 탁월한 이상향을 제시하였다. 그 중에서도 두 번째 단락은 광대의 네 가지 덕목에 관해 서술하고 있는데, 이를 김일구 작창 단가 「광대가」의 가사로 사용하였다. 김일구의 「광대가」는 자진모리장단과 중모리장단으로 이루어져 있으며, 신재효의 가사를 그대로 가져와 사용하였고, 자신이 국립창극단에서 신재효 역을 맡으며, 신재효의 심정을 담아 가락을 표현하려 노력하였다. 본 연구를 통해 신재효에 관한 연구와 판소리 작창에 도움이 되길 바란다. Although not a clown, Shin Jae-hyo, who was full of passion for pansori, left a valuable work called Gwangdaega in his later years. This study examines the contents of the Gwangdaega and analyzes the Gwangdaega by Kim Il-gu, which is the most representative of the existing Gwangdaega. Shin Jae-hyo’s Gwangdaega consists of four parts and presented an excellent ideal about the clown. Among them, the second paragraph describes the four virtues of the clown, which is used as the lyrics of Kim Il-gu’s song, Gwangdaega. Kim Il-gu’s Gwangdaega consists of the Jajinmori and Joongmori Mori, and he took the lyrics of Shin Jae-hyo and used them as his own. I hope this study will be helpful for the study of Shin Jae-hyo and the creation of Pansori.

중국에서의 약침을 활용한 불면증 치료 임상논문 연구동향

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to research the trend related to pharmacopuncture for insomnia in China for further development of pharmacopuncture in Korea. Methods: This study reviewed and analyzed 21 Chinese journals related to pharmacopuncture 2013∼ 2019 sourced with the following keywords in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). ‘Shimian’, ‘Wuewei zhushe’, ‘Shuizhen’, ‘Xuewei yaowu zhushe’, ‘Yaowu xuewei zhushe’, ‘Xuewei zhuyao’, ‘Xuezhu’, and ‘Xueweiyaowu zhuru’. Results: The following results were obtained in this study. 1. A total of 21 papers were selected, comprised of clinical research and case reports. 2. Pharmacopuncture was often used for insomnia, and as the medicine of injection, Salvia, Gastrodin, Acanthopanax, Hominis Placenta, Qingkailing, Shenmai, Bozhi Glycopeptide, Fufang Danggui, Vitamin B12, and Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride were used. 3. In combined treatments, acupuncture, chiropractic, auricular sticking, and herbal medicine were used. 4. It was more effective compared to conservational acupuncture therapy. Conclusions: It was established that they have efficiency to treat insomnia with pharmacopuncture in China, but there were limitations in this study, so we need more research to identify new medicines for neuropsychiatric diseases.

논문(論文) : 태극침법(太極鍼法)의 확장형인 오장원혈침법(五臟原穴鍼法)의 적응증 연구 -『황제내경(黃帝內經),영추(靈樞)』를 중심으로-

Objective : By establishing the Five Viscera Source Point Acupuncture as the targeted acupuncture treatment for stadardization, as the first step, this study was conducted to sort the indications of each acupuncture remedies, which can be referred as one of the most important factors in acupuncture treatment, based on Yeoungchu. Method : This study selected only the contents related to indications of five viscera, by extracting the relevant sentences from Yeoungchu using the search words Liver(Liver Meridian, First Yin), Heart(Pericardium, Heart Meridian, Second Yin), Spleen(Spleen meridian, Third Yin), Lung(Lung Meridian, Third Yin), and Kidney(Kidney Meridian, Second Yin). Result & Conclusion : 1. We selected and extracted text related to liver disease from Chapter 16, heart (pericardium) disease from Chapter 16, spleen disease from Chapter 19, lung disease from Chapter 17, and finally kidney disease from Chapter 17 of Yeoungchu. 2. The basic theory of applying Five Viscera Source Point Acupuncture to five viscera diseases is first assorting the diseases according to its state (i.e. deficiency or excess), then draining the source point of the appropriate viscus in case of excess, or supplementing the source point of the appropriate viscus in case of deficiency. 3. For the correct application of Five Viscera Source Point Acupuncture, the classification of the disease, not only the judgement on its state, must be presented systematically and synthetically in combination with Four Examinations. Therefore the follow-up studies needs to be conducted.

한의학 교육 분야에서의 원전학(原典學)의 범위 및 학습 목적

Objective: This study was conducted to examine the scope and learning objective of Medical classics in the field of the education of Korean Medicine. Method: This study was analyzed and figured out list of classes which was taken by department of medical classics in eleven College of Korean Medicine and one school of Korean Medicine. Results & Conclusions: 1. Now, 14 subjects out of 16 subjects which were taken by whole department of medical classics in Korea can be a proper area of education of medical classics. Now, Hwangjenaekyung and Nangyeong are the only aim of the lessons at the medical classics. Therefore, we present to modify the aims inclusively. 2. The subject of the class have to change as follows. ``Wonjeon`` changes into ``Hwangjenaekyung``, ``Medical Chinese character`` changes into ``Korean medical chinese character``, ``medical informatics`` changes into ``korean medical informatics``. 3. As we consider the condition that ``Nangyeong`` is educating in just four departments of medical classics, we have to discuss about the stature of Nangyeong and to extend education of Nangyeong. 4. In the department of medical classics, we can improve the level of understanding and reading skills by educating the class of ``Sanghanron`` and ``Donguibogam``. 5. This study is actively involved in trying to include ``Korean Medical Informatics`` and ``Korean medical terminology`` in the education field of the medical classics.

감수말(甘遂末)을 사용한 소양인(少陽人) 환자의 만성 어지럼증 치험 1례

Objectives We report 1 treatment case with Euphorbiae Kansui Radix which is based on Sasang constitutional Medicine for Chronic Dizziness in Soyangin. Methos We treated Soyangin patient suffering form chronic dizziness. We prescribed Euphorbiae Kansui Radix for her physical symptoms. The improvement of her dizziness was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results After the Euphorbiae Kansui Radix was given, the patient's Dizziness was improved. And there was not any adverse effect. Conclusions This study shows that using Euphorbiae Kansui Radix can be effective treatment for Soyangin chronic dizziness patient.

溫白元의 병행투여로 좌 편측 위약감, 소화불량 등의 증상이 개선된 대뇌 백질 변성 少陰人 환자 치험 1례

Objectives We report 1 treatment case with Onbaek-won which is based on Sasang constitutional medicine for specific symptoms that leukoaraiosis Soeumin patient has. Methods We treated leukoaraiosis Soeumin patient suffering from specific symptoms. We prescribed Onbaek-won for her physical symptoms. The improvement of her symptoms were evaluated by Manual Muscle Test(MMT) and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results After the Onbaek-won was given, the patient’s most of symptoms were improved. And there was not any adverse effect. Conclusions This study shows that using Onbaek-won can be effective treatment for leukoaraiosis Soeumin patient‘s specific symptoms.

항우울제 복용환자에 대한 한의치료와 M&L심리치료 활용 2례보고

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to show that patients taking antidepressants significantly respond to Korean medical treatments and M&L psychotherapy. Methods: We treated two patients with Korean medical treatments (acupuncture, moxibustion and Herbal Medicine) and psychotherapy including M&L psychotherapy and Li-Gyeung-Byun-Qi therapy. The patients were diagnosed based on DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for MDD. Beck`s Depression Inventory (BDI), Beck`s Anxiety Inventory (BAI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) were used to evaluate the patients. Results: The following observations were made after treatments: Case 1: the patient showed significant improvement in Beck`s Depression Inventory (BDI), Beck`s Anxiety Inventory (BAI), and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Case 2: the patient showed significant improvement in Beck`s Depression Inventory (BDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Conclusions: These results suggest that Korean medical treatments and M&L psychotherapy might be effective for treating patients suffering from MDD.
