        Objectives and Method : This study was conducted to identify the influences of conflict among hospital employees on job satisfaction and organizational commitment measured as the result variables of organizational conflict. The data for this study were collected from 305 employees who were employed as a physician, a nurse, an administrative personnel or other hcalthcare professional in 4 medium-sized general hopitals in 2 middle sized cities including Yeosu and Soonchcon. The survey instrument used in this study was a structured questionnaire developed from modifying those of some previous studies, for example, Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire for a measure of job satisfaction. Results : 1. The groups experienced relatively high degree of overall intra- organizational conflict were the female, the younger, the non-married or the divorced married, and the college-graduated. And according to the job-related variables, these groups were the lower-salaried employees with a lower job status, 3 or 5 years on their duties, especially the nurses. 2. The degree of conflict experienced by the hospital employees was highest in the intra-organizational conflict due to the factors such as a gap of goals, communication problems and were relatively lower in the conflict due to the factors such as a collective coherence, an interdependence, a leadership problem. And the degree of conflict due to the horizontal relationship with their colleagues was higher than that of vertical relationship with their bosses or subordinates. 3. Comparcd with the degree of conflict according to the general characteristics of our study subjects, the degree of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of them were reverse in that the male, the elderly, the married, the eradnated of praduate school, the physicians, and higher-salaried employees with a higher job status, 6 vears or more on their duties perceived the highest degree of the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment. As a result of correlation analysis, all values of correlation coefficients between the degree of intra-organizational conflict and the degree of the job satisfaction, the organizational commitment were negative. 4. As a result of a multiple regression analysis inputting the variables such as variable general characteristics and job-related variables as the putative confounders, the conflict scores due to the factors such as the communication problems, leadership problems, individual personality were the significant independent variables having negative influence on the overall, intrinsic, and extrinsic components of job satisfaction. 5. As a result of a multiple regression analysis inputting- the variables such as general characteristics and job-related variables as the putative confounders, the conflict scores due to the factors such as an interdependence, leadership problems, and an individual personality were the significant independent variables having negative influence on the score of organizational commitment. And as a result of a multiple regression analysis inputting scores of conflict factors, scores of conflict types, intrinsic and extrinsic components of job satisfaction, and above putative confounders altogether as independent variables, the significant independents having influence on the score of organizational commitment were conflict scores due to the interdependence (β=-0.379; p=0.026), the individual personality (β=-0.716: p=0.000), conflict score from vertical interpersonal relationships (β=-0.555; p=0.019), intrinsic (β=0.097; p=0.000) and extrinsic (β=0.076: p=0.049) components of job satisfaction. Conclusion : Our research had some limitations, which, for example, were an omitting some job related putative confounders such as a daily work loading measured by an individual. But the fact that all the regression models showed hig'h explanatory power suggested the bias due to this problem might be little. And we hope to be conducted more advanced researches with robust theoretical background and precise analytic tools, in this research area.

        La<sub>0.8</sub>Sr<sub>0.2</sub>Ga<sub>0.8</sub>Mg<sub>0.2-x</sub>Zn<sub>x</sub>O<sub>2.8</sub>(X=0.0~0.05) 전해질의 저온 소결 특성

        $La_{0.8}Sr_{0.2}Ga_{0.8}Mg_{0.2-x}Zn_xO_{2.8}$(LSGMZ, X=0-0.05) was prepared using a solid state reaction method. Two secondary phases ($LaSrGaO_4$ and $LaSrGa_3O_7$) of powders were identified by X-ray diffraction analysis. The relative amount of these secondary phases depended on the calcination conditions (temperature and time) and Zn content. The sintering density of LSGMZ was enhanced by increasing the Zn content and calcination temperature at the low sintering temperatures ($1250-1300^{\circ}C$). The relationship between the sintering density of LSGMZ and the synthesis conditions was discussed considering the phase analysis results.

        혼합전도성 $La_{0.6}Sr_{0.4}Co_{0.2}Fe_{0.8}O_{3-{\delta}}$ 분리막의 산소투과 특성

        고상 반응법으로 제조된 $La_{0.6}Sr_{0.4}Co_{0.2}Fe_{0.8}O_{3-{\delta}}$ 분리막의 소결거동을 살펴보고, 분리막 양면에 산소농도의 차이를 부여하여 산소투과량을 측정하였다. 최적 소결조건에서 제조된 상대밀도 98%의 치밀한 분리막 자체의 산소공공을 통한 혼합전도에 기인해 750$^{\circ}$C∼950$^{\circ}$C의 온도구간에서 산소가 투과되었으며, 850$^{\circ}$C에서 약 0.1ml/$cm^2{\cdot}$min의 투과량을 나타내었다. 안정한 산소 투과량에 도달하기 위해서는 산소투입 후 일정한 시간이 요구되었고, 이러한 산소투과량은 산소부분압의 조절로 제어가 가능하였다. $La_{0.6}Sr_{0.4}Co_{0.2}Fe_{0.8}O_{3-{\delta}}$ membranes were fabricated by solid-state reaction. We investigated sintering behavior and oxygen permeation flux as a function of time-on-stream, temperature and upstream oxygen partial pressure. The oxygen was permeated at temperatures form 750$^{\circ}$C to 950$^{\circ}$C by mixed conducting through oxygen vacancy diffusion in the dense membrane. The oxygen permeation flux through the membrane were about 0.1ml/$cm^3{\cdot}$min at 850$^{\circ}$C. A constant time was required for reaching stable oxygen flux, and oxygen partial pressure affected the oxygen permeation fluxes.

        레이다용 IF SDLA의 제작

        본 논문에서는 군사용 레이다 장비에서 필수적인 연속검파 형태의 대수증폭기를 높은 다이나믹 레인지 및 낮은 대수 오차를 얻을 수 있도록 설계 제작하였다. 제작된 대수 증폭기는 하이브리드 형태로 구현되였으며,0.5l 1.5 GHz에서 dynamic range는 80 dB 이상, 대수오차는 $\pm$1.4 dB 이하, 잡음지수 5.5 dB 이하, 감도는 -76 d dBm, VSWR 2.0:1 이하의 특성을 나타내었다. 제작된 대수 증폭기는 기존의 MAlCOM사에서 제작된 대수 증폭기에 비해 다이나믹 레인지가 훨씬 높고 다른 특성면에서는 큰 차이가 없으므로, 크기 및 전력소모를 줄여서 레이다 시스템에 응용할 수 있을 것이다. In this paper, a high dynamic range IF logarithmic amplifier was designed and fabricated by the successive detection technique for radar systems. The fabricataed IF successive detection logarithmic amplifier(SDLA), a hybrid MIC type, achieves a logarithmic linearity of $\pm$1.4 dB and a dynamic range of 80 dB over 0.5 GHz to 1.5 GHz. The tangential signal sensitivity is -76 dBm, the NF is smaller than 5.5 dB, and the input VSWR is 2.0 : 1. This IF SDLA can be applied to radar systems by reducing the size and power consumption.

        일 의료기관 이용자의 자살생각 영향요인 – 만성질환 노인을 중심으로

        본 연구는 만성질환 노인들의 자살 생각에 대한 우울증, 자아 존중감 및 일상생활능력의 영향을 확인하기 위한 연구이다. 연구 대상자는 D 광역시에 소재한 종합병원의 외래 환자 및 입원 환자 170명이었다. 데이터 수집을 위한 설문 실시 후, t-test, ANOVA 및 다중 회귀분석을 실시하고 SPSS 12.0/win 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과에 따르면 자살 생각은 성별, 건강상태, 만성질환 진단명 및 자살시도의 경험에 영향을 받았으며, 우울증과 양의 상관관계가 있고 일상생활능력은 음의 상관관계로 나타났다. 자살시도 경험, 우울증, 자아 존중감, 일상생활능력은 자살생각에 50.8 %의 설명력을 보였다. 자살생각을 줄이기 위해서 우울증은 줄이고 일상생활능력을 향상시키는 중재 프로그램을 운영하여 만성질환 노인의 자살 생각을 줄여야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of depression, self-esteem and daily life ability on suicidal ideation in elderly people with chronic illness. The subjects were 170 outpatients and inpatients in a general hospital in D city. After conducting questionnaires for data collection, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were performed and analyzed using SPSS 12.0 / win program. The results showed that suicidal ideation was influenced by gender, health status, chronic disease diagnosis, and experience of suicide attempt, with a positive correlation with depression and a negative correlation with daily life ability. The suicide attempt experience, depression, self-esteem and daily living ability showed 50.8% explanatory power against suicidal ideation. In order to reduce suicidal ideation, it is necessary to reduce suicidal ideation of elderly people with chronic diseases by managing an intervention program that reduces depression and improves daily life ability.

        $La_{0.6}Sr_{0.4}Co_{0.2}Fe_{0.8}O_{3-\delta}$ 산소 투과 분리막의 제조 및 특성

        공침법, 구연산법 그리고 고상 반응법을 이용하여 $La_{0.6}Sr_{0.4}Co_{0.2}Fe_{0.8}O_{3-\delta}$ 분말을 합성하고 정수압 성형 후 대기 중에서 소결하여 산소 투과 분리막을 제조하였다. 모든 분말 및 소결체는 페롭스카이트 결정구조를 보였다. 분말의 비표면적은 공침 분말이 가장 높은 값($7.5m^2/g$)을 보였지만 Sr원소의 유실이 일어났고 구연산법은 상대적으로 낮은 밀도를 나타내었다. 고상 반응법은 가장 작은 비표면적을 갖는 분말이 제조되었으나 상대밀도 95%이상의 치밀한 분리막을 제조할 수 있었고 기계적 특성에서도 상대적으로 우수한 성질을 보였다. 특히 6 : 4 : 2 : 8의 몰비의 조성제어가 상대적으로 용이하였다. We synthesized $La_{0.6}Sr_{0.4}Co_{0.2}Fe_{0.8}O_{3-\delta}$ powders by coprecipitation, citration and solid-state reactions. The oxygen permeation membranes were fabricated by cold isostatic pressing of the synthesized powders, followed by sintering in air. All powders and membranes consist of perovskite phases. The coprecipitated powders showed the highest surface area ($7.5m^2/g$) but strontium deficiency was found during washing and filtering in the process. The membrane with lower relative density was fabricated by citration method. On the other hand, solid state reacted powders had high relative density (95%), and mechanical properties showed superior properties. Especially, the composition of the solid-state reacted powders was relatively well-controlled.

        원발성 고혈압에 대한 추나요법의 효과 : 체계적 문헌 고찰

        Objectives : To determine the evidence of effectiveness and safety of Chuna manual therapy(CMT) for essential hypertension Methods : We searched 11 electronic databases(Pubmed, Web of Science, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, CAJ, KISTI, KISS, NDSL, KMBASE, RISS, DBpia) and related 2 journals up to April 2017. We included randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of testing Chuna manual therapy for hypertension patients. Results : Twenty one RCTs were eligible in our inclusion criteria. The meta-analysis of eighteen studies showed positive results for the using Chuna manual therapy for essential hypertension. Conclusions : There is favorable evidence of Chuna manual therapy for treating essential hypertension with meta-analysis. However, our systematic review has limited evidence to support Chuna manual therapy for essential hypertension because of low quality of original articles and further well-designed RCTs should be encouraged.

        요추 척추관협착증에 대한 추나요법의 효과 : 체계적 문헌 고찰

        Objectives : To evaluate the evidence supporting the effectiveness and safety of Chuna manual therapy(CMT) for lumbar spinal stenosis Methods : We searched 10 electronic databases(Pubmed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, CAJ, RISS, KISS, KISTI, KMBASE, DBpia, NDSL) and related 2 journals up to October 2018. We included randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of testing CMT for lumbar spinal stenosis patients. The methodological quality of RCTs related assessed by the Cochrane risk of bias tool 1.0. Results : Three RCTs were eligible in our inclusion criteria. The meta-analysis of 3 studies showed positive results for the using CMT for lumbar spinal stenosis. Conclusions : The review found favorable evidence of CMT for treating lumbar spinal stenosis with meta-analysis. However, our systematic review has limited evidence to support CMT for lumbar spinal stenosis because of low quality of original articles and further well-designed RCTs should be encouraged.

        La1-xSrxB1-gammaFegammaO3-delta(B=Co, Ga) 페롭스카이트 세라믹 분리막의 제조 및 산소투과특성

        고상 반응법을 이용하여 L a0.6S r0.4 Co0.2F e0.8 O3-delta/ 및 L a0.7S r0.3G a0.6F e0.4 O3-delta/ 분말을 합성하고 혼합전도체 분리막을 소결하여 제조하였다. 제조된 분리막들은 정확한 페롭스카이트 결정구조를 나타내었으며, 95% 이상의 높은 상대밀도를 나타내었다. 산소이온 변환 능력을 향상시키기 위해 L a0.7S r0.3G a0.6F e0.4 O3-delta/ disk의 양 표면에 L a0.6S r0.4Co O3-delta/ paste를 스크린 프린팅 방법으로 코팅하였으며 코팅 막은 비교적 치밀한 미세구조를 나타내었다. 코팅되지 않은 L a0.6S r0.4 Co0.2F e0.8 O3-delta/ 및 L a0.7S r0.3G a0.6F e0.4 O3-delta/ 분리막과 코팅된 L a0.7S r0.3G a0.6F e0.4 O3-delta/ 분리막의 산소투과 성능을 비교 실험한 결과, 900℃에서 L a0.6S r0.4 Co0.2F e0.8 O3-delta/ 분리막이 정상상태에서 0.266 mL/min.textrmcm2로 가장 많은 투과량을 보였으며 코팅된 L a0.7S r0.3G a0.6F e0.4 O3-delta/ 분리막의 정상상태 산소 투과 유속은 최고 0.19 mL/min.textrmcm2 정도로 코팅되지 않은 분리막에 비해 약 2~3배로 높게 나타났다.정도로 코팅되지 않은 분리막에 비해 약 2~3배로 높게 나타났다.코팅되지 않은 분리막에 비해 약 2~3배로 높게 나타났다. 높게 나타났다. We have fabricated mixed-ionic conducting membranes, L a0.6S r0.4 Co0.2F e0.8 O3-delta/ and L a0.7S r0.3G a0.6F e0.4 O3-delta/ by the solid state method. Ceramic membranes consisted of perovskite-type structures and exhibited high relative density, >95%. Especially, dense L a0.6S r0.4Co O3-delta/ layer was coated on the L a0.7S r0.3G a0.6F e0.4 O3-delta/ membranes by using screen printing technique in order to improve oxygen ion flux. We measured oxygen ion flux on uncoated L a0.6S r0.4 Co0.2F e0.8 O3-delta/, uncoated L a0.7S r0.3G a0.6F e0.4 O3-delta/, and coated L a0.7S r0.3G a0.6F e0.4 O3-delta/ membranes. The L a0.6S r0.4 Co0.2F e0.8 O3-delta/ membranes showed the highest flux, 0.26 mL/min.textrmcm2 at 900℃, after steady state had been reached. The oxygen flux of coated L a0.7S r0.3G a0.6F e0.4 O3-delta/ membranes showed higher value, 0.19 mL/min.textrmcm2 at 950℃.         La0.8Sr0.2Ga0.8Mg0.2-xZnxO2.8(LSGMZ, X = 0-0.05) was prepared using a solid state reaction method. Two secondary phases(LaSrGaO4 and LaSrGa3O7) of powders were identified by X-ray diffraction analysis. The relative amount of these secondary phasesdepended on the calcination conditions (temperature and time) and Zn content. The sintering density of LSGMZ was enhanced byincreasing the Zn content and calcination temperature at the low sintering temperatures (1250-1300oC). The relationship between thesintering density of LSGMZ and the synthesis conditions was discussed considering the phase analysis results.
