To evaluate the pathophysiology of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) following acute hepatitis A (AHA) in immunologic aspects, weperformed multi-color flow cytometry with peripheral blood mononuclear cells of a patient who underwent liver transplantationdue to AIH-induced liver failure. Unlike general AHA patients, the proportion of tumor necrosis factor-α-producing Treg cells remainedhigh for 6 months after diagnosis of AHA until she underwent a liver transplantation. The conversion of Treg cells intomediators of inflammation may have played a role in the autoimmune pathogenesis following AHA.
디지털학습환경에서의 UCR(User Created Robot) 활용교육을 위한 초등 수학·과학 교과 분석

Recent development of user created robot in educational domain make possible for children to develop the logical thinking and problem solving ability for various subjects. But new analysis for elementary subjects, especially in digital learning environment, is necessary for applying educational robot with digital device to the national elementary curriculum. So, analysis of elementary math and science subjects was conducted to investigate best practices and design strategies for user created robot with digital textbook. As a result of analysis, the 10 best learning activities using user created robot with digital textbook were specified in elementary math and science subjects. This study proposed the development of user created robot considered for both original characteristics of each subject and technical functions of digital device.

Materials with superior cryogenic strength and good ductility are increasingly in demand forresident friendly liquid-hydrogen (20K) storage tanks. Additionally, the space industry also requires materialsthat retain excellent mechanical properties at extremely low temperatures. However, mechanical testing atsuch low temperatures is highly limited due to the difficulties in achieving and maintaining such conditions,while also providing adequate thermal insulation to prevent heat transfer from the surrounding environment. In this study, we present a novel tensile testing technique for a Fe-15Mn-13Cr-3Si-3Ni-0.1C (wt.%) steel atthe temperature of liquid helium. To minimize the use of expensive liquid helium, we adopted a method ofinjecting liquid helium vapor and set the temperature for tensile testing at 6 K. The present alloy has a singleface-centered cubic (FCC) structure with a large amount of stacking faults after annealing treatment. TheFe-Mn-Cr steel exhibited a superior ultimate tensile strength of 1200 MPa and good ductility of 35% at 6K. Moreover, compared with room temperature tensile tests, discontinuous plastic flow, i.e. serrated flow,occurred at extremely low temperature.
