        환경적 지원성과 활동적 노인의 총체적 건강 간의 관계에 대한 질적사례 연구

        Korean population is now aging at an unprecedented rate. Fertility decline together with rapid improvements in life expectancy is the dominant demographic trend. As human life and housing environment are inseparably related to each other, the importance of conditions of housing environment for active aging among seniors has been received considerable attention as vital ones to expand the independency period of seniors. The purpose of this case study is to identify relationships between environmental affordance and perceived holistic health of the active elderly living in a retirement community located in Seoul. With spending time personally in the community to observe their lives, the researcher could be in close rapport with the residents. After the period of getting familiar with each other, in-depth individual interview and focus group interview were conducted and then, qualitative analysis was completed. As a result, general evidences showed that perceived seniors' health on the whole was improved physically, socially, and mentally by moving into the community providing appropriate environment affordance with the older adults. The study presents that retirement relocation into an improper environment may be a negative challenge, however, it may positively influence on the health and well-being of those who live there if the environment properly supports seniors‘ needs physically and socially

        한국십진분류법 제6판 체육학 분야의 분류체계 개선방안

        This study investigated general problems concerning the physical education field in the KDC 6th edition based on comparative analysis of academic characteristics and classification system, and suggested some ideas for the improvements of them. Results of this study are is summarized as follows. First, while the academic classification divided items focusing on theoretical disciplines such as physical education, sociology, or business administration, the library classification divided them into details according to sport entries. Second, We examined the classification status of the physical education field of the collection database in the National Library of Korea. The number of physical education field data was 38,585, and of them, that of books having classification codes starting with 692(physical education, sports) was 22,870. This shows that data actually have been published mainly based on academic characteristics rather than sport entries, which causes a problem due to concentration of many data on one classification code. Therefore, this study analyzed keywords around these classification codes. Third, modified classification of items was basically performed through the academic system of the physical education and the keyword analysis, and the typical KDC classification system was maintained as much as possible.

        영상제작인력의 전문성과 경력장애가 이들의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 - 업무효능감의 매개효과와 성차별적 직장환경의 조절효과분석을 중심으로

        This study focuses on the situation that the importance of the film and television industry workers increases due to the expansion of video productions in various media areas. The predominant concern of the study consist of: (1) the direct effects of professionalism and career barrier on the job satisfaction of the film and television industry workers; (2) the mediating effect of the job efficacy on their job satisfaction; (3) the moderating effect of gender discrimination. The film and television industry workers have been overlooked in research despite of the active development in medai area. An empirical research was attempted, which is based on a survey conducted with 402 film and television workers who are in various fields(12) and positions(4). In order for respondents to verify research questions, structural equation models were explored. A variety of tests were conducted including multi-group analysis, and bias-corrected boot-strapping with AMOS 20. The notable findings are as follow: First, the professionalism of the film and television industry workers does not have direct effect on the job satisfaction, however, the career barrier influences on the job satisfaction in both group with higher and lower gender discrimination in wage, promotion, and job roles at work. Second, while the career barrier does not effect on the job efficacy, professionalism has a direct affect on the job efficacy in the both groups. Third, the job efficacy has a positive effect on the job satisfaction in the group with lower gender discrimination, but the effect of job efficacy is not significant in the group with higher gender discrimination. Therefore, the effect of job efficacy on job satisfaction is proved to be significantly different depending on the sex discrimination level. Lastly, while professionalism does not directly influence on the job satisfaction, it is found that professionalism can positively affect job satisfaction with full mediation effect of job efficacy in the group with lower gender discrimination. That is, job efficacy is proven to be an important mediator that has a positive effect on job satisfaction in a group with low gender discrimination. The moderating effect of gender discrimination is proved empirically according to the different tend between the two group in the direct and indirect effect of job efficacy on the job satisfaction. Some practical and political implications are discussed based on the study's findings in order to increase the job satisfaction of the film and television workers in media industry.

        영상제작인력의 업무자율성이 직업만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 영상제작 인력의 특성을 고려하여 다양한 전문영역 및 다양한 직급의 영상제작 인력(402명)을 대상으로 이들의 직업만족도와 관련요인들의 직간접효과 및 조절효과를 밝힌 실증연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 영상제작인력의 직업만족도에 이들의 업무자율성이 미치는 효과를 밝히고, 업무자율성이 직업만족도에 미치는 영향력이 의사소통 능력이나 대인갈등 요소에 의하여 증가 혹은 감소되는 지에 대한 이중매개효과를 입증하고, 셋째, 최근 영상제작분야에서의 성차별 문제에 대한 증대된 관심과 함께, 전술한 영상제작 인력의 업무자율성이 직업만족도에 미치는 직접효과 뿐 만 아니라, 의사소통능력 및 대 인갈등의 이중매개효과가 성별에 따라서 어떻게 상이한 양상을 보이는지 규명해 볼 수 있도록 성별의 조절효과를 분석하는 것이다. 자료분석 결과, 첫째, 업무자율성을 많이 가질수록 직업만족도도 높다는 사실이 밝혀져, 영상제작인력의 직업만족도를 향상시키는데 업무자율성이 매우 중요한 선행요인임이 입증되었다. 둘째, 직업만족도에 업무자율성이 미치는 긍정적 직접효과는 특히 여성의 경우 남성에 비해 두배 이상 월등히 강하게 나타난점이 주목된다. 셋째, 업무자율성이 직업만족도에 미치는 긍정적 효과는 남성의 경우 의사소통능력을 매개(mediation)로 하여 한층 더 강화될 수 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 넷째, 업무자율성이 직업만족도에 미치는 긍정적인 효과는 여성의 경우에서만 대인갈등을 매개로 약화되었는데, 이러한 대인갈등의 부분매개효과 는 여성에게서만 발견되었다. 영상제작인력의 직업만족도에 업무자율성이 미치는 영향, 의사소통능력 및 대인갈등 등의 매개효과를 규명함에 있어서, 성별의 조절효과가 반드시 반영되어야 한다는 결론을 내리게 되었고, 자료분석 결과 밝혀진 주요 사실들을 토대로, 영상제작 인력의 직업만족도 향상을 위한 함의를 모색하고 논의하였다. This study focuses on an empirical research, which is based on a survey conducted with 402 film and television workers. The predominant concern of the study consist of: (1) the direct effects of job autonomy on the job satisfaction of the film and television industry workers; (2) the double mediating effect of the communication competence and interpersonal conflict on their job satisfaction; (3) the moderating effect of gender. The notable findings are as follow: First, the more job autonomy at work, the higher the job satisfaction. Therefore, it is proved that job autonomy is a very important factor to improve job satisfaction of film and television workforce. Second, the positive effect of women s work autonomy on job satisfaction is more than twice as high as that of men. Third, the positive effect of job autonomy on job satisfaction is found to be further strengthened by the communication competence of male, and the partial mediation effect of communication competence proved. Forth, the positive effect of job autonomy on job satisfaction was weakened, which is mediated by interpersonal conflict among female workers, and the partial mediation effect of interpersonal conflict was found only in female. In order to study the effects of job autonomy on the job satisfaction of film and television workers, the mediating effects of communication competence and interpersonal conflicts should be reflected in the moderation effect of gender. Some practical and political implications are discussed based on the study s findings.

        기혼남녀의 정서적 성숙이 혼외관계인식에 미치는 영향과 성적 자율성의 매개효과 - 성별 및 혼외관계 만연성의 조절효과분석을 중심으로

        This study is conducted on married men(310) and women(304), to identify the effect of individuals' emotional maturity on their perception of extramarital relationship through their sexual autonomy, as well as the moderate effect of gender and the pervasiveness of extra-marital relationship. The notable findings are as follow: First, men are more receptive to their out-of-wedlock relationships than women. Second, the more emotionally mature both men and women are, the less receptive to their extramarital relationship is found in common in both the low and high prevalence group of that relationship. It has been proven that the emotional maturity of married people contributes to a critical perception of their extramarital relationships. The positive effect of emotional maturity on male sexual autonomy is significant only in the group with low prevalence of extramarital relationships, but not in the group with high prevalence of extramarital relationships. The same phenomenon is also found in women's groups. Forth, in the case of men, sexual autonomy did not affect the perception of extramarital relationships in either the low or high prevalence group. However, in the case of women, the higher the sexual autonomy, the less receptive the extramarital relationship, is found in groups with higher prevalence of extramarital relationships. Fifth, in the analysis results of gender control effects, which did not reflect the moderating effect of the prevalence of extramarital relations, in the case of women, the mediating effect of sexual autonomy on the effect of emotional maturity on the perception of extramarital relationships is proven. However, this mediating effect of sexual autonomy is not significant in the analysis results reflecting the moderating effect of the pervasiveness of extramarital relationships. It is proven that the effect of sexual autonomy on the perception of extramarital relationships between married men and women is significantly controlled by gender and the prevalence of extramarital relationships. In order to gain a more accurate understanding of the influence of individual psychological characteristics such as emotional maturity and sexual autonomy on married men and women's perception of extramarital relationships, it is concluded that the influence of not only gender characteristics, but also environmental factors such as the pervasiveness of extramarital relationships in the surrounding environment in which married men and women live, on their perception of extramarital relationships should be considered as important.

        병렬 SISO 복호기에 의한 저전력 터보 복호기의 설계

        터보 코드는 Shannon의 한계 이론에 가까운 성능을 보이나 알고리듬의 특성상 반복 복호와 대용량 메모리의 사용으로 구현이 복잡하며 전력 소모가 크다. 본 논문에서는 병렬 구조 방식을 적용할 경우 출력 주파수가 감소되어 결과적으로 전력 소모가 감소된다는 사실을 이용하여 터보 부호기에 병렬 구조 방식을 적용한 설계를 제안 하였다. 하드웨어의 복잡도를 줄이기 위해 Max-Log-MAP 방식을 사용하였으며, 병렬 구조가 적용된 터보 부호기를 위한 새로운 인터리버 구조를 제안하였다. 제안된 인터리버의 사용으로 병렬 구조화된 각각의 SISO 부호기들이 인터리버에 대해 읽기/쓰기 동작을 수행할 경우 발생할 수 있는 메모리 충돌을 방지할 수 있다. 실험 결과 기존의 구조와 비교하였을 경우 인터리버 제어기에 의한 면적의 증가는 무시할 정도이며, 전력 소모는 약 40%정도 감소되었다.

        여자 연예인 지망생들의 자율성 및 연예계 관행에 대한 인식이 오디션장에서 발생하는 성희롱에 대한 용인 및 저항에 미치는 영향

        The predominant concerns of the study consist of the effects of women applicants’ autonomy and perception of corrupt practice in entertainment business on their tolerance and resistance toward sexual harassment at an audition meeting. The research is based on a survey conducted with 332 college students majoring in performing art of cinema and theatre, broadcasting and entertainment from five universities located in Seoul, Chungcheong-do, Daegue and Gyeongsangbuk-do. In order for respondents to verify research questions, structural equation models(SEM) were explored. A variety of tests were conducted (i.e. metric invariance test, critical ratio for difference test, multi-group analysis, bias-corrected boot-strapping). The notable findings are as follows: First, autonomy has a direct effect(.143*) on the perception of corrupt practice. Second, the perception of corrupt practice in entertainment business directly influences the level of tolerance toward sexual harassment(.293***), although autonomy does not directly effect on the level of tolerance. Third, the perception of corrupt practice shows a full mediating effect(.042*) between autonomy and the level of tolerance toward sexual harassment. Even though the perception of corrupt practice does not have a direct effect on their level of resistance of sexual harassment, the tolerance toward sexual harassment shows a buffering effect(-.216***) on the level of resistance to sexual harassment, stemming from the suppression of the tolerance toward sexual harassment by the perception of corrupt practice. Lastly the tolerance toward sexual harassment reduces the level of resistance to sexual harassment(-.671***). Some practical and political implications are discussed based on the study’s findings.
