        탑승자 교통사고에서 경추손상 판단을 위한 중증도 요인 분석

        It was a pilot study for developing an algorithm to determine the presence or absence of cervical spine injury by analyzing the severity factor of the patients in motor vehicle occupant accidents. From August 2012 to October 2016, we used the KIDAS database, called as Korean In-Depth Accident Study database, collected from three regional emergency centers. We analyzed the general characteristics with several factors. Moreover, cervical spine injury patients were divided into two groups: Group 1 for from Quebec Task Force (hereinafter 'QTF') grade 0 to 1, and group 2 for from QTF grade 2 to 4. The score was assigned according to the distribution ratio of cervical spine injured patients compared to the total injured patients, and the cut-off value was derived from the total score by summation of the assigned score of each factors. 987 patients (53.0%) had no cervical spine injuries and 874 patients (47.0%) had cervical spine injuries. QTF grade 2 was found in 171 patients (9.2%) with musculoskeletal pain, QTF grade 3 was found in 38 patients (2.0%) with spinal cord injuries, and QTF grade 4 was found in 119 patients (6.4%) with dislocation or fracture, respectively. We selected the statistically significant factors, which could be affected the cervical spine injury, like the collision direction, the seating position, the deformation extent, the vehicle type and the frontal airbag deployment. Total score, summation of the assigned each factors, 10 was presented as a cut-off value to determine the cervical spine injury. In this study, it was meaningful as a pilot study to develop algorithms by selecting limited influence factors and proposing cut-off value to determine cervical spine injury. However, since the number of data samples was too small, additional data collection and influencing factor analysis should be performed to develop a more delicate algorithm.

        This study set out to examine the patterns of Lee Gyu-bo(1168-1241)'s creative world in his metrical poems after his resignation. After resigning from office, Lee showed a tendency of creating metrical poems as a means of seeking social intercourse rather than expressing his feelings. He wrote metrical poems at gatherings of Jwajus and Munsaengs, events such as Nakseongsik, and ceremonial situations demanding Bongjeung, trying to reveal solemn emotions and convey his respect for others. Next, he also created metrical poems in the process of Chawoonsangsu with his colleague literary men and fellows that he worked with at the royal court, trying to share honest feelings with them. He exhibited his long relationships, closeness and situations with others in various forms of Daejang. Finally, Lee had a tendency of using metrical poetry as a means of intellectual play. Since the poetic style of metric poems uses Daejang consecutively, they become prolonged in Pyeonpok or impose a huge burden on others through the addition of Hoimunche. Lee continued to write long Hoimuns and metrical poems and even series of metrical poems in old age, which indicates that he found enough joy in the process of writing a poem to forget about his physical difficulties. The findings of the study confirm Lee's tendency of getting the vitality of life and enjoying intellectual play as entertainment by exchanging poems with his colleagues.

        This study set out to investigate the creative patterns of Baeyul by Lee Gyu-bo during the years of his positions in the government under the goal of understanding his Baeyul creations throughout his life. During the period, Lee created Baeyul works of Bongjeung to escape from the formal situations happening in exchanges with government officials in a high rank and his unfavorable condition of demotion, thus taking advantage of Baeyul's merits in the poetic style, which allow one to deliver his or her intention respectfully while keeping the formality in a situation of clear objects and goals. During the period, Lee also sought after the diversification of his topics, making use of Baeyul in Jeyeong, Yeongmul, and Heejak, which indicates that Baeyul was free in its operation from an environment of limited topics and certain environments. This shows that Lee's maturity in poetic creation reached a certain level. Finally, he also used Baeyul in various aspects of his daily life during the period, which shows that he regarded Baeyul as a poetic style that he could choose in every aspect of his life whenever it was required. At the root of his creations was his faithful acquisition of the flow among the poets of the previous generations from Du Fu to Bai Juyi who grew out of the old framework of court literature and used Baeyul as a daily poetic style.

        자동차 교통사고 시 에어백에 의한 안면부 손상특성

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the injury mechanism of facial injury related to an air-bag's deployment in occupant motor vehicle accident (MVA) by using Hospital Information System (HIS) and reconstruction program, based on the materials related to motor vehicle accidents. Among patients who visited the emergency department of Wonju Severance Christian Hospital due to motor vehicle accidents from August 2012 to February 2014, we collected data on patients with agreement for taking the damaged vehicle's photos. After obtaining the verbal consent from the patient, we asked about the cause of the accident, information on vehicle involved in the accident, and the location of car repair shop. The photos of the damaged vehicle were taken on the basis of front, rear, left side and right side. Damage to the vehicle was presented using the CDC code by analytical study of photo-images of the damaged vehicle, and a trauma score was used for medical examination of the severity of the patient's injury. Among the 309 patients with agreement for an investigation, thirty five (11.3 %) were the severe who had ISS over 15. And also, sixteen (5.2%) derived from the reconstructed data (maximum collision energy, maximum acceleration, delta V) by PC-Crash. As a result, ISS including the facial injuries was affected by the condition. It was high when the number of crash extent, the safety belt was not fastened, and the seating position of occupant and the direction of collision is same. For accurate analysis of the relationship between occupant injury and vehicle damage in MVAs, build-up of an in-depth database through carrying out various policies for motor vehicle accidents is necessary for sure.

        Lipopolysaccharide가 파골세포 전구세포의 이동에 미치는 영향

        파골세포에 의한 골흡수는 1) 혈관을 통한 파골세포 전구세포의 골표면 이동 및 2) 골표면에서 파골세포 전구세포로부터 파골세포 분화 두 단계를 거쳐 일어난다. Stromal cell derived factor $(SDF)-1{\alpha}$ 는 파골세포 전구세포의 화학주성인자이며 matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-9는 파골세포 전구세포의 이동에 관여하는 단백 분해효소이다. 파골세포 전구세포의 골표면 이동에 있어서 LPS의 역할을 규명하기 위하여 E. coli 및 Actinobacillus actinomycetecomitans LPS의 1) 파골세포 전구세포 유도능, 2) LPS에 의한 파골세포 전구세포의 이동에 있어서 MMP 및 $SDF-1{\alpha}$ 의 관련성을 평가하였다. LPS에 의한 차골세포 전구세포의 RAW 세포의 이동은 matrigel 또는 type I collagen을 도포한 transwell을 이용하여 평가하였으며 MMP-9 및 $SDF-1{\alpha}$ 의 발현은 RT=PCR 또는 ELISA로 평가하였다. 각 세균의 LPS는 matrigel 또는 type I collagen을 통한 파골세포 전구세포의 이동을 증가시켰다. MMP 억제제는 각 세균의 LPS에 의한 파골세포 전구세포의 이동을 억제하였다. LPS는 파골세포 전구세포의 MMP-9의 발현을 증가시켰다. 각 세균의 LPS는 마우스 두개골에서 분리한 조골세포의 $SDF-1{\alpha}$ 의 발현을 증가시켰다. $SDF-1{\alpha}$ 을 함유한 LPS 처리 조골세포 배양상층액은 파골세포 전구세포의 이동을 증가시켰으며 anti $SDF-1{\alpha}$ Ab는 LPS처리 세포 배양상층액에 의한 파골세포 전구세포의 이동을 억제하였다. 이들 결과는 LPS가 파골세포 전구세포에서는 MMP-9을 조골세포에서는 $SDF-1{\alpha}$ 의 발현을 증가시켜 파골세포 전구세포의 이동을 촉진 시킬 수 있음을 시사한다.

      • 수치모형에 의한 연안해역 해수운동의 분석

        The unproper development of the nearshore zone can enhance the diffusion of pollutant in the nearshore zone resulting in unbalanced sediment budget of beach which causes alteration of beach topography. Therefore, it is required to predict the effects of the envirnmental change quantitatively. In this paper, the depth-averaged and time-averaged energy balance equation is selected to acount for the wave transformation such as refraction, shoaling effect, the surf zone energy disipation, wave breaking index and bore, due to wave breaking in the shore region.(Numerical solutions are obtained by a finite difference method, ADI and Upwind. For the calculation of the wave-induced current, the unsteady nonlinear depth-averaged and time-averaged governing equation is derived based on the continuity and momentum equation for imcompressible fluid.) Numerical solutions are obtained by finite difference method considering influences of factors such as lateral mixing coefficient, bed shear stress, wave direction angle, wave steepness, wave period and bottom slope. The model is applied to the computation of wave transformation, wave-induced current and variation of mean water leel on a uniformly sloping beach.

      • 범용 마이크로콘트롤러 실습장비를 위한 입출력 핀배열 및 주변장치 모듈의 표준화에 관한 연구

        Many kinds of microcontrollers such as 8051, PIC16 and Atmega series are used for the automatic control system, home appliances and communication equipments manufacturing. It is very important to understand the basic operational principles of microcontrollers and their design concepts. There are many kinds of educational microcontroller trainers and also they are designed and assembled very complicatedly. For the students or developers, it is very difficult to catch the basic operation schemes and apply the techniques to the control system. And also it requires much cost and time for the various kinds of trainers purchasing. In this paper, standardization of pins layout and peripheral modules for the general microcontroller usage was introduced and tested with 89C2051, 89C51, PIC16F84, PIC16F877, Atmega8535 and Atmega128, etc. As a result of test, it was found that saving the cost and time using this suggested device was possible. And also it was very effective way to understand microcontroller design and programming techniques.

        코핑-주형 일체 교량의 접합부 형상에 따른 거동분석

        일반적인 거더 교량은 거더 높이, 교량 받침, 교각 코핑부로 인해 측면 형상이 투박하여 형하 공간을 침해하고 시각적인 개방감을 저하시키며, 교량 받침 교체 등 유지관리에 불리한 측면이 있다. 본 연구에서는 교각 기둥 상단의 코핑부를 기 제작된 주형의 높이 내에 설치하여 주형과 일체가 될 수 있도록 PS강봉을 사용하여 강재 거더와 역T형 코핑부를 연결함과 동시에 프리스트레싱을 도입하여 강결시키는 시공방법을 제안한다. 제안교량의 구조적 특성 및 시공단계별 거동분석을 위해 2가지를 고려한다. 첫 번째는 코핑 주형 일체형 교량 코핑부의 기하학적 형상 변화에 따른 응력변화를 통하여 최적의 형상을 분석한다. 두번째로 제안교량은 시공단계에서 각각 응력이 변화하여, 교량의 전체 구조시스템이 완전히 형성되지 않은 시공단계 중 코핑부의 안정성에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 상세유한요소해석을 통해 실제 코핑-주형 일체 교량 사례의 시공단계해석을 적용하여, 시공단계의 구조적 안정성을 분석하고자 한다. Recently, a new steel girder bridge has been proposed to increase the space under the bridge and to improve aesthetic aspect of the urban area by connecting bent cap and steel girders. The core technology of the proposed bridge entails the introduction of prestressing force to steel girders and inverted-T bent cap by means of high-strength steel bars. This study investigates the effect of cap geometry on the behavior of the propsed bridge consisting of steel I-girders to inverted-t bent cap. Various geometries includes the change of width and height of bent cap. And this study is to ensure the structural safety of the proposed bridge system considering construction stages by means of 3-D finite element analysis. In each construction stage, stress states can be abruptly changed before each component of the proposed bridge works as a system. Variation of stress components for bent cap and girder were given with detail. It has been found that the height of inverted-T bent cap more sensitive factor to the behavior of the proposed bridge than width of bent cap. And analysis showed that sequential 3-D numerical analysis should be performed to ensure structural safety at each construction stage of the proposed bridge.

        119 구급대원의 법의학 지식에 대한 연구

        Purpose: It is crucial that 119 emergency medical technician (EMT) have adequate knowledge regarding forensic science. This study aimed to assess the forensic knowledge of EMTs in the Republic of Korea. Methods: This study was conducted on EMTs of five fire stations in D metropolitan city between August 6 and August 13, 2018. A questionnaire consisting of items on crime-related incident recognition (i.e., mechanical asphyxiation, trauma, sex crimes, and child abuse), forensic evidence management (i.e., evidence collection, preservation, and recording) was administered to the participants. Finally, 119 questionnaires were analyzed. Results: The ratio of correct answers for crime-related incidents recognition was 55.82%, which was lower than that for forensic evidence management(84.5%). In particular, the scores for the type of neck compression(16.5%) and wound assessment(44.0%) were low. The percentage of correct answers for forensic evidence management was 78.4% for evidence collection, 84.4% for evidence preservation, and 90.6% for evidence recording. Previous forensic education experience was not a significant variable. Conclusion: Specific and practical forensic science education on perception of crime-related incident, including asphyxia and wound identification, and forensic evidence collection is needed.
