        이규보(李奎報) 배율연구(排律硏究)(2) -관인활동(官人活動) 시기(時期)를 중심(中心)으로-

        본고는 이규보 생애에 걸친 배율을 연구하는 목적의 일환으로 관인활동 시기 배율 창작의 양상을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이 시기에 이규보는 높은 직위의 관인들과 교유하면서 일어나는 의례적인 상황과 좌천이라는 불리한 상황 속에서 벗어나기 위하여 奉贈의 배율을 짓기도 하였다. 이것은 대상과 목적이 뚜렷한 상황에서 격식을 지키면서도 정중하게 자신의 의사를 전달할 수 있는 배율이 지니는 詩體의 장점을 활용한 것이라고 할 수 있다. 다음으로 이 시기 이규보는 題詠·詠物·戲作에서 배율을 활용하면서 주제의 다변화를 추구하였다. 이것은 배율의 운용이 제한된 주제와 특정한 환경에서 벗어났음을 의미한다. 이를 통해서 이규보 詩作의 성숙함이 일정한 경지에 도달하였음을 확인하게 한다. 끝으로 이 시기 이규보가 다양한 일상에서 배율을 활용하였음을 확인하였다. 이를 통하여 이규보가 배율을 개인의 영역 어디에서나 필요에 따라 선택할 수 있는 詩體로 인식했다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 창작의 바탕에는 杜甫로부터 시작하여 白居易에 이르기까지 배율을 궁정문학의 틀 안에서 벗어나 일상의 詩體로 활용한 前人들의 흐름을 충실히 익힌 데 있다고 할 수 있다. This study set out to investigate the creative patterns of Baeyul by Lee Gyu-bo during the years of his positions in the government under the goal of understanding his Baeyul creations throughout his life. During the period, Lee created Baeyul works of Bongjeung to escape from the formal situations happening in exchanges with government officials in a high rank and his unfavorable condition of demotion, thus taking advantage of Baeyul's merits in the poetic style, which allow one to deliver his or her intention respectfully while keeping the formality in a situation of clear objects and goals. During the period, Lee also sought after the diversification of his topics, making use of Baeyul in Jeyeong, Yeongmul, and Heejak, which indicates that Baeyul was free in its operation from an environment of limited topics and certain environments. This shows that Lee's maturity in poetic creation reached a certain level. Finally, he also used Baeyul in various aspects of his daily life during the period, which shows that he regarded Baeyul as a poetic style that he could choose in every aspect of his life whenever it was required. At the root of his creations was his faithful acquisition of the flow among the poets of the previous generations from Du Fu to Bai Juyi who grew out of the old framework of court literature and used Baeyul as a daily poetic style.

        이규보(李奎報) 배율연구(排律硏究)(3) - 치사(致仕) 이후(以後)를 중심(中心)으로

        본고는 致仕 이후 李奎報(1168-1241) 배율에서 보이는 작품세계의 양상을 확인하고자 하였다. 이 시기 이규보 배율은 자신의 서정을 읊는 내용보다는 교유의 수단으로 활용하는 경향성을 확인하게 한다. 그는 座主와 門生의 모임 落成式 등과 같은 자리 및 奉贈해야 하는 의례적 상황에서 배율을 짓고, 이를 통하여 중후한 정서를 드러내며 상대에 대한 존중의 의미를 전달하고자 하였다. 다음으로 조정에서 함께 일했던 동료 문인 및 동년들과 次韻相酬하는 과정에서 배율을 짓고, 그들과 진솔한 감정을 나누고자 하였다. 상대와 자신의 오래된 인연과 친분, 그리고 상황을 對仗의 형식으로 다양하게 보여주었다. 끝으로 지적 유희의 수단으로 배율을 활용하는 경향성을 확인하였다. 배율의 시체는 對仗을 연속하여 사용하기 때문에, 편폭이 길어지거나 回文體와 같은 형식의 추가는 상대에게 많은 부담을 준다. 노년에도 장편 회문 배율과 연작 배율의 창작은, 이규보의 作詩 과정이 몸의 어려움을 잊게 할 정도의 즐거움이었다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 동료들과 시를 주고받는 과정을 통하여 삶의 활력을 얻고 오락으로서 즐기는 지적 유희의 한 경향성을 확인할 수 있었다. 이규보가 전 생애에 걸쳐 作詩한 배율의 한시사적 의의는, 이러한 중국 배율시의 흐름을 인식한 가운데 이뤄져야 명확해질 것이다. 아울러 이를 통하여 한 걸음 더 나아가 고려시대 배율을 수용하고 활용하는 측면까지도 확인할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 대한 논의는 다음의 과제로 미룬다. This study set out to examine the patterns of Lee Gyu-bo(1168-1241)'s creative world in his metrical poems after his resignation. After resigning from office, Lee showed a tendency of creating metrical poems as a means of seeking social intercourse rather than expressing his feelings. He wrote metrical poems at gatherings of Jwajus and Munsaengs, events such as Nakseongsik, and ceremonial situations demanding Bongjeung, trying to reveal solemn emotions and convey his respect for others. Next, he also created metrical poems in the process of Chawoonsangsu with his colleague literary men and fellows that he worked with at the royal court, trying to share honest feelings with them. He exhibited his long relationships, closeness and situations with others in various forms of Daejang. Finally, Lee had a tendency of using metrical poetry as a means of intellectual play. Since the poetic style of metric poems uses Daejang consecutively, they become prolonged in Pyeonpok or impose a huge burden on others through the addition of Hoimunche. Lee continued to write long Hoimuns and metrical poems and even series of metrical poems in old age, which indicates that he found enough joy in the process of writing a poem to forget about his physical difficulties. The findings of the study confirm Lee's tendency of getting the vitality of life and enjoying intellectual play as entertainment by exchanging poems with his colleagues.

        탑승자 교통사고에서 경추손상 판단을 위한 중증도 요인 분석

        It was a pilot study for developing an algorithm to determine the presence or absence of cervical spine injury by analyzing the severity factor of the patients in motor vehicle occupant accidents. From August 2012 to October 2016, we used the KIDAS database, called as Korean In-Depth Accident Study database, collected from three regional emergency centers. We analyzed the general characteristics with several factors. Moreover, cervical spine injury patients were divided into two groups: Group 1 for from Quebec Task Force (hereinafter 'QTF') grade 0 to 1, and group 2 for from QTF grade 2 to 4. The score was assigned according to the distribution ratio of cervical spine injured patients compared to the total injured patients, and the cut-off value was derived from the total score by summation of the assigned score of each factors. 987 patients (53.0%) had no cervical spine injuries and 874 patients (47.0%) had cervical spine injuries. QTF grade 2 was found in 171 patients (9.2%) with musculoskeletal pain, QTF grade 3 was found in 38 patients (2.0%) with spinal cord injuries, and QTF grade 4 was found in 119 patients (6.4%) with dislocation or fracture, respectively. We selected the statistically significant factors, which could be affected the cervical spine injury, like the collision direction, the seating position, the deformation extent, the vehicle type and the frontal airbag deployment. Total score, summation of the assigned each factors, 10 was presented as a cut-off value to determine the cervical spine injury. In this study, it was meaningful as a pilot study to develop algorithms by selecting limited influence factors and proposing cut-off value to determine cervical spine injury. However, since the number of data samples was too small, additional data collection and influencing factor analysis should be performed to develop a more delicate algorithm.

        자동차 교통사고 시 에어백에 의한 안면부 손상특성

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the injury mechanism of facial injury related to an air-bag's deployment in occupant motor vehicle accident (MVA) by using Hospital Information System (HIS) and reconstruction program, based on the materials related to motor vehicle accidents. Among patients who visited the emergency department of Wonju Severance Christian Hospital due to motor vehicle accidents from August 2012 to February 2014, we collected data on patients with agreement for taking the damaged vehicle's photos. After obtaining the verbal consent from the patient, we asked about the cause of the accident, information on vehicle involved in the accident, and the location of car repair shop. The photos of the damaged vehicle were taken on the basis of front, rear, left side and right side. Damage to the vehicle was presented using the CDC code by analytical study of photo-images of the damaged vehicle, and a trauma score was used for medical examination of the severity of the patient's injury. Among the 309 patients with agreement for an investigation, thirty five (11.3 %) were the severe who had ISS over 15. And also, sixteen (5.2%) derived from the reconstructed data (maximum collision energy, maximum acceleration, delta V) by PC-Crash. As a result, ISS including the facial injuries was affected by the condition. It was high when the number of crash extent, the safety belt was not fastened, and the seating position of occupant and the direction of collision is same. For accurate analysis of the relationship between occupant injury and vehicle damage in MVAs, build-up of an in-depth database through carrying out various policies for motor vehicle accidents is necessary for sure.

        119 구급대원의 법의학 지식에 대한 연구

        Purpose: It is crucial that 119 emergency medical technician (EMT) have adequate knowledge regarding forensic science. This study aimed to assess the forensic knowledge of EMTs in the Republic of Korea. Methods: This study was conducted on EMTs of five fire stations in D metropolitan city between August 6 and August 13, 2018. A questionnaire consisting of items on crime-related incident recognition (i.e., mechanical asphyxiation, trauma, sex crimes, and child abuse), forensic evidence management (i.e., evidence collection, preservation, and recording) was administered to the participants. Finally, 119 questionnaires were analyzed. Results: The ratio of correct answers for crime-related incidents recognition was 55.82%, which was lower than that for forensic evidence management(84.5%). In particular, the scores for the type of neck compression(16.5%) and wound assessment(44.0%) were low. The percentage of correct answers for forensic evidence management was 78.4% for evidence collection, 84.4% for evidence preservation, and 90.6% for evidence recording. Previous forensic education experience was not a significant variable. Conclusion: Specific and practical forensic science education on perception of crime-related incident, including asphyxia and wound identification, and forensic evidence collection is needed.

      • 범용 마이크로콘트롤러 실습장비를 위한 입출력 핀배열 및 주변장치 모듈의 표준화에 관한 연구

        Many kinds of microcontrollers such as 8051, PIC16 and Atmega series are used for the automatic control system, home appliances and communication equipments manufacturing. It is very important to understand the basic operational principles of microcontrollers and their design concepts. There are many kinds of educational microcontroller trainers and also they are designed and assembled very complicatedly. For the students or developers, it is very difficult to catch the basic operation schemes and apply the techniques to the control system. And also it requires much cost and time for the various kinds of trainers purchasing. In this paper, standardization of pins layout and peripheral modules for the general microcontroller usage was introduced and tested with 89C2051, 89C51, PIC16F84, PIC16F877, Atmega8535 and Atmega128, etc. As a result of test, it was found that saving the cost and time using this suggested device was possible. And also it was very effective way to understand microcontroller design and programming techniques.

      • 자가 슬괵건과 동종 전경골건을 이용한 전방 십자 인대 재건술의 임상적 결과 비교

        목적: 자가 슬괵건과 동종 전경골건을 이용한 전방 십자 인대 재건술의 결과를 비교하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 2006년 1월부터 2007년 6월까지 자가 슬괵건과 동종 전경골건을 이용하여 전방 십자 인대 재건술을 시행 받은 환자 중 최소 24개월 이상 추시가 가능하였던 68예를 대상으로 하였다. 36예는 동종 전경골건을 이용하였고 32예는 자가 슬괵건을 이용하였다. 수술 전과 최종 추시 시 이학적 검사, Telos 기구와 KT-2000 arthrometer를 이용하여 두 군을 비교하였고, 주관적 평가로 Lysholm 점수를 사용하였다. 결과: 이식물의 평균 두께는 동종 전경골건에서 9.1(8.0~10.0)mm였으며, 자가 슬괵건에서는 8.0(7.0~9.0)mm였다. 모든 예에서 135도 이상의 관절 운동 범위를 보였으며, 합병증은 관찰되지 않았고 재수술을 요한 경우도 없었다. 수술 전과 최종 추시에서 Telos 스트레스 방사선 검사상에서 환측과 건측의 전방 전위 차이는 동종 전경골건 군은 평균 $7.4{\pm}1.2$ mm에서 $2.3{\pm}1.3$ mm로, 자가 슬괵건 군은 $7.3{\pm}1.0$ mm에서 $2.4{\pm}1.1$ mm로, 두 군 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었으며(p=0.000), 두 군 간 차이는 없었다(p=0.569). Lysholm 슬관절 점수는 동종 전경골건 군은 $72.3{\pm}3.5$점에서 $91.6{\pm}3.3$점으로, 자가 슬괵건 군은 $72.6{\pm}3.4$점에서 $92.3{\pm}3.5$점으로, 두 군 모두에서 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었고(p=0.000), 두 군 사이에 차이는 없었다(p=0.425). 결론: 동종 전경골건과 자가 슬괵건을 이용한 전방 십자 인대 재건술 모두 양호한 임상적 결과를 얻었으며, 두 군 사이에 유의한 차이는 없었다. 동종 전경골건과 자가 슬괵건 모두 전방 십자 인대 재건술의 적절한 이식물로 고려될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical results of ACL reconstruction between two groups using hamstring tendon autograft and tibialis anterior tendon allograft. Materials and Methods: Between January 2006 and June 2007, we analyzed 68 cases of ACL reconstruction, 32 cases using hamstring tendon autograft and 36 cases using tibialis anterior tendon allograft, with a minimum follow-up of 24 months. For the clinical evaluation, we evaluated the Lysholm score, anterior laxity by Telos device and KT-2000 arthrometer. Results: The mean diameter of graft were 8.0 mm (7.0~9.0 mm) in autograft group and 9.1 mm (8.0~10.0 mm) in allograft group. In all cases, the range of motion was above 135 degrees. The average side to side difference in Telos stress test decreased from $7.3{\pm}1.0$ mm to $2.4{\pm}1.1$ mm in autograft group and from $7.4{\pm}1.2$ mm to $2.3{\pm}1.3$ mm in allograft group. The average Lysholm knee score improved from $72.6{\pm}3.4$ to $92.3{\pm}3.5$ in autograft group and from $72.3{\pm}3.5$ to $91.6{\pm}3.3$ in allograft group. There was no significant difference between two groups in clinical results. Conclusion: Both hamstring tendon autograft and tibialis anterior tendon allograft groups showed satisfactory clinical results, with no significant difference in outcomes between the groups. We suggest that both hamstring tendon autograft and tibialis anterior tendon allograft will be considered as acceptable graft for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.

      • 수치모형에 의한 연안해역 해수운동의 분석

        확산현상, 표사유동 및 인간의 여러 활동이 실제 연안해역에서 일어나므로 연안해역 해수운동의 물리적 특성을 파악하고 해석하는 것은 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 본 연구에서는 연안해역에서의 파랑변형과 평균해수위 변동 그리고 연안유속 분포양상에 대해 여러 인자들이 미치는 영향을 2차원 유한차분 모형(ADI, Up-wind)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 계산결과로는 수치모형을 해저경사가 일정한 2차원 지형에 적용하여 해저경사, 입사파고, 파향각, 파주기, 마찰계수 및 수평확산계수가 연안해역 특히 쇄파대내에서 파랑변형, 평균해수위 변동 및 연안유속 분포에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. The unproper development of the nearshore zone can enhance the diffusion of pollutant in the nearshore zone resulting in unbalanced sediment budget of beach which causes alteration of beach topography. Therefore, it is required to predict the effects of the envirnmental change quantitatively. In this paper, the depth-averaged and time-averaged energy balance equation is selected to acount for the wave transformation such as refraction, shoaling effect, the surf zone energy disipation, wave breaking index and bore, due to wave breaking in the shore region.(Numerical solutions are obtained by a finite difference method, ADI and Upwind. For the calculation of the wave-induced current, the unsteady nonlinear depth-averaged and time-averaged governing equation is derived based on the continuity and momentum equation for imcompressible fluid.) Numerical solutions are obtained by finite difference method considering influences of factors such as lateral mixing coefficient, bed shear stress, wave direction angle, wave steepness, wave period and bottom slope. The model is applied to the computation of wave transformation, wave-induced current and variation of mean water leel on a uniformly sloping beach.

      • 인터넷 엠베디드 모듈을 이용한 원격 계측의 설계와 구현

        최근 정보화 사회의 발전에 따라 전기전자 제어기술 분야에 대한 인터넷 응용기술이 다양해지고 있으며 인터넷을 이용한 원격계측의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 필요성에 부응하기 위하여 여러 종류의 아날로그 데이터를 온라인 계측할 수 있는 인터넷 엠베디드 모듈을 이용한 원격계측 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 계측과 통신을 위한 하드웨어 부분과 그것을 제어하는 소프트웨어 GUI모듈로 구성된다. 이 시스템은 클라이언트가 조도, 온도 등의 원격지의 데이터를 별도의 pc서버 없이 쉽게 수집할 수 있다는 이점을 갖는다. 제안한 시스템의 유효성을 검증하기 위하여 여러 가지 응답과 동작 상태를 시험한 결과 그것의 효용성을 확인 할 수 있었다. Recently, according to development of information-oriented society, internet application technology on electricity electron controled technology fields are diversified and the necessity of remote measurement by internet is gradually increased. In this paper, to meet in these necessity we design and implementation of remote measurement system using internet embedded module, which was developed for on-line measurement of various kinds of analogue data. This system is consisted of two parts greatly, hardware module for measurement and software module to control it. The advantage of this system is that users can acquisition the remote data of temperature and illumination etc. without extra serve pc easily. In order to test the validity of the proposed system, we examine the response and operating characteristic about several states. As a result of the test, we proved the effectiveness of it.
