      • 메타플랜(Meta-plan)을 활용한 토의ㆍ토론 학습 모형 연구

          Debate and discussion learning have a advantages as a educational matter which it gives a logical thinking and desirable language culture as a effective way of improving the ability of communication skill in Korean education. It is divided into two part. One is learning a procedure and the other is learning how to use the technique of debate and discussion in every language learning activities.<BR>  So, the debate and discussion learning should be proceeded with students who experience it by themselves and feel about the usefulness in the base of understanding the procedures. But the preexistence way of debate and discussion are avoided from classroom since its complicated procedure, too much burden of disciplining and teaching logical way of discussion to the students. Many people thought it is too vexatious and students didn"t like it either.<BR>  In this studying we developed the module of debate and discussion using Meta-plan to solve this kind of problems. This is so called participant method which is a visualization of group conversation through multimedia, reaching productive conclusion with meaningful interaction of discussion.<BR>  The purpose of this study is to develop a learning module of debate and discussion which is developed through a pattern of the opinion expression. But important thing is that to minimize a resistance in debate and discussion, I used many-sided approached which means "meta-planic" way.<BR>  This is the summary of my study.<BR>  In chapter Ⅰ, I indicated why debate and discussion is disdained in the classroom. Also, I set the prurpose of this study up by development and application of teaching-learning module using meta-planinc techniques and solve the problem.<BR>  In chapter Ⅱ, I considered a academic background related to the main subject. First, I inspected the method of debate and discussion in Korean education searched of learning module related to debate and discussion and topological position in curriculum. As a next step, I sought a theoretical basis of meta-plan and the relation to the study.<BR>  In chapter Ⅲ, I framed debate and discussion learning module applicated by meta-plan. This development module is composed of various meta-planic technique after procedurizing the process of the discussion and problem solving steps. There is three form of discussion-conference which is cooperative problem-solving in a small group, debate which is making a conclusion through opposite opinion and insistence and discussion which is emphasizing a rational unity of idea.<BR>  In chapter Ⅳ, After discussion of the conclusion of the developed learning module which it applied in real spot, it finished with the conclusion of this study and suggestion of the additional study.<BR>  There is some significance in this study. It shows the right direction of debate and discussion in any circumstances and made the process of the module as step by step stage to suit to the elementary learner"s intelligence developing procedures and stages.<BR>  I developed as distinct module of debate from previous one which is small group conference, making an assertion through debate and decision making through discussion. I minimized the resistance and pressure by appling mata-planic techniques. I expect this study helps to extend the ability of debate and discussion to the learners.

        Molecular Authentication of Magnoliae Flos Using Robust SNP Marker Base on trnL-F and ndhF Region

        Magnoliae Flos (Sini in Korean) is one of the most important oriental medicinal plants. In the Korean Herbal Pharmacopeia, the bud of the all species in Manolia denudate and Manolia genus were regarded as the botanical sources for ‘Sini’. Most the dried bud of Manolia denudata, Manolia biondii and Manolia sprengeri were used as ‘Xin-yi’ in China. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine and compare the ‘Magnolia’ species, four species including Manolia denudata, M. biondii, M. liliiflora and M. Kobus were analysis of sequencing data revealed DNA polymorphisms. The based on tRNA coding leucine/phenylalanine (trnL-F) and NADH-plastoquinone oxidoreductase subunit 5 (ndhF) sequences in chloroplast DNA. For the identification of ‘Magnolia’ species, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis of chloroplast DNA regions such as ndhF have proven an appropriate method. A single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) has been identified between genuine “Sini” and their fraudulent and misuse. Specific PCR primers were designed from this polymorphic site within the sequence data, and were used to detect true plants via multiplex PCR.
