      • 표정속도 향상에 따른 기술동향 연구 (A Study on Technology Trend according to Schedule Speed Improvement)

As a result of that the domestic railway technology has been progressed as times go by, the 1st and the 2nd steps for Gyeongbu HSR at the speed of more than 300㎞/h, were completed and Honam HSR - its operational speed is 350㎞/h - is under construction. Additionally, As a part of the expressization project for general lines, the Seoul-Chuncheon route at the speed of more than 180[㎞/h] is under construction and the Jeolla route is under design. At present, 11 countries (e.g. France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, England, Japan, China and Taiwan) including Korea have high speed railways operated at the speed of more than 300[㎞/h]. As shown in the above, the domestic railway has high speed trains as good as those of countries outside Korea, but the schedule speed, which is calculated by dividing distance to destination by time, is lower than that of overseas trains. For overseas railway, the ratio of schedule speed to the highest speed is above 65%, while that of domestic railways is over 50%. It shows a significant difference between them. It is expected that the schedule speed improvement will increase the number of train operation and line capacities than now, so it shall achieve smooth transportation flow and improve the passengers’ satisfaction. In this paper we describe the necessity for the improvement of schedule speed, by analyzing foreign cases related to the improvement of schedule speed in order to satisfy the increasing traffic demand.

일반논문 : 모세의 디아스포라 선교 전략

이훈구 ( Hoon Koo Lee ) 한국복음주의선교신학회 2008 복음과 선교 Vol.10 No.-

The floating population of the world is sharply as the global era has reached. Through businesses, jobs, scientific research and international marriage, people from all around the world are scattered forming multicultural societies and are living a new life pattern. According to the latest report from the Ministry of Justice, there are approximately 722,686 foreigners are residing in Korea but the unofficial report says 1.2 million. These foreigners are diasporas residing in Korea. The word diaspora, in small meaning, means the community of Israelites scattered all around the world, and in greater meaning, it represents the community from all around the world away from motherlands. Moses was called upon God as a diaspora of Israelites who were living in Egypt from his early life and performed great deeds. Before God called upon Moses as a missionary, God allowed Moses be educated for forty years in the Palace of Egypt, and for next forty years, to be spiritually trained in Midian. God, knowing one of the two . knowledge and spiritual power are not enough to lead the Israelites trained Moses in both areas to acquire intellect and spiritual power. Moses acquired following qualities which missionaries should possess through training: first, humbleness before God and people, second, love of the nation that is big enough to exchange his life for the salvation of his people, third, gentleness on God and people, forth, an absolute loyalty to God. Missionaries of this modern time study missiology in a wide spectrum and moreover, they research on mission strategies before makingthe first move, but in Moses’time, there were no such thing as missiology or mission strategy. Moses did not do the diasporamission with particular mission strategy, but as we from this modern time research on his mission, clearly there were mission strategies. Moses’ mission strategies were: first, the power coming from God, second, he prayed and asked for solution from God whenever he was facing obstacle, and third, his absolute loyalty to God. Moses worked as a diaspora missionary for about forty years and bore great fruits: First, he helped about 2.5 million diaspora to escape from Egypt (Exodus 14:15-31). Second, he baptized all the disapora (Exodus 14:21-22, I Corinthian 10:1-2). Thirst, he built the tabernacle and settled the religious service system (Exodus 25-40). Fourth, he converted other people (Exodus 12:38) and Jenthro, his father-in-law who was living in Midian (Exodus 18:5-12). According to the Old Testament, in the patriarchal age, Abraham, Issac, Jacob and Jacob practiced the diaspora mission, and Daniel and his friends Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego, Ezra, and Nehemia also practiced the diaspora mission. Korean Churches are actively engaged in mission with 18,000 missionaries over 180 countries. Although the foreign mission should continue, but however, it should not promote to neglect 1.2 million diaspora residing in Korea. A Korean proverb says, “A mouse in a jar”. Foreign mission is catching mouse outside the jar and diaspora mission on target of people residing in Korea can be described as catching mouse in a jar. For catching a mouse in a jar is far easier than the one outside, Isuggest Korean Churches to emphasize more on diaspora in Korea for more effective mission works.

        다니엘서에 나타난 하나님의 선교 연구

이훈구 ( Hoon Koo Lee ) 한국복음주의선교신학회 2011 복음과 선교 Vol.14 No.-

God from the beginning to the present is the God of mission. When God did missionary works, He called necessary people as missionaries by era and used them. God called Adam, Abel, Seth, Enoch, and Noah in the universal historical era, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph in the patriarchal age, Moses in the Exodus period, several judges including Samson in the Judges period, David, Solomon, or the rest kings and several prophets in the monarchal period, and prophets and the diaspora in the Exile and the intertestamental period and fulfilled His missionary works. In this study, God`s missionary case where He used Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego to widely reach out to all nations was examined while covering His mission cases in Daniel. The four missionaries had no sense of missionary and neither had mission strategy nor methods. Also, they did not have a necessity or a sense of duty for mission. God unobtrusively used them as missionaries regardless of their thoughts or will and had great results. Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego who were held captive when God was punishing Israel had no thoughts or intention for mission, so there were not any mission policies, strategies, or methods. They did not compromise with the environment and danger but kept their faith in God, never stopped praying, and lived sincerely not to reveal fault like they were living everyday life in their homeland when they were taken prisoners, and God did His mission work using their faith, prayer, and flawless life as a tool for mission. God in mission gave a miracle to Daniel and his three friends who did not eat the food which was designated by King Nebuchadnezzar and was used for worshiping an idol but did not bow before the golden statue and kept their faith in the critical situation where the three were thrown to the furnace of fire seven times stronger than the usual and Daniel who kept praying till he were thrown down to the lion`s den and used them as missionaries to teach the Babylonian king, the people, and the people of subordinating countries that God is the only and almighty God. God who never suffer losses in any circumstance and uses everything together for good accomplished his will of mission for all nations in Babylon, a disciplinary place for the disobedient Israelites. Even today, when missionaries show their faith, continues to pray, and live a flawless life before God who does His mission work through people, God will work doubtlessly and efficiently for mission for all nations with a miracle perfectly designed for this era. To all missionaries who compromise with the reality or the environment under the theory of progressive contextualization, do not receive recognition before God and from the people of missionary fields and cannot do missionary works effectively, the uncompromising faith, the unstoppable prayers, and the flawless religious life of Daniel and his three friends will hopefully set a good example and challenge them so that they may born again as missionaries like the second Daniel and his three friends.
