        재활 초음파 영상을 이용한 젊은 성인의 하지 근 구조 비교: 서울과 하노이 하지 근 단면적비교 연구

        Purpose: The aim of the current study was to compare the muscle architecture of lower extremity using rehabilitative ultrasound imaging (RUSI) in young adults in Seoul and Hanoi. Methods: The study design was a comparative study of muscle cross-sectional area of lower extremity. Sixty healthy young subjects (Seoul group: 30, Hanoi group: 30) participated in this study. Real-time B-mode RUSI with a 7.5MHz linear transducer was used for measurement of cross-sectional area, pennation angle, and muscle thickness of the rectus femoris, tibialis anterior, and medial gastrocnemius muscles. Independent t-test was used for statistical analysis. Results: Significant difference in cross sectional area of rectus femoris was observed between Korean young adults and Hanoi young adults (p<0.01). Muscle thickness and pennation angle of tibialis anterior in Korean young adults were greater than in Hanoi young adults (p<0.01). In addition, the muscle thickness and pennation angle of the medial part of gastrocnemius muscle were greater in Korean young adults than in Hanoi young adults (p<0.01). In addition, in the results for gender, men had larger muscle architectures than women in both groups (p<0.01). Conclusion: This study, using RUSI, showed significant difference in muscle architectures of lower extremity in a diverse group of young adults RUSI.

        다형성선종에서 연골유래형성단백의 발현

        The bone morphogenic protein(BMP) can promote migration and growth of mesenchymal cells and initiate process for bone and cartilage formation. Cartilage-derived morphogenic protein(CDMP)-1 and -2 belong to the bone morphogenetic protein family in the transforming growth factor(TGF)-βsuperfamily. Although pleomorphic adenoma of the salivary glands is an epithelial tumor, it frequently shows ectopic cartilaginous formation with biomolecular studies. The mechanism of pathogenesis in cartilaginous formation is still controversy. We examined the expression and localization of CDMP-1 and -2, in comparison with the localization of cartilaginous matrix proteins, in human normal salivary glands and 20 cases of pleomorphic adenoma using immunohistochemical methods. The results were followed. 1. CMP-1 was immunolocalized in the striated ducts and the intercalated ducts , but not expressed in excretory duct, CDMP-2 was not expressed in the normal salivary glands. 2. CMP-1 was immunolocalized in the ductal cell and cuboidal neoplastic myoepithelial cells around the chondroid areas of the pleomorphic adenomas, whereas these molecules were not localized in the spindle-shaped neoplastic myoepithelial cells of the myxoid element in these tumors. CDMP-2 was expressed neither in normal salivary glands nor in any elements of the pleomorphic adenomas. 3. In transmission electron microscopic view, the tumor cells are composed of modifed myoepithelial cells between hyaline and myxoid stroma. 4. In Immuno-blot analysis, strong overexpression of CDMP-1 was frequently seen in pleomorphic adenomas, but the level of CDMP-2 was expressed minimally in pleomorphic adenoma. From the these results, it should be suggested that undifferentiated neoplastic myoepithelial cells around the chondroid areas expressed CDMP-1 and suggested that this molecule may play a role in the differentiation of neoplastic myoepithelial cells in pleomorphic adenoma, but not CDMP-2.

        백서에서 Glucocorticoids 투여시 골결손부 치유에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The main purpose of this study was to examine histologically the effects of the Glucocorticoids in the site of Bone defect during the Healing Process of the Bone in Rat. A total of 36 adults Sprague-Dawley malerats, weighing 200gm were used in this experiment group. The others were used as a cintrol group and the rest, 4 rats were sacrificed to measure the Alkaline Phosphatase. Bone defect was performed into the left proximal tibia 2mm beneath from the knee joint deliberately and they were sacrified 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation and glucocortucoids were injected into the experimental group(16 rats) as a manner of 18mg/day following 7 days of operation and the other group(16 rats) was not medicated. After completed above procedures, specimen were fixed into 10% neutral formalin. Specimens were examined under light microscope with Hematoxylin-Eosin and Masson s Trichrome stain.\ From the above results were as follows: 1.In the H&E stain control group, the inflammatory cells were infiltrated with partially calcified bone at the 3rd days minimally and cartilages were appeared and bone resorption and calcifications were progressed continuously within the 1st week. At the 4th week, the bone formation and irregular calcifications were examined. 2.In the experimental group on H&E stain, more inflammatory cell infiltrated by the 3rd dats and the new bone was observed on the 1st week and ossification of the cartilagenous tissue, formation of bone marrow and calcification was more progrssed. 3.In MT stain of control group, cartilage formation was extensive in the 3rd and 1st week. Bone trabeculae were accumulated at the 2nd week and bone remodeling was seen at the 4th week. 4.In MT stain of experimental group, cartilage and new bone formation was seen in the 3rd days. Cartilagenous tissue was replaced by the bone on the 2nd weeks and accumulation of osteoids were observed. 5.Alkaline phosphatase was increased up to the 2nd week and prominently decreased in the 4th week at the control group. However, there was a tendency to decrease in the 1st week and increase after 4 week remarkably. From the above results, it was recognized that glucocorticoids were profoundly influenced on bone remodeling in experimental group, decreased the number of osteocytes and decreased accumulation of lacunae.

        위성영상의 감독분류를 위한 훈련집합의 특징 선택에 관한 연구

        위성에서 관측된 다 대역 위성영상 데이터를 이용목적에 따라 분류하기 위해서는 복잡한 처리과정과 많은 시간을 필요로 하며, 감독분류시 훈련데이터의 선택과 고려되는 다양한 특징 값들은 분류 정확도를 좌우할 만큼 민감한 특성을 나타내고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 훈련데이터의 선택과 다양한 특징 값들 중 실제 영상분류에 기여도가 높은 특징을 추출하기 위하여 퍼지 기반의 γ모델을 이용한 분류네트웍을 구성하였다. 훈련집합 선택시 분류하고자 하는 지역의 밝기 분포도, 텍스쳐 특징 그리고 NDVI(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index)를 분류에 사용될 특징으로 선택하였고, 분류네트웍 출력 값의 오류가 최소화 되도록 Gradient Descent 방법을 이용하여 각 노드의 γ파라미터를 훈련시키는 과정을 채택하였다. 이러한 훈련을 통하여 얻어진 파라미터를 이용하면 각 노드의 연결특성을 알 수 있으며, 다양한 입력 노드의 특징들 중 영상분류에 기여도가 적은 특징들을 추출하여 제거할 수 있다. It is complicate and time-consuming process to classify a multi-band satellite imagery according to the applications. In addition, classification rate sensitively depends on the selection of training data set and features in a supervised classification process. This paper introduced a classification network adopting a fuzzy-based γ-model in order to select a training data set and to extract features which highly contribute to an actual classification. The features used in the classification were gray-level histogram, textures, and NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) of target imagery. Moreover, in order to minimize the errors in the classification network, the Gradient Descent method was used in the training process for the γ-parameters at each node used. The trained parameters made it possible to know the connectivity of each node and to delete the void features from all the possible input features.

        수도권 소재 일부 의료기관의 인턴물리치료사 관련 실태

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide information and suggestions for improvement of the intern physical therapist. Methods: I used 'intern physical therapist' as a keyword, and searched using the Google Search Appliance. Hospitals in the Seoul metropolitan region were selected. Twenty six hospitals that operate the intern physical therapist system were selected. A survey was conducted using questionnaires from August 20, 2012 to August 30, 2012. Among the 26 submitted questionnaires, 24 responded, and the results were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0. Results: 1. Education: (1) Sexual harassment prevention training, infection control training was lower at the rehabilitation hospital and semi hospital than at the university hospital and general hospital. (2) The rehabilitation hospital provided more education for intern physical therapists than the university hospital. (3) University hospital practice location was more diverse than that of the rehabilitation hospital. (4) In the rehabilitation hospital, education of practical skill was somewhat higher. 2. The employment rate of people who have completed an internship was higher in the rehabilitation hospital than the university hospital. Conclusion: Trial employment is more reasonable than intern physical therapist at the semi general hospital and rehabilitation hospital. Council is needed for decisions regarding internship training curriculum.

      • 윤곽선 추적에 의한 특징점 추출

        지문 인식에 있어 세선화 처리에 의한 특징점 추출의 방법이 일반적으로 사용되고 있으나 그 처리 시간이 많이 소요되는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 윤곽선 추적을 통한 특징점 추출 및 복원 처리 과정의 고속화 ALGORITHM을 제시하였다. 윤곽선 추적에 의해 추출된 특징점의 정확성을 분석하기 위하여 12개의 지문 화상을 대상으로, 세선화 과정을 통해 추출된 특징점과 비교하였다. 그 결과, 세선화 처리에 의해서는 복시에 의해 판단된 특징점의 70.2%가 추출된 반면, 윤곽선 추적을 통해서는 52.9%의 추출율을 보임으로써, 세선화 처리에 의한 특징점 추출 방법보다 본 방법이 성능면에서 다소 떨어짐을 보였다. 그러나 특징점 추출에 소요되는 시간이 세선화 처리 과정에 비해 약 1/15 정도이며, 추출된 특징점에 의한 조합율을 실험해 본 결과, 각 개인마다 판정 기준을 달리할 때 동일인 지문과 타인 지문이 구별됨으로써 본 ALGORITHM의 고속 추출법으로서의 유효성을 입증하였다.

      • 지문 화상의 특징점 고속 추출법

        지문 자동 인식 시스템의 실용화를 위해서는 고정도, 저가격의 실시간 처리 시스템이 구축되어야 한다. 지문 인식에 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 세선화 처리는 정도에 비해 처리 시간이 많이 소요되는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 특징점의 고속 추출법으로 윤곽선 추적에 의한 방법 및 편측 윤곽선 방법을 제안하고 그 처리 결과를 세선화 처리 결과와 비교 검토하였다. 특징점 추출의 정확도면에서 세선화는 70.7%, 편측 윤곽선은 63.4% 윤곽선 추적에는 57.7%를 나타내어 본 연구에 의해 제안된 수법들이 세선화 처리보다는 약간 정확도가 떨어짐을 보였다. 반면 처리 시간에서는 편측 윤곽선 처리에 1초, 윤곽선 추적은 7초, 세선화에는 37초가 소요되어 처리 시간의 고속화를 달성할 수 있었다. 또한 각 처리에 의해 추출된 특징점으로 부터 조합율을 구해본 결과, 타인 수리율이 0%인 점을 임계치로 본인 지문과 타인 지문을 구분하였을 경우, 윤곽선 및 윤곽선 추적에서 각각 7.4% 및 14.2%의 본인 거부율을 나타냄으로써 본 알고리즘의 유효성을 입증하였다.
