A case of cystic neurilemmoma of cauda equina similar to ruptured lumbar disc herniation was brought to our attention. The patient, because of pain in lower back and in both legs, underwent acupuncture and herbal treatment without obtaining any result. In March 79, Lumbar myelography revealed meniscurs sign at the level of the lower margin of L-4 body and thus total laminectomy was performed on the patient to remove the tumor. After the operation, the patient showed quick recovery.

This study aims to review the reality of local educational officials in technical post, to investigate their needs and awareness for newly changing social environment, and to inspire them with alternatives and strategies for reforming and restructuring their organization. It examines and analyses the strong points and weak points of the organization, the methods for improving the operation systems and organizational structures and the problems in the personnel management in officialdom, especially unfairness between the executive and the technical officials through a questionnaire and interview. This study ascertains that most of the technical officials consider expert knowledge and experience as their strong point and think the negative image against its group as their weak point for the organizational development. Specially this article indicates that they are not satisfied with the job conditions and want to shift to the official in executive post.
기존학교시설(旣存學校施設)의 리모델링 의사결정(意思決定) 모델에 관한 연구(硏究)

As the exiting school facilities become old and unfit for new curriculum, the systematical remodelling process based on its educational and physical functions is required. due to the inadequate maintenance and repairing practices, unnecessary costs are expended. Therefore, this study aims to establish a remodelling decision-making model for improving the educational environment of the existing school facilities. According to the budget system, it proposes the concept of remodelling that includes the activities of extension, reconstruction, repair and improvement. This study classifies the performance evaluation for school facilities as that of safety, durability and educational function, and articulates the assessment standards, methods and elements. In the end, it suggests a rational model for remodelling decision-making that can provide efficient and comprehensive remodelling process, economic and sustainable school development.
