상박신경총 차단에서 첨가한 Clonidine과 Epinephrine의 비교

The effects of either clonidine or epinephrine into local anesthetics administered into brachial plexus sheath were evaluated in 42 patients who underwent surgery of the upper limb. All patient received 0.5 ml/kg of 2:1 mixture of bupivacaine and lidocaine injected into the brachial plexus sheath, using the subclavian perivascular technique. The patients were randomly allocated into two groups; Group I(n=25) received $150{\mu}g$ of clonidine hydrochloride, and Group II(n=27) received $200{\mu}g$ of epinephrine. The duration of analgesia and the degree of sedation reflecting the systemic effect of clonidine were assessed. The block produced by the addition of clonidine was longer($100.3{\pm}469.8$ vs $648.8{\pm}192.1$ min) and superior to that by epinephrine(p < 0.05). The highest degree of sedation was achieved about 20 minutes after block, which roughly equals the time required for intramuscular clonidine to show the similar effect. The author concludes that the injection of clonidine mixed to local anesthetics into the brachial plexus sheath prolongs analgesia than that of epinephrine, but this prolongation may be due to the systemic effect of clonidine.

경계요소법(境界要素法)에 의한 묵호항(墨湖港)의 부진동특성(副振動特性)에 관한 연구(?究)

묵호항내(墨湖港內) 부진동특성(副振動特性)을 조사(調査)하기 위하여 7초부터 600초 범위(範圍)사이의 입사파(入射波)에 대하여 경계요소법(境界要素法)을 이용한 수식계산(數植計算)을 실시 하였다. 또 사용된 수식계산(數植計算) 방법(方法)은 기존(旣存)에 실시 하였던 수리모형실험(水理模型實驗) 결과(結果)를 이용하여 적용성(適用性)과 타당성(妥當性)을 검토(檢討)하였다. 부진동(副振動) 조사결과(調査結果) 11초와 3분 정도(程度)의 파가 입사(入射) 할때, 높은 증폭율(增幅率)이 나타났으며 과거의 관측보고(觀測報告)와도 유사한 결과(結果)를 나타냈다. 이로서 본(本) 수치계산(數値計算) 방법(方法)은 묵호항(墨湖港)의 정온도평가(靜穩度評價), 항만계획(港灣計劃)등에 유용(有用)하게 사용될 수 있다. A numerical simulation using the Boundary Element Method is performed for investigating the seiche in the Mukho harbor. The range of the incident waves period is from 7 seconds to 10 minutes, which these surface waves usually may be found in cases of the swell and the long period storm surges caused by storm winds. It is found that the seiche may be occurred by resonating with the incident waves of which the periods are about 11 seconds and 3 minutes. The numerical method was verified by the hydraulic model experiment data which had performed before. Numerical results for the seiche in the Mukho harbor show good agreements with the field observations, so that this research may be useful to estimate harbor calmness in a harbor and the harbor planning.

이홍식(Lee Hong sik) 동양한문학회(구 부산한문학회) 2009 동양한문학연구 Vol.29 No.-
연암 박지원의 「綠鸚鵡經序」는 낙서 이서구의 『綠鸚鵡經』에 붙인 서문이다. 그 동안 구성과 내용의 난해함으로 인해 연구자들의 관심 밖에 있었던 작품이지만, 작품의 완성도가 높고 북학파 문인들의 완물취향과 공안파 문학의 수용 양상을 살피는 데 유용한 정보를 담고 있어서 연구할 만한 가치가 있다. 최근 「녹앵무경서」의 비평적 의미를 꼼꼼히 분석한 논문이 발표되어 고무적이다. 다만 그 논의의 대체가 ‘이서구와 『녹앵무경』에 대한 박지원의 비판’에 초점이 맞춰져 있어서, 납득하기 어려운 점이 있었다. 이에 본 연구자는 「녹앵무경서」에 대한 새로운 읽기를 시도하였고, 다음과 같은 결론에 이르렀다. 이서구의 『녹앵무경』은 유득공의 『발합경』 및 이덕무의 『윤회매십전』과 마찬가지로 당대 ‘총서류에 대한 열독과 공안파 문학에 대한 관심’에서 비롯된 것으로, 이덕무와 유득공의 評批에 박지원의 서문이 더해져 완전한 꼴을 갖추게 된 저작이다. 따라서 「녹앵무경서」에서 이서구와 『녹앵무경』에 대한 비판을 읽어내기는 어렵다. 오히려 박지원은 『녹앵무경』이 이서구의 慧悟에서 비롯된 것임을 분명히 밝힘으로써 이서구를 창작을 권면하고, 도불이 아닌 문학의 관점에서 『녹앵무경』에 접근할 것을 주문함으로써 왜곡된 해석과 비판을 경계하였던 것으로 판단된다. 이때 박지원이 긍정한 慧悟는 공안파의 세계관과 밀접하게 연결되어 있다. 박지원을 비롯한 이덕무·유득공·이서구 등은 이 慧悟를 긍정하고 적극적으로 수용함으로써 완물상지의 두꺼운 벽을 허물고 일상의 소소한 세계를 문학으로 편입시켰으며, 이들을 활용한 새로운 문학 창작을 시도할 수 있었던 것으로 보인다. 그 결과물이 바로 이서구의 『녹앵무경』이다. 혜오는 당대 북학파 문인들이 문학적 동질성을 확보할 수 있었던 중요한 매개였던 셈이다. The “Nokaengmukyungsuh(綠鸚鵡經序)” of Yeonam(燕巖), Park Jiwon(朴趾源) is a preface attached Nakseo Lee Seogu’s “Nokaengmukyung(綠鸚鵡經)”. Due to reconditeness of structure and contents researchers didn’t have interested in “Nokaengmukyungsuh”. But it is worth studying because it is in-depth and contains valid informations about Bukhak Schooler's taste of concerns about materials and acceptance of Gongan School’s literature. In recent days, a paper carefully analyzing critical meaning of “Nokaengmukyungsuh” is encouraging. However, because the paper concentrated on Park Jiwon’s criticism on Lee Seogu and “Nokaengmukyung”, I didn’t understand several things in the paper. Therefore I tried to reread about “Nokaengmukyungsuh”, as a result I reached following conclusion. “Nokaengmukyung” written by Lee Seogu arose from eager reading in serial publishing and interests in Gongan School’s literature likewise You Deukgong’s Balhapkyung and Lee Dukmu’s Yoonhoemaesipjeon(輪回梅十箋). It became a whole work adding not only criticism of You Deukgong and Lee Dukmu but also Park Jiwon's preface. So in “Nokaengmukyungsuh” we didn’t look at criticism about Lee Seogu. and “Nokaengmukyung”. Park Jiwon clearly announced that “Nokaengmukyung” arose from Lee Seogu’s shrewdness(慧悟), then he recommended Lee Seogu writing works. Also he ordered him to approach “Nokaengmukyung” not in a view of Buddhism and Taoism but in a view of literature. So he took precautions against distorted interpretation and criticism. The shrewdness approved by Park Jiwon was closely connected with the world view of Gongan School. As Park Jiwon, You Deukgong and Lee Dukmu affirmed the shrewdness and accepted positively, they broke a wall of “Wan Mul Sang Zhi(玩物喪志- Being indulged in exterior thing make on lose his intention)” and inserted the little world of routines into literature. So they tried to write new literary works using these things. Lee Seogu’s “Nokaengmukyung” was a outcome. The shrewdness was a mediation that could guarantee literary identifications of Bukhak Shool’s writers.
