        플립러닝을 활용한 교과교육론 수업이 예비 유아교사의 자기주도학습, 학업적 자기효능감 및 교사역량에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 플립러닝을 적용한 수업이 예비 유아교사의 자기주도학습, 학업적 자기효능감 및 교사역량에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위하여 충청도에 소재한 전문대학 유아교육과에 재학 중인 유아교육과 2학년 학생 67명을 대상으로 플립러닝을 활용한 교과교육론 수업을 진행하였다. 교과교육론 수업은 전체 15주 가운데 중간고사와 기말고사를 제외한 12주 동안 3시간씩주 1회 수업으로 진행하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구결과 플립러닝을 적용한 교과교육론 수업 후 예비 유아교사의 자기주도학습에 있어서 전반적으로 긍정적인 효과를 보였으며 학업적 자기효능감의 하위요소인 과제난이도, 자기조절 효능감에서 긍정적인 효과를 가져왔다. 또한 교사역량의 교직인성 및 전문성 개발과 정보화 소양에 있어 전반적으로 향상되었다. 이에 플립러닝을 적용한 수업설계가 교과교육론 수업에서 의미 있는 시사점을 제공할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to find out the impact of the curriculum theory classes applied with flipped learning on the self-directed learning, academic self-efficacy and teacher competency of prospective infant teachers. To this end, 67 students in the department of early childhood education at a university in Chungcheong-do, who are attending the department of early childhood education. The Subject matter education class was held once a week for three hours for 12 weeks excluding midterm and final exams. The result of this study is as follows. The self-directed learning, academic self-efficacy and teacher competence of prospective infant teachers were improved after the curriculum education theory class with flipped learning. Therefore, I believe this study will provide meaningful implications for class design with flipped learning and for finding effective teaching-learning methods.

        The usefulness of constitutional diagnoses based on skin measurements has been established in oriental medicine. According to Sasang constitutional medicine, humans can be distinguished based on properties of skin's friction, thickness and elasticity. To quantify and standardize skin diagnosis, the present study designed an equipment for measuring skin elasticity of hand. But there were some noises in measuring skin elasticity such as measurement method, environment, operator and conditions of patient. So we considered a six sigma project for reducing the measurement errors. The project was followed to discipline process of five macro phases: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control(DMAIC). So, we could find the major factors which should be controled for stabilizing measurement system and we revised the SOP(Standard Operating Procedure) of the skin elasticity measurement.

        만 3세 유아의 놀이에 나타난 선물의 의미 변화

        본 연구는 만 3세 유아가 놀이과정에서 또래와의 상호작용을 살펴보고 선물에 대한 의미를 형성해가는 과정에 대해 질적인 접근을 통하여 분석해보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구는 유아가 선물의 의미에 대해 인식하는 과정을 알 수 있는 기초자료가 될 수 있다. 따라서 연구의 필요성과 목적을 바탕으로 연구문제는 만3세 유아의 놀이에 나타난 선물의 의미는 무엇인가이다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울시 서초구에 소재한 Y유치원에 재원중인 만 3세 유아 14명이다. 연구절차는 놀이관찰 및 심층면담으로 이루어졌다. 연구결과 놀이관찰을 통한 유아의 선물의미 탐색에서 나타난 선물에 대한 의미는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 관계형성을 위한 선물, 둘째, 자기만족으로의 선물, 셋째, give & take로의 선물, 넷째, 선물에 대한 갈등, 다섯째, 진정한 선물로 나누어 볼 수 있었다. 또한 교사의 유아와의 심층적인 면담을 통해 유아가 가지는 선물의미를 구체화하고자 하였다. 이에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특별한 날을 위한 선물, 둘째, 눈에 보이지 않는 선물, 셋째, 또래에게 주는 선물로 나누는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 만3세 유아의 선물에 대한 개념은 유아의 선물에 대한 개념에 있어 의미 있는 시사점을 제공할 것이다. This study aims to analyze the process of three-year-old infants’ interactions with peers in the play process and form meaning for gifts through a qualitative approach. These studies may be the basis for knowing the process by which infants perceive the meaning of gifts. Therefore, based on the necessity and purpose of the study, what is the meaning of the present in the play of 3-year-old infant? The subjects of this study are 14 infants who are studying at Y kindergarten in Seocho-gu, Seoul. The research process consisted of play observation and in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, the meaning of gifts presented in the search for the meaning of gifts for infants through play observation was as follows. First, gifts for relationship building, second, gifts for self-satisfaction, third, gifts for Give & Take, fourth, conflicts over gifts, fifth, gifts for others. In addition, it was intended to embody the meaning of gifts for infants through in-depth interviews and conversations with infants by teachers. The consequences of this are as follows: First, gifts for special occasions, second, invisible gifts, and third, gifts for peers were found to be shared. This concept of gifts for infants aged 3 will provide meaningful implications for the concept of gifts for infants.

        코로나 19 상황에서 보육실습을 통한 예비보육교사의 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 경험

        목적 본 연구의 목적은 코로나 19 상황에서 보육실습을 통한 예비보육교사의 신체적 심리적 사회적 경험을 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 첫째, 2021년 B대학 98명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 네이버 폼을 이용하여 2021년 7월 15일- 2021년 7월 23일에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 둘째, 구체적인 면담을 위하여 참여 의사를 보인 22명을 대상으로 실습 전, 실습 중, 실습 후에 걸쳐 대면, 줌(ZOOM)과 SNS를 분석하였고 자유 형식의 저널 및 소감문을 작성하여 분석하였다. 결과 그 결과 코로나 19상황에서 예비교육교사들이 경험한 보육실습의 신체적 심리적 사회적 경험은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신체적 경험은 교사 자신의 신체적인 측면과 유아 측면에서의 경험으로 나타났으며 둘째, 실습 전, 실습과정, 실습 후에 따라 심리적 변화를 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정부의 방역지침변화, 보육실습운영의 변화 및 보육현장의 변화로 나타났다 결론 본 연구 결과는 펜데믹 상황에서의 보육실습에 관한 다양한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the physical, psychological and social experiences of prospective child care teachers through child care practice in the context of Corona 19. Methods At first, a survey was conducted on 185 university students from 2020-2021. Second, the journal, ZOOM and SNS were analyzed for 46 people who expressed their willingness to participate for specific interviews. Results As a result, the physical, psychological and social experiences of child care practices experienced by prospective education teachers in the Corona 19 situation are as follows. First, the physical experience was shown as the teacher s own physical and infant aspects, and second, psychological changes were shown before, after, and after practice. Third, changes in the government s quarantine guidelines, changes in the operation of child care practices, and changes in child care field. Conclusions This study could be used as a variety of basic data on child care practices in a pandemic situation.

      • 부ㆍ침맥 진단에 유용한 맥상 파라메터 및 대표맥상 분석

        Pulse feeling is one of the most important diagnosis method in Oriental medicine. But it is not easy to make an objective and standardized diagnosis. In this study, we found how to quantify the pulse diagnosis. Specially the high practicality in clinic, we search some parameters especially well-related to floating and sinking pulse by statistical analysis. By extension, we find the pulse patterns of the floating and sinking pulse. We choose 15 subjects diagnosed as floating pulse and 15 subjects diagnosed as sinking pulse by oriental doctors. And their pulse signals were acquired by pulse analyzer which has piezoresistive pressure sensor. For the quantification of the floating and sinking pulse, at first, we examined the parameters which were highly correlated with oriental doctor's diagnosis. And then we derived pulse patterns of the floating-sinking pulse from preprocessed signal and its ensemble average. We also looked trend variation (PH-Curve) between contact and pulse pressure. As a result, statistically there is the biggest difference between contact pressure, the maximum pulse pressure, diastolic area (Ad) and floating and sinking data. Through the PH-Curve, which represented the relationship between contact and pulse pressure, we could divide the floating and sinking pulse clearly. As a basic research of pulse diagnosis algorithm, we can contribute to select essential parameters in diagnosis algorithm. And using these diagnosis method, we expect to find typical pulse patterns and some useful parameters about other pulses like slow/rapid, large/fine pulse and so on. We hope that this study will contribute pulse objectification.

      • 촌, 관, 척 위치의 맥파 특징 차이 검정에 대한 1례

        Although the pulse diagnosis position, Guan is apart from Cun or Chi by only 10~20 ㎜ at most, traditional medical doctors applies different indent pressures and even they states different pulse images are felt at Cun, Guan and Chi. To support their clinical behaviors, in this study, we tested statistically whether there are differences in pulse waveform measured at these three positions with SphygmoCor system used world widely. A 30 years old female subject without any evidence of cardiovascular diseases was involved in this experiment. Radial pulse waves were recorded at three different positions on left lower arm 10 times at three positions - Cun, Guan and Chi. With ANOVA, we tested whether, among three different positions, there are any differences in 12 parameters of radial pulse waveform and in estimated AIx(Augmentation Index) as an arterial stiffness index extracted from radial pulse waveform. As results, differences in optimal indent pressure h0 were observed at different measuring positions (P < 0.001) but not significantly different. And pulse pressure h1s were found to be different (Chi < Cun < Guan). From these results, Oriental Medical doctors' diagnostic behavior of applying different indent pressures and their statements of plural pulse images can be asserted to be reasonable. On the other hand, estimated aortic AIx at Cun, Guan and Chi were 22.60 ± 3.06%, 18.60 ± 3.37% and 26.4 ± 5.02% respectively. Consequently, AIx at Gwan seems to be lowest and that at Chi seems to be highest. So, we assert the AIx at Chi is likely to be overestimated. In further studies, we want to examine what make differences in these parameters between measuring positions. And it also seems to be worthy to investigate the relationship between the depth of radial artery and AIx. And, ultimately, we need to determine the best measuring process including measuring position, hold-down pressure, signal quality validation and so on, so to achieve the optimal waveform which represents subject's health condition for both western medicine and traditional medicine

      • 6시그마 기법을 통한 안정된 맥파측정 프로세스 설계

        Pulse is one of the basic diagnostic information of TKM(Traditional Korean Medicine). To quantify and standardize pulse diagnosis, we had collected an amount of clinical data from May 2005 by using newly developed pulse analyzer. But there were many noises in pulse wave according to measuring method, environment, operator and condition of patient. So some data can't be included for analyzing pulse diagnosis. To reduce noises from measuring pulse and to collect reliable pulse wave data, we made the process map of measuring method and applied six sigma project. With this we can improved the method of measuring pulse wave in collecting clinical data. The project follows a disciplined process of five macro phases: define, measure, analyze, improve and control (DMAIC). A process map and C-E diagram are used to identify process input and output variables. The major input variables are selected by using C&E matrix, and process map is developed by analyzing input variables. And the optimum process conditions are going to be controled to avoid increasing loss of collecting pulse wave data.

      • BMI에 따른 요골동맥의 혈관특성과 부/침맥과의 상관관계 연구

        Pulse diagnosis refers to the process of diagnosing a patient by feeling an artery on the wrist based on the shape that the pulse takes while the hold-down pressure increase. The styloid process artery on the wrist is usually felt, and the pulse is taken on Chon, Gwan and Check using three fingers. This study is to examine the structural difference in the location of pulse diagnosis by measuring and analyzing blood diameter, blood depth, and blood flow velocity of the location of pulse diagnosis by using ultrasonic wave (VOLUSION730 PRO, GE Medical, U.S.A). This study also attempted to grasp whether the characteristics of blood vessels differ depending on Body Mass Index (BMI) and analyzed their correlation with Oriental medical pulse diagnosis. The male subjects without cardiovascular diseases were divided into the normal BMI group, the underweight group and the overweight group and 10 people of each group were measured. Blood depth, blood diameter and blood flow velocity at the location of pulse diagnosis (Chon, Gwan, Check) of the wrists of left and right hands were measured and the pulse wave was measured by using pulse diagnosis instrument (3-D Mac, DaeyoMedi, Korea). The results of this study showed that the characteristics of blood vessels differ depending on the degrees of obesity, and the characteristics of floating pulse and sinking pulse of Oriental medical pulses were related to the degrees of obesity. This shows that the characteristics of the blood vessels of subjects and BMI information are the major indicators for diagnosis and are the matters that must always be considered when developing the algorithm of pulse diagnosis.

      • 음성을 이용한 사상체질 분류 보조 알고리즘

        본 연구에서는 기존의 특정 음성 변수에 대한 모수적 통계접근 방법을 탈피하고 새로운 음성을 이용한 사상체질 분류 알고리즘을 개발하고자 먼저 5개의 모음과 2개의 문장으로 이루어진 총 120명의 여성 음성 데이터 수집하였다. 이후 다양한 음성 신호 분석 방법과 툴을 이용하여 총 134개의 음성 변수를 추출하였다. 각 변수에서는 체질별 최대값들의 최소값, 최소값들의 최대값을 이용해 4개의 조건 변수를 새로 생성하고 이를 관리하기 위한 메모리와 체질 점수 개념을 도입하여 비모수적인 통계 방법을 기반으로 한 분류 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 알고리즘 성능 테스트를 위해 10-fold cross 검정테스트를 실시하였으며 본 알고리즘은 최종적으로 이진 분류에서 진단률 41.5%와 정확률 79.5%를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다.
