트랜스포머디자인의 가치에 대한 연구 - 실용적, 경제적 가치를 중심으로 -

트랜스포머디자인은 다양한 형태로 우리 곁에 존재하지만 무엇이라 정의되어 있는지 어디에서부터 출발하였는지 기록된 바가 없어 의미를 정의하고 역사와 현황을 통해 현대사회에서 경험적 자료를 살펴보았다. 경험이 누적되면 표준화된 디자인이 우리에게 이익을 주지만 현대사회에서는 패턴 화 된 이익이 임계점을 넘어 공급자 중심이 아닌 수요자 중심이 되는 것이 중요해졌다. 따라서 기존의 패턴 화 된 디자인에 기술적, 과학적, 경제적 요소가 부가되면서 조립과 해체, 변신을 통해 확대, 축소, 변형을 가져와 표준화 된 디자인이 다용도 다기능(one-source multi-use)으로 실용적, 경제적 이익과 가치를 이루어낼 때 진정한 트랜스포머 디자인이라 할 수 있다. 이런 변신의 개념은 무(無)에서 유(有)를 창조하기보다 기존의 것에서 융합을 시도하는 것이 수요중심이 되는 모델이 될 수 있다. 이를 증명하기 위해 연구가설과 설문을 통해 90%의 소비자가 트랜스포머디자인의 경제적 실용적 가치에 긍정적인 반응을 보여주었으며 80%의 소비자가 재 구매 의사를 밝혔고 관심이 있는 제품군에 다의적인 의견을 주었다. 이것은 소수의 의견일 수 있으며 다양한 계층의 조합이 아닐 수 있다. 그러나 현재 우리사회는 실패를 수용하고 용인하는 문화가 뒷받침되어 주고 있어 수요자를 위해 지속적인 전략을 펼칠 수 있는 기초자료로서 가치가 있어 제시한다. This study defined the meaning and investigated empirical data in modern society of transformer design through history and present condition because transformer design exists around us in many different forms but there is no record of how it has been defined or where it started from. Standardized design gives us benefits when experience gets accumulated, but patterned benefit becoming user centered, not provider centered, beyond the critical point became important in modern society. Therefore, transformer design can be considered as a true design when standardized design achieves practical and economic benefit and value as one-source multi-use as it adds technological, scientific, and economical factors on existing patterned design by expansion, reduction, and transformation through assembly, disassembly, and transformation. The concept of transformation can be a model of attempting fusion becoming demand-centered than making something out of nothing. To prove this, 90% of consumers showed positive response for economic and practical value of transformer design through research hypothesis and questionnaire survey, and 80% of consumers showed intention to repurchase and gave polysemous opinion about the product family. This can be a minority opinion and may not be a combination of various classes. This study has value as a preliminary data for carrying out ongoing strategies for consumers because our society today is supported by the culture of accepting and approving failure.

마이크로그리드에 한류기 투입에 따른 적응형 과전류 계전 방식

This paper proposes an adaptive over-current relay (OCR) considering the effect of fault current limiters (FCLs) in a micro-grid (MG). The protection schemes of a MG are much more complicated and difficult than those in a distributed generation (DG) system, due to the more flexible operation schemes and some additional equipments i.e. FCLs. In this paper, all possible operational conditions are analyzed, and the appropriate setting values of an OCR corresponding to each operational condition are obtained and used in the proposed adaptive OCR. The effect of FCLs is also considered, and the setting value of the proposed adaptive OCR will be varied when FCLs operate. The performance of the proposed adaptive OCR is verified with the PSCAD/EMTDC generated data. The results indicates that the proposed adaptive OCR can satisfactorily detect the fault even though the magnitude of the fault current is low due to the disconnection between the MG and the grid, and/or the operations of fault current limiters.
