This paper identifies critical success factors to invigorate air transportation-based e-commerce export through analysis on e-commerce export GSCM. And it deduces implications to develop activation models through analysis of actual state and cases. Then it develops business models to invigorate e-commerce export, which include development models of: collaboration framework among e-commerce supply chain partners, e-commerce hub at airports, airport and airline network expansion through strategic alliance relationship, global sourcing and fulfillment hub network, end-to-end visibility systems and local fulfillment center network.

베트남 양곡 물류 및 Silo 물류 시스템 구축 모델

This paper deduces strategy alternatives for grain and silo logistics system development in Vietnam through literature review, statistical analysis, case studies and serM-SWOT matrix analysis. It analyzes grain and logistics markets and industries in Vietnam and makes forecasts on feed supply, grain import and potential volume for Korean silo logistics companies to secure in Vietnamese market. It also studies grain and silo logistics systems in Vietnam through site visits, supply chain and process analyses, local expert interviews and case studies. Then it develops grain and silo logistics business models and systems and analyzes expected effects on cost savings and revenue increase by the advanced silo-based grain logistics systems. Such business models and systems are expected to support Korean grain and silo logistics companies to expand to Vietnamese market and improve grain supply chain in Vietnam.

베트남 물류 산업 비즈니즈 모델 분석 연구

현재 우리나라 기업의 베트남 진출이 가속화됨에 따라 물류기업의 신속한 대응이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 베트남에 진출한 우리 물류 기업의 진출전략 및 비즈니스 모델 수립에 직간접적인 영향을 주는 제 환경요인 및 주요 산업요인, 베트남 물류 환경요인, 베트남에 진출한 한국, 일본, 글로벌 물류 기업과 현지 물류 기업에 대해 분석하고, 진출전략 및 비즈니스 모델의 주요 타겟이 될 수 있는 한국 및 베트남 제조 및 유통기업 SCM 현황, 문제점, 성공사례 등에 대해 분석하였으며, 이러한 분석을 종합하여, 우리 물류 기업들의 베트남 물류 시장 진출을 위한 비즈니스 모델 및 세부 진출전략을 도출하였다. 비즈니스 모델에는, 삼성전자 공급망 조달 물류 모델, 섬유의류 공동물류 모델, 베트남-중국 크로스보더 물류 모델 등이 포함되었다. At this moment, Many Korean companies entered the Vietnam market. It required that Logistics company cope with this situation quicker. Therefore This paper analyzes the services, business models, major items, facilities, future plans, and strengths of Korean, Japanese and global logistics firms in Vietnam through literature review, in-depth interviews and site visits. And it studies problems and successes in logistics and supply chain management of manufacturers and retailers in Vietnam. Based on such analyses, logistics business models and strategies for Korean and foreign 3PLS are developed. Proposed business models include SEC supply chain supply management model, collaborative SCM model for garment industry and Vietnam-China cross-border logistics model.

항공기반 Global Cold Chain 핵심성공요인 및 활성화 모델에 대한 연구

본 연구는 23명의 콜드 체인, 항공, 물류 전문가에 대한 설문조사를 바탕으로 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 통해, 항공 기반 콜드 체인의 핵심성공요인을 도출하였다. 또한 콜드 체인의 현황, 문제점 분석 및 다양한 콜드 체인 사례분석을 바탕으로 활성화 모델 개발을 위한 시사점을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 종합적인 분석을 기반으로, 항공 기반 콜드 체인 활성화 모델을 도출하였다. 주요 핵심성공요인은 냉동·냉장 배송 능력(0.093), 유통 업체-항공사-물류기업-글로벌·현지 파트너 동조 시스템(0.081), end-to-end 콜드 체인 토털 솔루션 제공 능력(0.069), 복합일관 운송 연계(0.067)의 순서로 중요한 것으로 분석되었다. 항공 기반 콜드 체인 활성화 모델로는 의약품 항공 기반 Global Cold Chain 활성화 모델, 신선식품 항공 기반 Global Cold Chain 활성화 모델, 중국의 각 지역을 포함하는 지역별 Global Cold Chain활성화 모델이 도출되었다. We identifies critical success factors to vitalize air transport-based cold chain logistics through analytic hierarchy process based on a survey of 23 cold chain, aviation, and logistics experts. And we infers implications to develop vitalization models through analysis of current state and related cases. The primary critical success factors are found to be important in the order of cold chain delivery capabilities(0.093), distributors-airlines-logistics companies-global & local partner coordination systems(0.081), end-to-end cold chain total solution capabilities(0.069), and multi-modal transportation connectivity(0.067). Then this paper develops various models to vitalize air transport-based cold chain logistics, which include global cold chain models for pharmaceuticals; fresh food and perishable goods; and various regions including China and Southeast Asia.

FTA를 활용한 동북아 GSCM 모델 및 물류 활성화 전략

This paper analyzes effect of tripartite FTA among Korea, China and Japan on logistics industry through case studies. And it identifies target industries for GSCM collaboration business models through analyzing product flow on supply chain among 3 countries. Then it develops GSCM collaboration business model through a field study on Free Trade Zones and logistics hub facilities in 3 countries, interview and questionnaire survey on tenants and users of such facilities, SWOT analysis and feasibility study. Based on such analyses, strategies to implement NE Asia GSCM collaboration models and support FTA are developed.

한·중·일 FTA를 활용한 동북아 전자상거래 및 물류 활성화 전략

본 연구에서는, 첫째, 한·중·일 FTA의 국제 전자상거래 및 물류 산업에 대한 영향분석, 전자상거래 및 물류 측면에서의 FTA 사례분석이 이루어졌다. 둘째, 한·중·일 전자상거래 물량 흐름 분석을 통해 FTA 전략 및 물류체계의 개선이 필요한 분야와 한·중·일 전자상거래 협력 표적 산업이 도출되었다. 셋째, 한·중·일 자유무역구 및 교류 거점시설 방문 조사, 주요 입주 및 이용 기업 설문 및 인터뷰 조사, SWOT 분석, 협력모델 도출, 한·중·일 협력방안 도출의 단계로 국제 전자상거래 협력모델이 도출되었다. 넷째, 종합분석을 기반으로 동북아 전자상거래 활성화 및 물류체계 개선 전략이 도출되었다. 국제 전자상거래 협력모델로는, 상하이·장삼각-한-일 E-C 협력모델, 광저우·심천-한-일 E-C 협력모델, 이우·닝보-한-일 E-C 협력모델, 한·중·일 연계 C-B E-C 협력모델, 동아시아 C-B E-C 거점 연계 협력모델 등이 도출되었다. 지방 중소형 공항 화물운송 활성화 방안 연구: 항공 네트워크 분석을 통해

현재 우리나라 항공 화물 시장은 인천공항에 집중되어 각 지방공항과의 불균형 상태를 보이고 있다. 현재 대부분의 국제화물이 인천공항에 집중되어 인천공항의 경우 운영관리 측면에서 그 복잡도가 증가 되어 비효율성 혹은 외부 충격에 대한 유연성 등의 확보 측면에서 위험성을 내포하고 있다. 반면 지방공항의 경우 보유하고 있는 시설의 활용 측면에서 활용률이 떨어지는 등 자원을 효율적으로 활용하지 못하여 국가적으로 그 자원 투자 측면에서 문제가 야기되어 있다. 과거 연구들은 대부분 지방공항의 활용에 대한 접근을 용량의 증가 등 인프라적인 측면에서 제시하였으나 본 논문에서는 운항 편수, 여객 및 화물 자료를 바탕으로 현재 지방공항이 보유하고 있는 인근 국가와의 네트워크에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 현재 지방공항의 네트워크에 대한 현황에 대한 이해를 통해 각 지방 공항들이 활용할 수 있는 방안에 대한 논의를 이끌어 낼 수 있었다. 추후 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 각 지방공항 별로 특화 가능한 노선 및 화물의 종류 등에 대한 분석을 통하여 각 지역 공항에 인접하고 있는 산업 단지 및 수요지와의 연계 등을 통한 지방 공항의 활성화 방안에 대한 논의가 진행되어야 할 것이다. Airport system in Korea is centralized system which focused on Incheon airport. Thus, almost of passenger and freight movement is handled at Incheon airport. Accordingly, complexity at Incheon airport is increasing and increased complexity would lead airport vulnerable to risk or unexpected impact. Also, since Korea has regional airport which has been invested for freight system, each regional airport can be used for air freight from close industrial zone or for market near airport. However, these airport`s facilities are at status with low utilization. This also might cause ineffective resource management issues for Korea national logistic system. This study conducted a network analysis through the Korea Airports Corporation`s aviation statistics data using Net Miner 4 Ver. 4.2.1 to examine the situations of regional airports. Results shows that there are gaps between flight or passenger centrality and freight centrality. Implication of this result that we can utilize this unused airline network from passenger. Also, to facilitate use of regional airport for freight, connectivity between industrial zone and airport should be increased.
