기업 특성, 경쟁정보 관심도, 정보화 수준이 경쟁정보 활동에 미치는 영향

The importance of competitive intelligence (CI), which collects/uses information about competitors, industries, etc., has been increased due to the rapidly changing business environment of today. However, there exist few domestic researches on CI. With this background, a study of domestic companies was performed that examines how the enterprise characteristics, the interest on CI, and the informatization level affect the way/level and outcome of CI. Results showed that bigger enterprises have the higher interest on CI than smaller ones and enterprises having high interest perform CI activities systematically and variously including using the Internet. Further, the results uncovered the enterprises performing CI actively use the information acquired from the activity effectively in their business. The results also revealed that there are no difference between the IT companies and the others and that the informatization level is irrelevant to the Internet CI activity level.

소아요류의 정상치에 관한 정확한 설정을 위하여 부산시내 소재 국민 학생들을 대상으로 소아요류를 측정하였다. 이것은 소아배뇨장애환자의 치료 전후에 치료여부 및 효과판정에 유용할 것으로 사료된다. The uroflowmetry was performed in 135 normal male children between seven to thirteen years old, and the volume voided, voiding time, average and maximal flow rate were obtained as follow. 1.Volume voided, average and maximum flow rate were higher according to increasement of age and body weight. 2.Voding curves indicating the relationship between urinary flow and voided volume were obtained with logarithmic transformation.
N-Butyl-N-(4-hydroxybutyl) Nitrosamune 투여후 백서 방광조직에서 Ras 암유전자 및 EGFR의 발현양상에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

BBN 투여에 의해 실험적으로 유발된 방광암의 암화과정에 있어서 ras 암유전자와 EGFR의 발현양상을 조사하여 방광암의 암화과정을 이해하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 본 연구에 착수하였다. There is increasing evidence that genes are involved in normal cell growth and differentiation and genes that encode for growth factors are important in determining the development and biologic aggressiveness of the bladder tumor. Sequential epithelial changes (normal, simple hyperplasia, nodular or papillary hyperplasia, papilloma and superficial transitional cell carcinoma-Ta, TIS) were observed in urinary bladder of rat in proportion to the duration of BBN(N -butyl-4-hydroxybutyl nitrosamine) administration. This study was undertaken to understand the roles of ras oncogenes & EGFR (epidermcl growth factor receptor) in carcinogenesis of BBN induced bladder tumor. Immunohistochemical staining for ras and EGFR was performed on nonaldehyde, Carnoy's solution - fixed tissues from BBN induced artificial bladder tumor of rat. The results are as follows ; 1.The most frequently noted pathological change observed on hematoxyline and eosin stained sections was mild epithelial hyperplasia of the urinary bladder mucosa in early stage of BBN treated rats. With the time sequence, severe hyperplasia and papillary hyperplasia were seen. In late stage, papilloma and superficial transitional cell carcinoma were developed in some of them. 2.The expression of ras oncogene was weak in control group, but its immunoreavtivity was strong in experimental group and layers of positive cells were increased along with duration of carcinogen exposure. 3.In immunohistochemical staining for EGFR, weak positive cells were seen in control group. With progression of pathologic changes of bladder mucosa and prolongation of duration of BBN exposure, immunoreactivity of the cells and positive cell layers of the mucosa were increased. In summary, ras oncogene and EGFR may play an important role in tumor development and progression in BBN induced bladder tumor of rat. But further studies are required for its full significances of oncogene expression.

1990년 4월부터 10월까지 인제대학교 부산백병원에서 체외충격파 쇄석술을 받은 환자 중 분쇄된 결석분말을 채집할 수 있었던 환자 10례에 대해서 적외선 분광법에 의해 그 성분을 분석하고 임상조사 결과와의 관계를 검토하므로서 향후 예방과 치료에 도움을 주고자 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. The analysis of urinary calculi is an essential step in the examination and initial treatment of the patient with urolithlasis. Among the various methods of stone analysis, the infrared spectroscopic analysis furnished a permanent record in a very short time. And it is an ideal method for qualitative identification and semiquantitative estimation of small fractions of calculi. A prospective review of stone analysis by infrared spectroscopy with KBr tablet method was performed in 101 cases of patients, who had been treated by ESWL at Pusan Paik Hospital from April, 1990 to October. 1990. The following results were obtained : 1.Mixed calculus was more common than single calculus(1.3 : 1). The most common type of calculi was calcium oxalate-tribasic calcium phosphate (42%) and the most common type of single calculi was calcium oxalate (32%). 2.The incidence of alkaline urinary PH (7.0) in lithiasis patients was 39% and urinary PH in calcium phosphate group and magnesium ammonium phosphate group was more alkaline. 3.Among the serum biochemical parameters, only the mean value of magnesium was significantly higher in calcium stone group than in non-calcium group. 4.Pyuria was observed in 32% of all urinary stone patients, in 30% of calcium oxalate stone and in 22% of calcium oxalate-calcium phosphate stone.
