        신체활동의 참여를 설명하기 위한 계획된 행동이론과 환경 변인의 통합

        [PURPOSE] The purpose of this study was to identify the motivators of physical activities by applying the planned behavior theory to adults as the subjects. [METHODS] Four hundreds fifty adults in sports and cultural facilities in S district in Seoul participated in the research. Also, attitude, subjective norm, behavioral control perception, behavioral intention, physical environment and physical activity questionnaire were used as measurement tools. [RESULTS] Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and path analysis were utilized. The results are as follows. Attitude, subjective norm, behavioral control perception and physical environment were shown to have a significant influence on behavioral intention. Whereas intention and behavioral control perception had a direct effect on physical activities, physical environment did not affect physical activities. However, through the extension model, it was confirmed that physical environment influences behavioral intention. [CONCLUSIONS] These results suggest that integrated research related to socio-environmental variables that may affect physical activity is needed. This study can contribute to the development of the psychological theory through multidimensional interpretation.

        국가대표 스키선수의 심리기술훈련 효과 검증

        This study confirmed the effects of psychological skill training on sports competition state anxiety, sports psychological skills, stress, and self-confidence for national ski players. In this study, psychological skill training was conducted a total of 12 times (120 minutes at a time). For data analysis, sports competition status test strips (CSAI-2), sports psychological skills test strips (PSQS), and stress and confidence test strips were used before and after psychological skill training. The results of this study are as follows. First, in the subjects of the study, after the psychological skill training program, the anxiety in sports competition state changed positively, such as cognitive anxiety, physical anxiety, and self-confidence. Second, after the psychological skill training program, it was found that the level of sports psychology skills such as self-confidence, concentration, goal achievement, team harmony, imagery, and anxiety control were positively changed in the study subjects. Third, the study subjects showed reduced stress and improved self-confidence after the psychological skill training program. Through the above results, it was confirmed that psychological skill training for national ski players had a positive effect on sports competition state anxiety, psychological skill level, stress, and confidence. Therefore, it is suggested that sports psychological skill training should be expanded to various sports events.

        자율적⋅통제적 교수행동과 성취목표성향 및 결과기대가 체육수업 내적동기에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is identify the relationship between perceived autonomous and controlled coaching behavior in physical education class students’ achievement goal orientation, outcome expectation and intrinsic motivation. Methods: The subject of this study were 498 middle school students (men: 259, women: 239) in city S and city D, and the physical education class coaching behavior, 2X2 achievement goal orientation, outcome expectation and intrinsic motivation were used as measurement tools. Data were analysed by descriptive statistics, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling. Results: The perceived autonomous and controlled coaching behaviors in the physical education class were found to affect the achievement goal orientation, outcome expectation and intrinsic motivation, and mastery approach, mastery avoidance, performance avoidance and outcome expectation, excluding Performance approach which is a sub-variable of achievement goal orientation, has been found to affect intrinsic motivation. Conclusion: The perceived coaching behavior in physical education class has been found to be related to students’ achievement goal orientation, outcome expectation and intrinsic motivation of class participation. Therefore, it is important for the teacher to identify the students’ achievement goal orientation and to lead to the positive change of achievement goal orientation and outcome expectation through various coaching method, and it suggests that education and environment, that can make a change to coaching behavior as a strategy for promoting students’ intrinsic motivation to participate in class, should be created.

        심리적변인과 운동행동 간의 관계에서 낙관적 지각편견의 조절효과 검증

        The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of optimistic perception bias in the relationship between motor behavior intention and self-efficacy in adults. The subjects were 552 adults using the S-gu sports and cultural center, and questionnaires on motor behavior intention, physical self-efficacy, motor behavior and optimism were used. As statistical analysis methods, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed. The motor behavior intention of adults was found to have a statistically significant effect on motor behavior, and it was confirmed that there was a moderating effect of optimistic perception bias in the process of influencing motor intention and motor behavior. Also, self-efficacy was found to affect motor behavior, and in the process of self-efficacy affecting motor behavior, there was no moderating effect of optimistic perception bias. Based on these results, it is possible to propose a psychological support customized program including optimistic perception bias as a psychological intervention strategy when developing a program for health promotion of adults.

        청소년들의 신체활동 변화단계 및 강도와 심리적 변인의 관련성

        [PURPOSE] This study aims to identify the relevance of high school students’ self-esteem and depression, applying stages of physical activity and high/mid/low physical activity. [METHODS] A total of 478 high school students (Male: 200 (41.8%); Female: 278 (58.2%); and Average age=17.6) participated in this study. Self-esteem questionnaire, depression questionnaire, stages of physical activity questionnaire and physical activity questionnaire were used. [RESULTS] The research results are as follows: First, there were significant differences in the stages of change, according to the students’ gender and grade. Second, their self-esteem constantly improved from the preparation stage to the maintenance stage as compared to the stage before planning according to the stages of change, and there was a significant difference in their depression, which decreased to the top stage. Third, during high/mid/low intensity exercises, it turned out that, except high-intensity one, mid-intensity and low-intensity exercises had significant impacts on their self-esteem and depression. [CONCLUSIONS] As a solution to mental health problems through high school students’ participation in physical activity, there should be the national authorities’ support and society’s interest, and this effort can be suggested as an effective measure for the development of adolescents’ whole-person education

        실업 탁구선수들의 직무환경이 직무만족 및 운동지속의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job environment on job satisfaction and exercise continuation intention of the professional table tennis players with a total of 122 players (51 males, 71 females, average age 24) of domestic table tennis players. . The job environment questionnaire, job satisfaction questionnaire, and exercise continuation intention questionnaire were used as measurement tools. It was found that the job environment of the players of the domestic table tennis team had an effect on job satisfaction. In addition, it was confirmed that the work environment affects the intention of athletes to continue exercising as a profession. This study is a study on the psychological variables that work environment affects, and based on the results of the study, it is intended to provide basic data for creating a work environment that enables job satisfaction and long-term professional life of domestic table tennis players.

        신체활동과 건강관련 삶의 질을 예측하기 위한 계획된 행동이론과 변화단계의 통합

        The purpose of this study is to predict physical activity (PA) of adults and health-related quality of their life by establishing integrated model that replaces intention, which is mediating variable, with stages of change (SOC) based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB), useful in explaining a variety of physical activities. In addition, based on study results, it intends to confirm the effectiveness of theoretical integrated model by elucidating causal relations based on research results. To achieve the goal, research was conducted on 582 users of sports and cultural facilities, located S Gu, Seoul city. As a result of assessing fitness of the integrated model in this study, both PH-model (Chi-square=344.637(df=96), p=.000, GFI= .929, IFI= .923, CFI= .922, RMSES= .O71) that includes physical health-related quality of life and MH-model (Chi-square=295.562(df=83), p=.000, GFI= .936, AGFI= .908, NFI= .908., IFI=.932, CFI= .932, RMSES= .O66) that includes mental health-related quality of life showed a high fitness. Therefore, these results demonstrated that the integrated model of psychological variables based on similarity concepts is effective in predicting the health-related quality of life.

        대학생들의 신체활동을 설명하기 위한 통합모형 적용

        Purpose: This study aims to predict college students’ physical activity based on a hypothetically integrated model of stages of change for physical activity and theory of planned behavior. Methods: A total of 302 college students (male: 70.2%; female: 29.8%; Meanage= 23.6 years old) participated in the survey. Attitude scale, the subjective norm scale, perceived behavioral control scale, stages of change scale and physical activity scale were used. Results: As a result of a path analysis, in the TPB constructs, perceived behavioral control had a statistically significant impact on the stages of change for physical activity (.34). In addition, perceived behavioral control had direct impacts on physical activity (.44). The stages of change for physical activity had an impact on physical activity (.23) Conclusion: The results of this study suggest a possibility of a theoretical integrated study on psychological variables with college students. The current study points out that further studies should be carried out to verify the effectiveness of the integrated model to explain physical activity.

        계획된 행동이론을 토대로 한 신체활동 변화단계와 심리적 변인간의 관련성

        본 연구는 성인을 대상으로 그들의 신체활동 변화단계 및 계획된 행동이론의 하위변인들에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고, 신체활동 변화단계에 대한 계획된 행동이론 하위변인들의 영향을 확인하였다. 서울의 S구에 거주하는 성인 334명이 참여하였다. 신체활동 변화단계 질문지, 태도 질문지, 주관적 규범 질문지, 행동통제지각 질문지, 의도 질문지 등이 사용되었다. 본 연구에서 남성(57.3%)이 여성(50.0%) 보다 더 규칙적으로 신체활동에 참여하는 것으로 나타났다(χ2 =9.47, p<.05). 계획된 행동이론의 하위변인들 중 행동통제지각 F(4,329)=33.36, 의도 F(4,329)=28.08, 태도F(4,329)=23.13, 주관적 규범 F(4,329)=9.93 변인들이 신체활동을 설명하는데 유의하게 기여하는 것으로 나타났다(Wilks``λ = .60, F[4,329]= 15.24, p<.001). 이들변인에 의한 신체활동 변화단계의 전체적인 판별의 정확성은 47.0%로 나타났다. 본 연구와 관련된 후속연구들은 성인들의 신체활동에 영향을 주는 변인을 확인하는데 있어 심리적 변인뿐만 아니라 사회·생태학적 변인을 포함한 연구가 필요하다. The present study investigated the differences in the stages of physical activity and the sub constructs of the theory of planned behavior among adults and also identified the effects of the TPB`s constructs on physical activity. A total of 334 adults in S-gu voluntarily participated in the study. Stages of physical activity scale, attitude scale, subjective norm scale, perceived behavioral control scale, and intention scale were applied to measure the study variables. Results indicated that male adults (57.3%) more regularly participated in physical activity than female counterparts (50.0%) (χ2 =9.47, p<.05). In addition, the findings reported that perceived behavioral control [F(4,329)=33.36], intention [F(4,329)=28.08], attitude [F(4,329)=23.13], and subjective norm [F(4,329)=9.93] significantly contributed to explain physical activity [Wilks`λ = .60, F[4,329]= 15,24, p<.001] with 47.0% of Classification accuracy. Further research should be aimed at identifying not only psychological variable, but social and environmental variables to explain physical activity.
