정보통신표준화운영규정 제8조(의결), 제9조(투표단위), 제10조(의결방법), 제29조(표준화 과제의 채택 등)에 의거한 제18차 정보통신표준총회(서면의결/2000.3.15$\~$25)가 개최되어 총 143건의 정보통신단체표준(TTAS)이 제정되고 총 237건의 표준화 과제가 선정되었다. 이번에 제정된 143건의 단체표준은 IMT-2000분야 130건, 서비스 및 단말분야 2건, 데이터분야 8건, 정보보호분야 3건으로 새로이 제정된 단체표준 중 일부표준을 선정하여 표준내용을 요약$\cdot$소개한다.

특수형태근로종사자 인센티브투어에 관한 중요도-만족도 분석(IPA): 보험설계사를 중심으로

Companies are implementing incentive tours for the purpose of achieving organizational goals and motivating organizational members. These incentive tours also apply to insurance companies where persons in special types of employment work. In this study, IPA was conducted for insurance solicitors who are in special types of employment and who have participated in incentive tours so that insurance companies can effectively allocate limited incentive tour resources. As a result of the study, both the importance and performance of the incentive tour participants were found to be high, but the performance compared to the importance was low. Practical implications for the interpretation of quadrants were presented based on the importance performance analysis of incentive tour participants.

본 논문에서는 LabVIEW 기반의 가스터빈 데이터 취득 및 모니터링 시스템을 제안한다. C-Tune DAS로 명명된 실시간 모니터링 시스템은 가스터빈의 유지/보수시 실시간 동작을 분석하는데 중요한 역할을 담당한다. LabVIEW 소프트웨어는 고유 기능별로 데이터 취득부, 데이터 분석 및 표시부, 데이터 저장부로 구성된다. 데이터 취득부를 통해 PMS 서버와 두 대의 cFP로부터 데이터를 취득한다. 복합화력 발전소의 상용 가스터빈에 적용하여 개발된 모니터링 시스템의 타당성을 검증한다. This paper presents a gas turbine data acquisition and monitoring system using a LabVIEW programming. The developed real-time monitoring system entitled a C-Tune DAS Plays an important role to make an analysis of the real-time operation of the gas turbine under maintenance. the LabVIEW based software is divided into three parts according to their original functions; Data acquisition, Data analysis and display, and Data storage. The data acquisition part receives data from a PMS (Plant Management System) server and two cFPs (Compact-Field Point). To verify the validity of the developed system, it is applied to gas turbines in the combined cycle power plant in Korea.

최근 중국 정부는 농촌 지역 초등학교의 구조를 조절하고 있다. 이것은 농촌 지역 교육자원의 배분을 최적화하는 것이며 농촌 지역에서 의무 교육을 개선하는 한 가지 중요한 정책으로 본다. 그리고 이러한 조절은 농촌 지역 초등학교 시설의 개선 및 교육 자원의 질을 향상 시키는 효율적인 방법으로 본다. 이 연구는 연변 농촌지역을 연구대상으로 정하며 먼저 거시적으로 연변 지역 8개 구역에 있는 농촌 초등학교의 구조를 분석하였다. 그 다음에 미시적으로 선택된 표본 지역을 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 보면 연변 8개 지역에 있는 농촌 초등학교는 전체적 구조를 조절하는 과정 중에 합병을 철회당한 학교의 유류 자산을 유실되는 현상이 심하고 교사와 학생의 비율이 실조하는 문제가 있다. 학생의 경제적 부담이 크거나 멀리 다니는 학생의 안전적인 문제가 있으며 미비한 기숙사 제도의 설립과 관리도 공통적 문제로 본다. 동시 중앙 학교 학생의 정원은 기숙사의 용량과 불일치하거나 주변 조선족 지역의 조선족 교육 구조가 불합리하다는 문제가 있다. 구조를 조절된 지역은 조선족 기초 교육자원이 부족하고 대응적인 교육 투자가 부족하며, 연변지역 농촌 초등학교 조절 과정 중에 민족적 특징을 들어가는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 초점을 나두고 여기서 농촌 초등학교 구조의 조절에게 합리적인 대책을 제시하여 연변 지역 농촌 초등학교 구조 조절 문제의 개선 및 해결하는 데에 의미가 있다. Rural primary and middle school layout adjustment of our country in recent years is an important policy to optimize the rural education allocation of resources and promote the reform of rural compulsory education development for the rural areas. The majority have been carried out in rural primary and middle school layout adjustment. Through adjustment, it solved some old problems of rural middle and primary schools , optimized the allocation of educational resources, improved the efficiency of educational investment. However, due to the adjustment of misconduct it brought many new problems,some places , especially in some minority poverty area students are difficult to go to school , so that these students encounter school crisis. This study selected the rural area of Yanbian as the research object, combined with literature, questionnaire as the main research method. It made the study of the macro-analysis and micro-analysis combined with study the basic structure of the layout adjustment of eight counties rural primary school in Yanbian area. The research summed up the layout adjustment of eight counties ary school in Yanbian area ,at the same time, we also found that there are serious problems:the consolidated school legacy assets loss when doing the layout adjustment in Yanbian area; teachers excess;too much burden for some families;students' safety security and the boarding establishment and some common problems of improving administrative department.In addition, there are some other problems:the center school class size and the schoolhouse is contradictory and outstanding;the structure of Korean educational layout in Korean border counties is unreasonable;the scarcity of Korean elementary education human resource and supporting education input shortage after the layout adjustment, the primary school layout adjustment in Yanbian area with the national characteristics. Based on the study of these problem s,this thesis puts forward to improve the understanding of the rural primary school layout adjustment ; strengthens overall planning and supervision of management; disposites rural consolidated school assets reasonably;advances rural reform of educational management system; increases the financial support of layout adjustment and measures of the construction reform system of rural primary school boarding , solves and improves the rural primary school layout adjustment in Yanbian area.
