개구리 心臟에서 Ouabain 效果에 미치는 Serotonin의 影響

The influence of 5-hdroxytryptamine and / or cyproheptadine on the action of ouabain was investigated in the isolated frog heart or in the whole fros. 1. LD_50 of ouabain was 2.88㎍/10g in control group. 2. Low doses(100 or 300 ㎍/10g) of 5-hydroxytryptamine increased LD_50 of ouabain, but high dose of the drug decreased LD_50 of ouabain. However, the effect of 5-hydroxytryptamine was blocked by cyproheptadine. 3. Ouabain induced dose-dependent biphasic response ; at low doses(10^-7-10^-6M) ouabain decreased contractile force of myocardium, while high doses of the drug(above 3X10^-6M) increased oncractile force as well as decrease of heart rate. 4. 5-hydroxytryptamine inhibited the negative inotrophic and bradycardiac effects of ouabain, but cyproheptadine did not affect the effects of 5-hydroxytryptamine. From the above results, it is suggested that there are two dose-related ouabain-sensitive sites in frog heart, and bradycardiac effect of ouabain is different from that of extracardiac regions.

An analytical method for determining potential endocrine disruptors (bisphenol A, 2-chlorophenol, 2,4-dichlorophenol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol, pentachlorophenol, p-t-butylphenol, p-pentylphenol, p-hexylphenol, pt- octylphenol, p-heptylphenol, nonylphenol) by solid-phase extraction (SPE) and High Perfomance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) equipped with fluorescence and variable wavelength detector has been developed. The SPE process for sample concentration was performed on a commercially available Oasis HLB cartridge packed with polymeric sorbents. The effect of elution solvent and elution volume on the recoveries of the analytes were investigated with HPLC. Average recovery of >85% was achieved with 60mg sorbents using 5mL of methanol as elution solvent. Phenolic compounds in canned drinks, beverages and water samples were surveyed by this proposed method.

The purpose of this study was to examine school adjustments of adolescents with abuse experience of 4 types of abuse (parental neglect, parental antipathy, physical abuse, sexual abuse) and explore protective factors which might alleviate negative effects for each abuse type. 785 high school students who lived in Seoul and Kyoungki Province completed the questionnaires assessing abuse experience (CECA-Q) and locus of control and social support. 380 adolescents reported that they had an abuse experience. It was demonstrated that adolescents with abuse experience showed significantly lower score on school life adjustment than those with no abuse experience. Multiple regression analysis demonstrated that an interaction between parental neglect and social support, an interaction between parental neglect and internal locus of control, and an interaction among parental neglect, social support, and internal locus of control explained significantly school adjustment. However, the result showed that social support alone didn't moderate school life adjustment of adolescents who has abuse experience. Internal locus of control and social support were shown to play a role as protective factors only in the parental neglect type among four abuse types.
