        [국제물품운송 및 물류]공급사슬전략의 차별화에 관한 실증 연구

        Environmental changes in corporate require an appropriate response while improving corporates' process and pursuing differentiated competitive strategies based on customer-value oriented paradigm. As today's competition tends to occur not between companies, but between product's supply-chains, an efficient supply-chain strategy is becoming more and more important to gain competitive advantage over rivalry companies. In this paper, it is analyzed that how four logistics driving elements (inventory, transportatIion, facilities, information) of supply-chain strategy (hereinafter SCS) in different industry influence the SCS It is formulated a research model and then set up several hypotheses as follows. Hypothesis 1 The Supply Chain Strategy is different by industries m terms of SCS elements. Hypothesis 2 The Supply Chain Strategy is different by the inter-industry in terms of SCS elements. Hypothesis 3. The Supply Cham Strategy is different by manufacturing and services industry 93 questionnaire sheets replied by manufacturing and service firms in metropolitan area were input for the analysis employing SPSS version 11 0 The results of the hypotheses are as follows Significant differences were found in the SCS elements between manufacturing industry and service industry in particular in information in which manufacturing firms are usually focusing on efficiency while services firms were doing on responsiveness And with regard to SCS in each industry, it is shown by responsiveness spectrum that manufacturing companies tends to adopt the strategy focused on efficiency while service companies were focused on responsiveness.

        정보기술 역량이 공급사슬통합과 위험관리에 미치는 영향

        글로벌화와의 진전, 정보기술의 발전 그리고 기업간 경쟁의 심화로 인해 공급사슬의 위험관리는 기업에게 도전이자 경쟁력 우위를 위한 기회 요인이 되고 있다. 공급사슬위험은 많은 경우 대내외적인 환경의 불확실성과 상호간의 관계 즉 신뢰성 또는 커뮤니케이션의 부재에서 비롯된다. 따라서 기업은 조직간 커뮤니케이션의 활성화를 통해 공급사슬 구성원간 정보의 교환, 공유, 통합을 통한 조정과 협업은 공급사슬위험관리를 위해 핵심과제가 되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보기술의 역량이 공급사슬 통합을 경유해 공급사슬위험관리에 미치는 영향을 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 분석하는 데 있다. 연구결과 정보시스템의 활용성과 정보공유 능력으로 대별되는 정보기술의 역량은 공급사슬통합에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 또한 공급사슬통합은 공급사슬위험관리에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 유의수준 내에서 모두 채택되었다. 이는 공급사슬위험관리에서 정보기술역량의 중요성을 입증해주고 있다. 따라서 최근의 코로나-19와 같은 우발적이고 엄청난 파급효과를 가져오는 위험요소를 효과적으로 관리하기 위해 공급사슬 전반에 걸쳐 정보기술의 역량을 강화시키기 위해 공급사슬위험관리 정보시스템의 구축이 요구된다. With the progress of globalization, the development of information technology, and the intensification of competition among companies, supply chain risk management is becoming a challenge for companies and an opportunity for their competitive advantage. Supply chain risk in many cases arises from uncertainties in the internal and external environment and the mutual relationship, that is, the lack of trust or communication. Therefore coordination and collaboration through the exchange, sharing, and integration of information among supply chain members through the vitalization of inter-organizational communication is becoming a key task for supply chain risk management. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of information technology capabilities on supply chain risk management through supply chain integration using a structural equation model. As a result of the study, the hypothesis that the capability of information technology, which is broadly classified into the usability of information system and the ability to share information, has a positive (+) effect on supply chain integration, and that supply chain integration will affect supply chain risk management, is statistically significant. This proves the importance of information technology competency in supply chain risk management. Therefore, the establishment of a supply chain risk management information system is required to strengthen the capabilities of information technology throughout the supply chain in order to effectively manage risk factors that have an accidental and enormous ripple effect, such as the recent COVID-19.

        제3자 물류업체를 위한 물류 정보시스템 구축방안에 관한 연구

        With the increasing recognition of logistics as a source of potential competitive advantage by companies, there has been a rapid growth in the logistics service industry. In particular increased globalization by multinational corporations has prompted consideration of outsourcing logistics service to third party logistics firms. This paper aims to seek the way to establish logistics information system by the case study of company ‘D’. The G-Project, aiming to establish global supply chain including information network was required to form integrated logistics information system between manufacturer and logistics provider. The results should have considerable value to both global manufacturers and logistics providers.

        남북한 교역 확대를 위한 전자상거래 도입 방안에 관한 연구

        Since July 7 mutual declaration in 1988 which is a landmark for South-North Korean relations, Inter-Korean Trade has been set out. During the period, the Inter-Korean Trade has been ups and downs depending on the Inter-Korean relations and economic situation of both countries. South Korea became one of the major three trading countries of North Korea’s trading partners in 2000, when the sum of annual trade volume reached the record 425million US dollars. A rapidly increasing number of countries including North Korea are developing national policies and strategies to promote the digital economy, recognizing the potential benefits of e-business as an engine of growth and development. However, the trade structure of South-North Korea remains very simple in terms of its contents. Furthermore trade procedure many limitations especially electronic commerce in North Korea has many obstacles to working properly. The information in Inter-Korean trade cannot be shared in common. South Korean firms have suffered repeatedly trial and error and excessive competition took place among South Korean firms. Institutional inertia related to mutual trade, political and military Impacts on Inter-Korean economic relations, abnormal industrial structure of North Korea and insufficiency of SOC could be mentioned as major problems in Inter-Korean trade as well. Several measures should be taken in order to cope with those problems. First of all, South Korean government should provide valuable information to business firms about North Korean economy and business environments. It is suggested that forums related to inter-Korean trade hold in regular base between South and North Koreas and establish the system of business information sharing. Second, the government should improve various laws and regulations to respond to the realistic needs of inter-Korean trade. That is, detailed measures should be taken to guarantee investment in electronic commerce. Third, it is desirable to start with the mutual agreement between South and North Korea.

        공기업의 전자조달시스템 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 : 한국전력공사의 사례를 중심으로

        The application of Internet-technologies to support inter-business transactions and relationships (also termed business-to-business, B2B, electronic commerce) has recently received tremendous attention. Recognizing the importance of the Internet as a powerful business tool, many companies including public organization such as KEPCO(Korea Electronic Power Corporation) have moved quickly to take advantage of electronic commerce. This study explores the impact of Internet-based technology on the procurement function, how e-procurement is helping organizations to enhance their competitiveness and the challenges to its adoption. The study also presents the findings from a survey conducted to gain insight into the adoption of e-procurement by KEPCO. Specifically, it seeks to uncover the prevalence of and extent to which public organization is adopting e-procurement, the benefits reaped and the barriers encountered in the course of implementation.

        전자상거래하에서 사이버 물류시스템 구현방안

        인터넷, PC통신 등과 같은 전자적인 수단에 의한 상거래가 활성화되면서 효율적인 물류업계의 대응전략이 요구되고 있다. 전자상거래하에서는 상류부문 예를 들어 상품의 주문 및 결제가 전자적으로 이루어지기 때문에 고객들은 물류서비스에서도 신속한 배송을 원하게 되었다. 또한 물류활동은 상거래 관련 당사자간의 수많은 정보가 유통되게 되기 때문에 물류부문도 이러한 정보의 흐름에 신속한 접속이 요구된다. 본 연구는 전자상거래하에서 물류의 효율적 관리를 위하여 사이버 물류시스템의 구축을 모색하는 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 사이버 물류시스템이 구축되면 물류관련 당사자간을 인터넷을 통한 연계성이 확보됨으로써 정보의 원활한 흐름이 가능해지며 이로 인해 전체 물류시스템의 효율화가 증진될 것이며, 이로 인해 국내외 전자상거래의 활성화에 크게 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

        코로나-19 확산 하에서 공급사슬 위험관리전략에 관한 연구

        글로벌화와 정보통신기술의 발전으로 인해 효율적 글로벌 공급사슬관리는 기업의 경쟁우위전략에 핵심적인 요소이다. 그러나 공급사슬이 지리적·시간적으로 연장되고 복잡해지면서 공급사슬관리는 위험에 더욱 노출되고 있다. 최근 발생하는 코로나19는 공급망의 붕괴로 이어지며 전세계 경제에 엄청난 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이로 인해 위험관리에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 전세계적으로 확산되고 있는 코포나19를 포함한 각종 공급사슬위험요인이 공급사슬 참여자간의 관계적인 측면에서의 공급사슬전략에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 설문을 통한 분석결과 공급사슬위험요인(공급, 수요, 운영, 외부환경)이 협력적 위험관리전략에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 반해 공급사슬위험요인이 경쟁적 위험관리전략에 대한 영향은 운영요인을 제외하고는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 시사점은 공급사슬관리의 효과를 최대화하는 데 협업과 정보의 공유와 같은 상호간 연계성이 핵심적인 요소인 것과 마찬가지로 공급사슬위험관리에서도 상호 협력 관계가 중요하다는 점이다. 자사만의 이익을 우선시하면서 상호 경쟁적인 위험관리전략은 선호되지 않을 뿐만 아니라 제한적으로 실행된다는 것이다. 따라서 공급사슬관리의 위험을 경감하기 위해서는 공급사슬 참여자간의 파트너십, 협업, 정보공유 등을 촉진해 나가는 것이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. Due to globalization and advances in information and communication technology, efficient global supply chain management is a key element in a company s competitive advantage strategy. However, as supply chains expand geographically and become complex, supply chain management is more exposed to risks. The recent COVID-19 outbreak has led to the disruption of the supply chain and has a tremendous impact on the global economy, which has lead to more interest in risk management. This study aims to analyze the effects of various supply chain risk factors, including Covid 19, which are spreading around the world recently, on the supply chain strategies in terms of the relationship between supply chain participants. As a result of analysis through the questionnaire, it was found that the supply chain risk factors(supply, demand, operation, external environment) had a significant influence on the cooperative risk management strategy. On the other hand, it was found that the effect of supply chain risk factors on the competitive risk management strategy did not have a significant effect except for operational factors. The implications of this study are that, just as cooperation and information sharing are key factors in maximizing the effect of supply chain management, mutual cooperation is important in supply chain risk management. The risk management strategy, which is mutually competitive and independent while considering its own interests, is not preferred and limited in implementation. Therefore, in order to reduce the risk of supply chain management, this study suggests that it is necessary to promote partnership, collaboration, and information sharing among supply chain participants.

        중국의 해외 석유자원 개발 전략에 관한 연구

        제한된 석유자원으로 인해 세계적으로 석유를 확보하기 위한 경쟁이 치열하게 전개되고 있다. 급속한 경제성장과 정체된 국내석유 생산으로 인해 중국은 1993년 이후 석유 순수입국으로 전환되었다. 따라서 중국은 급속히 증가하는 수요에 대응하기 위해 해외석유자원의 안정적이고 장기적인 확보에 우선순위를 두고 있다. 이를 위해 다양한 전략 예를 들어 해외석유자원개발, 석유수입국의 다변화 등을 취해 왔다. 예를 들어 세계 최고의 외환보유고 2010년 기준으로 3조달러를 보유하고 있는 중국은 이를 활용하여 해외 석유자원 개발을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 이 논문은 중국의 해외석유자원개발전략을 분석하고 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 데 있다. 중국은 안정적인 석유확보를 위해 석유 생산국에 차관 공여, 해외 석유개발에 대한 해외직접투자, 석유탐사 및 생산업체의 인수합병 그리고 석유수입국의 지리적 다변화 등의 다양한 정책을 추진해 오고 있다. 또한 중국은 석유자원 확보를 위해 다른 국가와 협력보다는 공격적이 전략을 추진해 왔는데 이는 주변 국가와의 갈등과 자원개발에 대한 비용 급증을 가져왔다. 이제 중국은 장기적으로 협력적 관계를 모색해야 할 뿐만 아니라 재생에너지에 대한 투자를 확대 함으로써 미래 지향적인 에너지 자원의 확보를 추진해 나갈 필요가 있다. Competitions for secure oil are intense around the world due to the limited oil reserves. The situations are becoming more serious as China has participated in the competition. This paper aims to investigate China's offshore oil development strategies to balance the supply and demand of oil and then suggest its policy implications. A surging increase of oil demand due to the rapid economic growth as well as the stagnation in domestic oil output has turned China into a net oil importer since 1993. Therefore, China has placed a significant priority on securing long-term stability of its offshore oil to cope with the rapid growing demand. It has taken a variety of strategies to secure stable oil resource such as development of offshore oil resource, increasing the number of oil importing countries. China with the highest foreign exchange reserve of approximately $3 trillion as of 2010, has considered to employ foreign exchange reserves while making a huge amount of investment to secure oil resource. China has pursued several policies such as loan to oil production country for securing oil, foreign direct investment on offshore oil development, M&A of oil exploration and production companies and geographical diversification of oil importing countries. China has promoted offensive strategies for securing oil resource rather than cooperation with other countries. Thus, China should find a trade-off point for recovering relationship with international society while developing and investing renewable energy for long-term future. It will also address some implications for Korea, which has to prepare new strategies of overseas oil development.
