        전통시장 내 소매경쟁이 임대료에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The government policy on the traditional market has been made in order to prevent the decrease of sales in the traditional market due to competition with large retailers and to maintain and activate the foundation of local economy. However, large retailers have recently entered the traditional market through convenience stores, commodity supply stores, and food materials mart. Recently, it has been opened through convenience stores. Traditional market erosion caused by these large distributors affects sales decline, and in the long run, it may lead to a decline in real estate value and the traditional market may disappear. However, research on retail competition is lacking. Therefore, this study will examine the relationship between retail competition and rent in traditional markets based on the researches of Lee Chul-sung Kim Young ki, Kim Seung-hee (2018) and Kim Seung-hee, Lee Chul-sung and Kim Young-ki (2018). For this purpose, we conducted empirical analysis on the relationship between them based on the data of the market promotion corporation and the Korean appraisal agency. The results of the study are as follows. First, SSM and commodity supply store in traditional markets lower rent per unit area of stores. These findings are consistent with the findings of Kim Seung-hee, Lee Chul-sung, and Kim Young-ki (2018) that the entry of these firms negatively affects the vacancy rate of traditional markets. Second, Hanaro mart's entry has a negative effect on store rents. These results imply that Hanaro Mart should be regarded as a large-scale retailer or a target to be excluded from the retail industry development law and has a negative impact on the traditional market. Finally, it was found that the number of food materials mart and other mart in traditional markets did not affect store rents.

        李德馨의 임진왜란 중 외교 활동

        This paper examines activities by Lee Deok-hyeong, a diplomat and statesman from the beginning to the end of the Imjinwaeran. Lee played an important role in having Ming forces dispatched to Chosun early in the war. He also was a diplomatic expert who took the charge of treating Ming's generals and gave the conditions and information about Ming's and Japan's forces. During peace negotiation, he not only played the role of a diplomat but also participated in the creation of new military forces to make efforts to cultivate soldiers and expand military facilities. He also established plans for defending Chosun from Yeojin. During re invasion by Japan, Lee transmitted information about the conditions of Ming Japan peace negotiation, and tried to make a favor for Chosun. As such, Lee's diplomatic activities were carried out not based on justification but in a substantial dimension. His opinion apparently is seen as based on toadyism and peace orientation that Chosun should ask Ming to send military forces and dispatch an envoy to Japan. However, Lee tried to change Ming's passive attitude toward combats by means of diplomatic activities, and positively advocated Ming's generals who stood for active engagement. He also claimed that Chosun should give chase to receding Japanese forces and then subjugate Tsusima. Deok hyeong was a clever diplomat who coped with matters in the position of pragmatism.

        『충청감영계록』을 통해 본 19세기 충청감사의 지방행정

        이 글은 19세기 『충청감영계록』의 텍스트 검토를 해 충청감사의 행정적 기능과 역할의 일단을 밝히려는 것이다. 그간 『충청감영계록』은 시간적 연속성을 지니지 못하고 내용상 완결성이 떨어지는 자료로 평가받았다. 그러나 이 자료가 문서첩의 형태로 묶여 현존한다는 점에서, 『충청감영계록』은 오히려 편찬자의 ‘의도적 선택 에 의해 남겨진 사료이며 따라서 이를 나름의 기준을 가지고 재구성하면 유의미한 결론을 얻을 수 있다는 문제의식에서 출발하였다. 이에 충청감사의 업무를 〈체임(遞任)〉 - 〈봉공(奉公)〉 - 〈애민(愛民)〉의 항목으로 분류하고 문서의 내용을 정리해 보았다. 이 과정에서 충청 감영의 문서 행정이 연례보고와 수시보고 등 계열성을 가지고 있었고, 그 속에서 충청감사의 한 해의 주요 임무가 윤곽을 드러냈다. 또한 충청도 각 고을의 이해관계와 생생한 삶의 현장의 모습도 파악할 수 있었다. 결국 『충청감영계록』은 첫째 연속성이 떨어지고 분절적인 자료 집성이 아니라, 조선 왕조의 중앙집권적 통치체제 속에서 지방자치와 분권의 역할을 수행하는 충청감사의 기능과 성격을 들여다볼 수 있는 소중한 사료라는 점, 둘째 『충청감영계록』은 법전류와 민서류에 나타나는 법식(法式)이 아니라 현실에서 적용되고 있던 행정의 실상과 연대기와 문집류에 가려져 있던 일반 백성의 삶을 적나라하게 보여 주는 콘텐츠의 보고(寶庫)라는 점 셋째 『충청감영계록』은 조선 왕조가 지방행정을 통해 민생을 안정시키고 사회 통합력을 높이려 했던 제반 시책을 밝힐 수 있는 자료집이라는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다.

        국내 낚시 시장이 지속적으로 성장하면서 낚시가 국민의 중요한 여가 활동으로 자리매김해 가는 반면 낚시인들의 민물 어종에 대한 판별이 쉽지 않아 물고기를 잡은 후 어떤 종류의 물고기 인지 낚시를 오래한 낚시꾼 뿐 만 아니라 모든 낚시꾼의 어종 판별이 쉽지 않다. 그러므로 이러한 낚시꾼들의 애로사항을 파악하여 민물어종에 한해 민물 어종 인식 시스템 개발을 계획하였다 본 연구는 이러한 애로사항을 해결하고자 YOLO v3를 통해 민물어종의 이미지를 학습하여 민물어종을 인식하는 모바일 환경의 서비스를 제공하여 낚시꾼들의 보다 정확한 민물어종 인식에 도움을 주고자 한다. While fishing has become an important leisure activity for the people as the domestic fishing market continues to grow, it is not easy for fishermen to identify what kind of fish they are after catching fish, not just those who have been fishing for a long time. Therefore, we planned to develop a freshwater fish recognition system for freshwater fish species by identifying the difficulties of these fishermen. To address these difficulties, this study aims to provide a service in a mobile environment that recognizes freshwater fish species by learning images of freshwater fish species through YOLO v3.

        18·19세기 조선과 일본의 인삼 재배기록 비교연구

        이 연구는 18-19세기 조선과 일본의 인삼재배 기록에 나타나는 저술의 목적과 배경 그리고 재배 기술을 비교하여 인삼 재배법의 수준과 그 의미를 규명하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 밭에서 키우는 인삼재배 역사는 문헌 부재라는 현실적 장벽에 부딪혀 분명히 밝혀지지 못하고 있다. 그러나 인삼재배는 임진왜란과 병자호란 이후 동아시아의 인삼 무역네트워크의 토대를 밝히는 근본적 연구임이 분명하다. 조선의 인삼재배와 일본의 조선인삼 시험재배 기록을 살피는 것은, 한일 인삼 산업의 토대와 수준을 가늠하고, 19세기 이후 중국시장에서 조선 인삼의 비중을 이해하는 가교역할을 하기 때문이다. 이에 본고에서는 19세기 서유구의 『임원경제지(林園經濟志)』 중 <인삼(人蔘)>이 18세기 이후 농서 상 인삼경작의 핵심적인 내용을 총정리한 이론서라면 이학규의 『낙하생집(洛下生集)』 중 <삼서>는 핵심 이론을 전제한 위에서 현장의 재배 기술과 경험을 나눌 수 있는 활용서라고 평가하였다. 한편 사카노우에의 『조선인삼경작기(朝鮮人蔘耕作記)』와 이학규의 『낙하생집(洛下生集)』 중 <삼서(蔘書)>의 기록을 비교 검토하여, 전자가 조선 인삼의 시험 재배단계의 내용을 삽화를 섞어 알기 쉽게 저술한 보고서라면, 후자는 인삼의 생태학적 특징과 재배단계별 내용이 이론적·실용적으로 종합 정리되는 단계의 기록이었다고 평가하였다. This study aims to understand the level and meaning of ginseng cultivation methods by comparing the purpose, background, and cultivation techniques of the 18th and 19th centuries of Joseon and Japan s ginseng cultivation records. The history of ginseng cultivation in the fields has not been clearly revealed due to the lack of literature. However, it is clear that ginseng cultivation is a fundamental study that sheds light on the foundation of the ginseng trade network in East Asia after the Japanese Invasion of Korea[壬辰倭亂] and the Manchu Invasion of Korea[丙子胡亂]. The reason why Joseon’s ginseng cultivation and Japan’s cultivation records are being examined is because they serve as a bridge between the foundation and level of the Korean and Japanese ginseng industry and understand the proportion of Korean ginseng in the Chinese market after the 19th century. Accordingly, if “Insam[人蔘]” in the 19th century’s “Imwonkyeongjeji[林園經濟志]” is a theory that summarizes the core contents of ginseng cultivation in agricultural books after the 18th century, Lee Hak-kyu’s “Samseo[蔘書]” in “Nakhasaengjip[洛下生集]” is a guide to sharing cultivation skills and experiences in the field on the premise of core theory. On the other hand, According to Sakanoue s “JoseonInsamkyongjakgi[朝鮮人蔘耕作記]” and Lee Hak-kyu’s “Nakhasaengjip”, the former is a simple experimental report written by mixing illustrations of the test cultivation stages of Joseon ginseng, the latter evaluated that the ecological characteristics of ginseng and the contents of each cultivation stage were theoretically and practically organized.

        온누리 상품권과 신용카드가 전통시장내 소상인들의 성과에 미치는 영향

        Small business are gradually culling due to market downturn and aging of large retailers. In particular, recent changes in the business environment, including Simple Payment Service, have made it more difficult for small business. Therefore, a group of eleven people, including members of Hong, initiated a bill to amend to Act on the Protection and Support of Small Businesses (bill number 11703). The amendment bill is intended to support the introduction and use of electronic commerce systems and electronic financial transactions represented by simple payment systems by small business owners. One of the means for this is the issuance and distribution of mobile electronic vouchers. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of onnuri gift certificates, which are exclusive to traditional market, and to discuss the necessity of introduction of exclusive gift certificates for small business owners. In addition, we examined the effects of electronic commerce system and electronic financial transaction system on small business. As a result, onnuri vouchers, card payment, and POS systems have a positive effect on the sales of small business owners and the number of visiting customers. However, in the case of overseas card settlement, it affects the sales of small business owners positively, but it does not affect the number of visiting customers. Based on this study, this study suggested the policy recommendations for the exclusive gift certificate for the small business owners and the onnuri gift certificate. Finally, this study discusses practical and academic implications of this study and suggests limitations of research and further research directions.

        1910년대 전매국 개성출장소의 기능과 설비 투자의 역사성

        조선총독부 전매국 개성출장소는 식민지 조선의 삼정(蔘政) 업무를 담당한 실무부서였다. 그 기능은 인삼의 경작 면적을 통제하여 홍삼의 원료인 수삼 수급을 안정화하는 한편 중국의 수요를 예측하여 홍삼을 생산하고 높은 가격에 매각해서 전매수익을 극대화하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 삼정 업무를 처리할 청사와 홍삼 생산 공정에 대한 설비 투자가 필요했다. 이에 일제는 1909년 개성출장소를 신축했으며, 1914년까지 증축 및 설비 보강을 지속했다. 홍삼 생산을 위한 선삼장, 세삼장, 증삼건조장 등이 신·증축되고 기계식 스팀 설비가 도입되었을 뿐만 아니라 야간작업을 위한 발전기까지 설치했다. 전매국 개성출장소의 신축·증축과 설비 투자의 주요한 실적은 홍삼 생산비 중 인건비를 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 일제는 해외 시장의 수요에 따라 홍삼 생산량을 일정하게 통제하는 이율배반적인 정책을 펼쳤다. 이는 홍삼전매의 수익을 조선총독부 특별회계의 경상비 수입의 확충 수단으로 활용하기 위한 것이었다. 홍삼전매는 일제의 이른바 ‘투자를 통한 수탈’의 실증적 사례였다. The Gaeseong Branch Office of the Monopoly Bureau during the Japanese colonial period in Korea was a practical department responsible for the ginseng business. Its function was to stabilize the supply of fresh ginseng, the raw material for red ginseng, by controlling the cultivation area of ginseng. Additionally, it aimed to maximize monopoly profits by predicting the demand from China, producing red ginseng, and selling it at high prices. For this purpose, investment in facilities and equipment for core tasks was inevitable. In 1909, the Gaeseong Branch Office was newly constructed, and expansion and reinforcement of facilities continued until 1914. Mechanical steam equipment were introduced in storage rooms, washing rooms, and drying rooms for red ginseng production, and generators were installed for night work. One of the outcomes of the new construction, expansion, and equipment investment of the Gaeseong Branch Office was the reduction of labor costs in red ginseng production. However, the Japanese colonial government implemented a paradoxical policy of controlling the production volume of red ginseng according to overseas demand. This was to use the profits from the red ginseng monopoly as a means to expand the regular income of the special account of the Governor-General of Korea. This is an empirical example of exploitation through Japanese investment. The red ginseng monopoly was an empirical example of Japanese colonial authorities exploitation through investment.

        외식산업 소상공인의 식재료비 영향요인에 대한 탐험적 연구

        Small businesses are a pillar of the Korean economy, and the food-service industry is one of the industries where small businesses are actively engaged. Food-service industry are continuously growing, the reason is a one-person household is increasing and the improvement of household income levels. At the center of the industrial expansion, there is Central Kitchen for acquiring cost advantages. Using these central kitchens, franchise companies have achieved economies of scale and scope, and based on this, it was possible to gain market competitiveness. While small businesses are competing against the franchise in situations where the variability of food ingredients is increased. This study focuses on the food costs and labor costs, which are subordinate factors of the prime cost, which is regarded as an important indicator for food-service industry. Specifically, we examines whether franchisee reduce food costs compared to non-franchisee stores, and whether there is a conflict between food costs and labor costs. Furthermore, we are going to discuss ways to effectively and efficiently support policies. Franchisee is lower than non-franchisee stores in proportion to gross sales, and the relation of labor cost and food cost are negative. In other words, it appears that there is a conflict between the two sides. These findings mean that non-franchisee stores in the food-service industry will strive to reduce labor costs due to increased risk of variability caused by the increase in food prices. Accordingly, we expect job losses, imbalance between work and life, and so on.
