        Influence of Grease Consistency on the Wear of Gear Surfaces

        This paper selected three kinds of grease with the same type but different consistency for the experiment. The purpose of the experiment is tested the effect of different consistency of grease on the wear of the gear surface. Different torque test groups were selected in the test, and the lubrication effect of different greases was tested in the test groups with the same torque. After each set of tests, the wear of the gear surfaces was observed and recorded. The data recorded in the experiment included the area of the wear area on the gear surface, the type of wear and the volume of wear. After the test, the gear surface roughness was measured. By calculating the wear volume, the effects of different concentrations of grease on the gear surface wear were compared. The experimental results show that under different stress conditions, the consistency of the grease has a great influence on the lubricating effect of the gear surface and the gear wear. Under the condition with low speed and high torque, different grease consistency affect the gear surface wear, the high consistency grease can reduce the wear of the gear surface, so that the gear can get better lubrication effect during the work.

        천부경의 본의해석

        Recently Orientalism becomes the center of public interest. So many books related to Cheon Pu Kyung(천부경) are published in Korea. But the present writer thinks that such literature doesn#t communicate us, as it is, the original meaning of Cheon Pu Kyung. Most specialists concentrate on not so much the original text interpretation as annotation in reference to Cheon Pu Kyung. If so, it is difficult for us to find out precisely the real intention of it. Consequently the present writer in the interpretation of Cheon Pu Kyung makes plans to carry out the real intention interpretation and annotation based on Cheon Pu Kyung interpretation of Seok-Kok(석곡) Lee, Kyu-Jun(이규준). Together, the contents on which this article is based on were investigated as follows: 1. words go into 2. the limit of the original text interpretation 3. why does it need the real intention interpretation of Cheon Pu Kyung 4. the interpretative limit of Cheon Pu Kyung literature 5.         모바일 디스플레이 디지털 인터페이스용 저전력 고속 수신기 회로의 설계

        본 논문에서는 모바일 디스플레이 디지털 인터페이스용 저전력 고속 수신기 회로를 제안하였다. 새롭게 제안된 저전력 수신기 회로는 바이어스 전류인 싱크 전류와 소스 전류를 공급전압, 공정, 온도 및 공통 모드 입력 전압의 변 동에 대해 둔감하도록 설계되었다. 3.0V${\sim}$3.6V의 전원전압과 -40${\sim}$85$^{\circ}$C의 온도에서 450Mbps 이상의 고속 데이터 수신이 가능하다. 그리고 모의 실험결과 소모전류는500${\mu}$A 이하이다. 테스트 칩은 매그나칩 0.35${\mu}$m CMOS 공정을 이용하여 제작되었으며, 테스터 결과 데이터 수신기 회로와 데이터 복원 회로가 정상적으로 동작하는 것을 확인하였다. We propose a low-power and high-speed client receiver for a mobile display digital interface (MDDI) newly in this paper. The low-power receiver is designed such that bias currents, sink and source currents, are insensitive to variations of power supply, process, temperature, and common-mode input voltage (VCM) and is able to operate at a rate of 450Mbps or above under the conditions of a power supply range of 3.0 to 3.6Vand a temperature range of -40 to 85$^{\circ}$C. And it is confirmed by a simulation result that the current dissipation is less than 500${\mu}$A. A test chip is manufactured with the Magna chip 0.35${\mu}$m CMOS process. When a test was done, the data receiver and data recovery circuits are functioning normally.

        저면적 1-kb PMOS Antifuse-Type OTP IP 설계

        본 논문에서는 power management IC에 사용되는 비휘발성 메모리 IP인 1-kd OTP IP를 설계하였다. 기존의 OTP 셀 (cell)은 isolated NMOS 트랜지스터를 안티퓨즈 (antifuse)로 사용하였으나 BCD 공정에서는 셀 크기가 큰 단점이 있다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 isolated NMOS 트랜지스터 대신 PMOS 트랜지스터를 안티퓨즈로 사용하였으며, OTP 셀 트랜지스터의 크기를 최적화시켜 셀의 크기를 최소화시켰다. 그리고 ESD 테스터 시 PMOS 안티퓨즈 양단에 고전압 (high voltage)가 걸려 임의의 셀이 프로그램 되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 OTP 코어 회로에 ESD 보호 회로 (protection circuit)를 추가하였다. 또한 프로그램 되지 않은 셀을 읽을 때 게이트 커플링 노이즈를 제거하기 위해 high-impedance의 PMOS pull-up 트랜지스터를 ON 시키는 방식을 제안하였다. 동부하이텍 $0.18{\mu}m$ BCD 공정을 이용하여 설계된 1-kb PMOS-type 안티퓨즈 OTP IP의 레이아웃 크기는 $129.93{\times}452.26{\mu}m^2$이다. In this paper, we design a non-volatile memory IP, 1-kb one-time programmable (OTP) memory, used for power management ICs. Since a conventional OTP cell uses an isolated NMOS transistor as an antifuse, there is an advantage of it big cell size with the BCD process. We use, therefore, a PMOS transistor as an antifuse in lieu of the isolated NMOS transistor and minimize the cell size by optimizing the size of a OTP cell transistor. And we add an ESD protection circuit to the OTP core circuit to prevent an arbitrary cell from being programmed by a high voltage between the terminals of the PMOS antifuse when the ESD test is done. Furthermore, we propose a method of turning on a PMOS pull-up transistor of high impedance to eliminate a gate coupling noise in reading a non-programmed cell. The layout size of the designed 1-kb PMOS-type antifuse OTP IP with Dongbu's $0.18{\mu}m$ BCD is $129.93{\times}452.26{\mu}m^2$.
