수종 레진으로 의치상 조직면 개조시 의치상의 크기변화와 물리적 성질 및 표면상태 비교 연구

The purpose of this study was to evaluate and compare the dimensional changes of relined dentures with a light-curing resin, a heat-curing resin, and a direct, hard reline resin. And also to measure the transverse strength, impact strength, surface hardness of the three resins used in relining. The surface textures of three resins also of evaluated by using scanning electron microscope. Through analyses on the data from this study, the following conclusions were obtained. 1. Impact strength of heat-curing resin was highest, and direct, hard reline resin higher, light-curing resin lowest. 2. Transverse strength of heat-curing resin was highest, and direct, hard reline resin and light-curing resin was lower and not signiicantly different. 3. Surface hardness of light-curing resin was lighest, heat-curing resin higher, and direct, hard reline resin was lowest. 4. After storage of the relined dentures for 1 day and 1 week in water at room temperature, linear shrinkage of distance between the reference points in the maxillary base relined with direct, hard reline resin was lowest, and those relined with light-curing resin and heat-curing resin were lower and were not significantly different. 5. After storage for 4 weeks in orator at room tempeature, linear shrinkage of distance between ridge crests of dentures relined with heat-curing resin was highest and that of distance between denture borders was not significantly different. 6. The dimensional changes of relined dentures during storage in water was not significant except those of distance between denture borders relined with light-curing resin at 1 day and 1 week storage in water. 7. At low magnification (x40) of SEM examination, the surface textures of three resins were similar except light-curing resin which had some defects. At high magnification (x200), the surface textures of hard, direct reline resin were smooth with little defects, but those of heat-curing resin and light-curing resin w ere irregular.

사내(社內) 및 자사관련(自社關聯) 외부자료를 효율적으로 관리하여 사내(社內) 직원(職員)에 제공하여, 사내(社內) 보유정보를 공유함으로써 효과적인 기업활동(企業活動)을 지원하는 사내(社內) 데이터베이스 구축사업은 크게 개념설계, 데이터베이스 포맷설계, 색인초록작성, 데이터베이스 운영 및 유지보수 등의 단계로 분류할 수 있다. 본고(本稿)에서는 사내(社內) 데이터베이스를 본격적으로 구축하기에 앞서 사내(社內) 정보유통지원체제 및 활용자원 등을 체계화시키는 개념설계 방법을 제시하고자 한다. The inhouse database can be used as an effective tool for managing inhouse/corporaterelated informations, which efficiently support business activities as they are shared by all the inhouse members. The inhouse database construction processes can be classified into a concept design, various kinds of DB format designs, abstracting/indexing, and DB operation/maintenance. This article presents a method of systematizing the concept design elements such as information flow support system, usable resources, and so on.

The characteristics of ammonia-nitrogen (NH4+-N) adsorption by a zeolitic material synthesized from Jeju scoria using the fusion and hydrothermal method was studied. The synthetic zeolitic material (Z-SA) was identified as a Na-A zeolite by X-ray diffraction, X-ray fluorescence analysis and scanning electron microscopy images. The adsorption of NH4+-N using Jeju scoria and different types of zeolite such as the Z-SA, natural zeolite, and commercial pure zeolite (Na-A zeolite, Z-CS) was compared. The equilibrium of NH4+-N adsorption was reached within 30 min for Z-SA and Z-CS, and after 60 min for Jeju scoria and natural zeolite. The adsorption capacity of NH4+-N increased with approaching to neutral when pH was in the range of 3-7, but decreased above 7. The removal efficiency of NH4+-N increased with increasing Z-SA dosage, however, its adsorption capacity decreased. For initial NH4+-N concentrations of 10-200 mg/L at pH 7, the adsorption rate of NH4+-N was well described by the pseudo second-order kinetic model than the pseudo first-order kinetic model. The adsorption isotherm was well fitted by the Langmuir model. The maximum uptake of NH4+-N obtained from the Langmuir model decreased in the order of Z-CS (46.8 mg/g) > Z-SA (31.3 mg/g) > natural zeolite (5.6 mg/g) > Jeju scoria (0.2 mg/g).
