In order to study the follicular atretic mechanism in mammalian ovary, the relationship between pyknotic index (PI) of granulosa cells and the steroid concentrations in the follicular fluid of atretic follicle was investigated. Follicles were isolated from porcine ovary according to their sizes and the reproductive phases. Steroid concentrations were quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography. As PI increased, the concentration of progesterone was significantly increased(p<0.05), whereas testosterone and estradiol showed no significant changes in their concentration. As follicular size was increased, PI of follicular GC in the luteal phase was increased significantly(p<0.05) and the molar ratio of progesterone to testosterone was increased in the follicles of follicular phase. It can be concluded that progesterone accumulated in the follicular fluid as atresia of the follicles was progressed, and that PI of granulosa cells could be used as one of convenient and pratical criteria for the identification of follicular atresia.
Follicular Lactate Dehydrogenase Activity and Steroid Concentrations in the Immature Gilt Ovary

연구목적: 난포가 폐쇄되는 동안의 생화학적 변화를 규명하기 위하여 미성숙 돼지의 정상 및 폐쇄 난포 내 lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) 활성도 변화 및 동일 난포액 내 스테로이드호르몬의 농도변화를 알아보기 위하여 본 연구를 시행하였다. 재료 및 방법: 난포액 (FF), 과립세포 (GC), 협막세포 (TC) 내 LDH의 활성도를 측정하였으며, 난포액 내 progesterone ($P_4$), testosterone (T), estradiol ($E_2$)의 농도변화를 방사면역측정법으로 정량하였다. 결 과: 정상 및 폐쇄 난포에서 $P_4$의 농도변화를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 폐쇄 난포액 내 T의 농도($3.85{\pm}1.50ng/ml$)는 정상 난포 ($1.29{\pm}0.54ng/ml$)에 비해 현저히 높았으며 정상 난포 내 $E_2$의 농도 ($43.29{\pm}19.51ng/ml$) 는 폐쇄 난포 ($18.82{\pm}7.27ng/ml$)에 비해 현저히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 정상 난포액 내 $P_4$의 농도는 난포의 크기에 정의 상관관계 (r=0.75)를 보였다. 정상 난포 내 T:$P_4$의 비율 ($8.14{\pm}3.35$)은 폐쇄 난포 ($1.39{\pm}0.60$)에 비해 현저히 높았으며, 정상 TC ($433.63{\pm}102.40{\mu}U/{\mu}g$ DNA) 및 FF ($246.86{\pm}58.96{\mu}U/{\mu}l$) 내 LDH 활성도는 폐쇄 난포 (각각 $83.7{\pm}10.5$와 $38.71{\pm}9.00$)에 비해 현저히 높게 나타났다. 정상 난포의 GC 및 FF 내 LDH 활성도는 $E_2$의 농도와 부의 상관관계를 보였지만, 폐쇄 난포의 TC 내 LDH 활성도는 $P_4$, T, $E_2$의 농도에 대해 정의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 결 론: 본 실험의 결과, 미성숙 돼지 난포의 폐쇄는 TC 내 LDH 활성도 감소와 밀접한 관계를 갖는 것으로 사료된다.

The optimum extraction condition of pungent component from Zanthoxylum piperitum D.C pericarps by using supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) was investigated. The optimum condition of SFE was 300㎏/㎠ of pressure, 60℃ of extraction temperature, 80% of CO_2 fluid, 20% of modifier(methanol) volume and 20 min of extraction time. The extraction efficiency between the classical solvent extraction method and SFE was studied. About 40 of extraction efficiency was improve when SFE was applied.

From the results of above study, the Access Board's primary consideration was drawn. From these results, the use and convenience of users and installers a UD priority checklist was created. Applying the UD checklist applies to actual production design by the increased accessibility of the disabled and mobility are expected to be weak.
근대 5종 선수의 글루타민 섭취가 혈중 글루타민과 근피로 생체지표에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of intake of glutamine on changes in glutamine, ammonia, lactic acid and creatin kinase(CK) in the blood after prolonged exercises with sub-maximal intensities targeting modern pentathlon athletes. 14 male modern pentathlon athletes were selected randomly as subjects of this study and were divided into a group of treatment with glutamine(Glu-G) and a group of no treatment(Con-G). The treadmill exercise was carried out at 75% VO₂max for 90 min. Incase of Glu-G, 100mg · kg-1 of glutamine was given in a day for 7 days and the following conclusions were obtained. The level of glutamine in the blood after the treadmill exercise was significantly higher in Glu-G than that in Con-G(p<.01) and ammonia in the blood after treadmill exercise was significantly lower in Glu-G compared with that in Con-G(p<.001). The level of lactic acid and creatine kinase in the blood was significantly lower in Glu-G compared with that in Con-G(p<.001 and p<.01, respectively). The conclusion was drawn in which intake of glutamine gave the positive effect on reduction of muscle fatigue. Since it was confirmed that intake of glutamine gave the positive effect on reduction of CK in the blood, it was thought to consider the intake of glutamine in order to reduce the muscle damage.

Purpose The objective of this study was to investigate Iran’s import system and Korea’s sales channels abroad to figure out how to distribute Iran’s imported agricultural and food products. Design/Methodology/Approach This study included a comprehensive review of prior domestic and foreign literature as well as consultations with experts in the agrifood industry and relevant agencies. Findings Considering that 99% of the Iran people are Muslims, halal food certification is essential. Our agricultural and food industry also needs new food product development. To broaden Agrifood’s export networks within Muslim regions, our government and agricultural and food industries need to lay the foundation for halal food markets through a country-by-country and item-by-item research on halal certification. Research Implications 0ur government should make an effort to register the KMF (The Korean Muslim Federation) as one of official halal certification institutes by supporting to develop component analysis and its verifications accordingly and to train halal-related professionals. it is necessary not only to expand its global halal market share by expanding its direct investment in Indonesia, where certification is easy to obtain, entering the Muslim market such as Iran, but also to promote entry into the Middle East with Korean distribution channels.
전자유압 비례밸브와 경사센서를 이용한 농용 프론트 로더 버켓 능동수평유지 시스템 개발

A front-end loader (FEL) mounted on an agricultural tractor is one of the most commonly used implements for farm work. However, when the tractor carries material using the bucket attached to the FEL on a sloping ground, the materials can spill or roll back over the operator due to the tilted body, thereby requiring the bucket surface to remain level at a constant value regardless of varying slopes. In this study, an active system for controlling the angle of the FEL bucket on a tractor based on the real-time measurement of ground slopes was developed to enable the bucket to constantly remain level. A FEL simulator operated based on an electro hydraulic proportional valve (EHPV) was constructed in the laboratory to develop a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller forming a virtual electronic control unit (ECU) on the computer, which could automatically adjust the bucket angles depending on varying input angles while sending SAE-J1939 associated messages via CAN BUS to the EHPV. The different parameter values for the PID controller due to the gravity effect of the bucket were determined using a manual PID tuning method while assuming that the tractor travels on either an ascending slope or a descending slope. The developed PID control-based self-leveling system showed a mean of steady-state errors of within 1° and a mean of delayed times of ~ 0.8s when the step input of +20° was given, implying that the developed system and control algorithm would be effective in maintaining the bucket angle at a certain value. Future studies include the improvement of the control algorithm to reduce such a time delay as well as the application of the developed algorithm to the FEL mounted on a tractor tested at a testing ground.
