        감자 건부 Fusarium roseum ' Sambucinum ' 변이체의 균사생장 및 분생포자 형성에 미치는 아미노산 영양

        The effects of amino acids on mycerial growth and sporulation of the decreased and increased pathogenicity variants of potato dry rot Fusarium roseum `Sambucinum' were as following. The increased pathogenicity variants Ic52 and Ic116 showed the trend of greater mycerial growth, marking up to 67㎎ on leucine, than the decreased pathogenicity variants Dc14 and Dc91, and produced markedly low conidia below 25 × 10⁴/㎖ or no sporulation. On methionine all the variants and the wild type showed the lowest growth recording 14㎎ to 20㎎ with no sporulation. Cystine similarly as glysine supported the poor growth 30㎎ to 19㎎ of the variants Dc14 and Dc91, respectively, and did not support the sporulation. The former amino acid like asparagine supported the growth of the variants Ic52 and Ic116 marking 47㎎ and 36㎎, respectively. On all the eleven amino acids the variant Dc14 showed the trend of more mycerial growth and sporulation than the variant Dc91 which marked the exceptionally high sporulation 195 × 10⁴/㎖ on glutamic acid.

        Seamless Routing and Cooperative Localization of Multiple Mobile Robots for Search and Rescue Application

        In particular, for a practical mobile robot team to perform such a task as that of carrying out a search and rescue mission in a disaster area, the network connectivity and localization have to be guaranteed even in an environment where the network infrastructure is destroyed or a Global Positioning System is unavailable. This paper proposes the new collective intelligence network management architecture of multiple mobile robots supporting seamless network connectivity and cooperative localization. The proposed architecture includes a resource manager that makes the robots move around and not disconnect from the network link by considering the strength of the network signal and link quality. The location manager in the architecture supports localizing robots seamlessly by finding the relative locations of the robots as they move from a global outdoor environment to a local indoor position. The proposed schemes assuring network connectivity and localization were validated through numerical simulations and applied to a search and rescue robot team.

        성형 빔 패턴을 갖는 전기적인 다운 틸팅 안테나의 설계에 관한 연구

        The shape of vertical pattern of base station antenna affects greatly quality of the communication of not only a service zone but also adjacent cells and then it is an important point to be considered in designing cell coverage. Currently type of vertical patterns to be applied to base station antenna are divided into five classes. In designing antenna, these five classes are applied solely or compositely according to the environment to be used antenna. In this paper, the dual polarized antenna for base station that is with a continuous electrical down tilting and with a shaped beam pattern, that an upper side lobe is suppressed and a lower null is filled, is designed and fabricated. For synthesizing of the shape beam, the pattern synthesis methods proposed by R. S. Elliott is used sequentially and for the electrical down tilting, the phased array theory is applied. Measured results show the down tilting range from 0° to 14°, the gain of Min. 13.3dBi and the upper side lobe of Max. -23dB. And we verified that upper side lobe is not to vary greatly and null filling performance is favorable overall. 기지국 안테나의 수직 패턴 형태는 자기 셀뿐만 아니라 인접 셀의 통신 품질에도 크게 영향을 미치므로, 셀의 설계에 있어서 매우 중요한 고려 사항이다. 현재 기지국 안테나에 적용되는 수직 패턴의 형태는 크게 5가지로 분류될 수 있다. 안테나의 설계에 있어서, 5가지의 수직 패턴은 단독으로 적용되기도 하고, 또는 복합적으로도 적용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 상측의 부엽이 억압되고, 하측의 널이 널 필링된 수직 패턴을 갖으며, 또한, 수직면 상에서 연속적인 전기적 다운 틸팅이 가능한 이중 편파의 기지국용 안테나를 설계 및 제작하였다. 성형 빔 합성은 R. S. Elliott이 제안한 패턴 합성법들을 순차적으로 사용하여 구현하였으며, 또한 전기적인 다운 틸팅 기능을 위해 위상 배열 안테나 기술이 적용되었다. 측정한 결과, 0°~14°의 연속적인 다운 틸팅 범위와 13.3dBi 이상의 이득, 그리고 최대 -23dB의 상측 부엽 성능이 나타났다. 또한, 다운 틸팅 시에도 상측 부엽의 변화가 크지 않음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 패턴의 널 필링 특성도 전반적으로 양호하다.

        질적인 속성을 양적인 계열로 전환하여 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하는 과정에서 서스톤, 리커트, 어의분별 및 커트만 척도등을 많이 활용한다. 이 측도들 중 우리는 리커트 척도에 대해 알아보고, 응답이 애매한 리커트 척도의 자료를 퍼지화하는 방법을 제안하고 그 자료에 대한 분석 방법을 연구하려고 한다.

      • 여성기업가정신의 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this research is to know the differences between the women entrepreneurship and general entrepreneurship, and to know the limits issues that women entrepreneurs have in the management through the case study of the features and current status of women entrepreneurs. On the basis of the case study, this study intend to find the desirable direction and solutions for long-lasting development for women entrepreneurs. The major results of this research are as follows. First, regarding the establishment of business, they acquired the right of management by suggestion or succession after entering the company as a new or experienced employee. Secondly, regarding the item of patience, they mentioned that maintaining the proper role for their positions with keeping their positions is the most difficult point during their business. Thirdly, regarding the risk taking, they mentioned that it is necessary to obtain the stable cash flow through building trust in order to overcome the difficulties. Fourthly, regarding the veracity, they emphasized the transparency differently from male entrepreneurs. This is related to morality managing the company. Fifthly, Regarding the leadership, they mentioned the management of company emphasizing the delicacy of femininity rather than men’s characteristic leadership. Sixthly, the ability of organization management was not greatly outstanding compared with other businessmen. Seventhly, regarding the innovation, they continuously invest in the technical development requested by customer needs for survival and development of the company. Eighthly, regarding the personal connections, due to the strong male-centered regionalism and school relations, they commonly join the economic institutions such as Women Entrepreneurs Association. Expanding their network to male-centered economic institutions would be one of the good strategies for them.

        미용관련학과의 보건위생분야 교육에 관한 연구

        This study has conducted to provide basic data to allow workers in the beauty art industry gain more knowledge about public health and hygiene after investigating public health-related courses in beauty art-related departments and students’ recognition about these courses in junior colleges and four-year universities. For this,the course schedules in 41 junior colleges and 21 four-year universities were analyzed, and students’ recognition about public health-related courses was examined among 113 students from beauty art-related departments and 233 students from other departments. The results of this study are summarized as follows: (1) In the case of junior colleges, the public health-related course load ranged from 0 to 11 credits. Among 41 colleges, only five schools had all four public health-related courses. In the case of four-year universities, the public health-related course load ranged from 3 to 14 credits. Among 21 universities, only 3 schools had the four public healthrelated courses. (2) Among the students from beauty art-related departments, 78.8% said that they changed their attitude toward public health after completing the public health-related courses. Among the students from other departments, when asked what they consider most when they choose a beauty shop, 62.6% responded ‘sanitation’. When asked what they think is the most important subject in the beauty art industry, students from both beauty-art-related and other departments said ‘Science of Disinfection and Infection. Based on the results above, because the students from beauty art-related departments earn a beauty artist’s license upon graduation,it is necessary to provide public health and hygiene education regardless of their major such as hairdressing,esthetics, make-up or nail art.

        벼종자수반진균의 검정 및 종자발아에 따른 깨씨무늬병균의 전염경로

        깨씨무늬병에 심하게 이병된 병팔굉 공시종자는 배양 일에 호영, 내외영 및 주병의 그리고 과피의 가 Helminthosporium oryzae에 감염 되어 있음을 보였다. 동균은 종립전면에 분생포자를 형성하였으며 배유의 약10여세포층까지 감염되어 있었으나 배조직에서는 검출되지 않았다. Fusarium moniliforme는 과피, 경유 및 배조직에서 검출되었으며 F. roseum, Trichoconis padwicku, Curvularia spp., Alternaria tenuis, Cladosporium cladosporoides 및 Phoma sp.는 이하의 영 및 과피에서 검출되었다. 배양일주일에 가 깨씨무늬 병징을 나타냈으며 는 외관상 건전하였다. 깨씨무늬병균은 감염된 종자의 제점으로부터 과피를 거쳐 시아및 유근에 전염 발병케 하였다. From the sample seeds of rice cultivar Palkoeng with the brown spot symptom, Helminthosporium oryzae was detected in of hulls including empty glumes, lemma, palea, and rachilla in five to seven days of incubation. When the seeds were dehulled, the percentage detection decreased to of pericarps. The fungus sporulated on whole surface of the seed and was detected within about ten cell layers deep of endosperm but not detected in embryo. Fusarium moniliforme was found in embryo as well as pericarp and endosperm. The frequency of F. roseum, Trichoconis padwickii, Curvularia spp., Atternaria tenuis, Cladosporium cladosporoides and Phoma sp. was less than three percent of hulls and pericarps. In seven days of incubation, of the germinating seeds showed the symptom of H. oryzae while were apparently healthy. This fungus in hilum of infected rice transmitted through pericarp to plumule shoot and radicle of the germinating seed.
