Shipbuilding is a kind of ETO(Engineering To Order) industry which designs and produces a product in accordance to various requirement of customers, rules and regulations. Recently, the number of ordered ships has been increased by up to two or three times in each domestic shipyards. Most shipyards have been adopted 3D ship CAD, ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) and APS(Advanced Planning System) to get an efficient product development and manufacturing system. However, not only the effective operation of 3D ship CAD, ERP and APS but also the production efficiency can be achieved only if product information management which can manages the product data is implemented in an integrated environment. Present study has suggested a systematic approach to implement a PLM system to manage the product data in early design shipbuilding. Also, a prototype of PLM is implemented to manage the product data in a basic ship-design. In the prototype system, a product structure and architecture of PLM is considered.

miRNAs are a class of endogenous small non-coding RNAs, approximately 22 nucleotides in length, which play a role in post transcriptional regulation by target mRNA degradation or inhibiting their translation. glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase 1, mitochondrial (GPAM) that catalyze the initial and committed step in glycerolipid biosynthesis has long length of 3´untranslated region (3´UTR) could be found a number of SNPs and affected by miRNA. Therefore, in this study, we aimed to investigate whether bta-miR-2468 binds to the 3´UTR of GPAM, including the g. 55930 C>T SNP, and whether each allele of this SNP affects the binding affinity between the target miRNA and the 3´UTR. For the dual luciferase assay, pmirGLO-55930 C and pmirGLO-55930 T as plasmid DNA includes g. 55930 C>T react bta-miR-2468, identified protein expression with firefly luciferase activity and renilla luciferase activity. As a results, validate the results reported by in silico assay that reported when either g. 55930 C or g. 55930 T were present in the seed region of bta-miR-2468, there was an evident reduction, on the contrary, co-transfection of both the g.55930 SNP allele and bta-miR-2468 did not result in significantly different luciferase activities in HEK293T cell. In this study, we demonstrated the importance of post-transcriptional regulation of GPAM gene expression by bta-miR-2468, Considering the effect of haplotype (g. 54853 A>G - g. 55441 A>G - g. 55930 C>T), the effect of the g.55930 T>C SNP should be evaluated in future studies using pmirGLO vectors, including haplotypes.

We developed SAW gas sensor for monitoring SOx gas with high sensitivity. It was fabricated as a microsensor for detecting SOx gas by depositing sensing material on SAW device. As a detecting layer material, CdS was selected. Deposition of CdS in the form of thin films was carried out by the ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method using ultrasonic spray nozzle. Thin films with the uniform and large surface area for sensors were deposited. The stable pyrolysis environment provided by uniform and fine droplets formed by spray nozzle made it possble to obtain thin films with excellent quality. The minimum grain size of the CdS thin films was about 50 nm when deposited at 300℃. SAW gas sensors showed reasonable sensitivity and reproducibility. Further studies are required to investigate the interference of other gases to SOx gas detection.

In this work the dynamic response of 3-D arbitrarily shaped rigid massless foundation is numerically obtained using boundary element under non-relaxed boundary condition. The problem is formulated in time domain by the boundary element method. The fundamental solutions used in this work are the Stokes solutions of the three dimensional elastodynamics. This method has advantages over frequency domain techniques in that it provides in a natural and direct way the time history of the response and forms the basis for elct:ension to nonlinear problems. This work is verified and can be used for practical purpose.
Practical use of open data to construct regional big data center for Hanwoo farm

The purpose of this study was to propose a plan for constructing a regional Hanwoo big data center to provide an integrated management system of feeding, reproduction, and genetic improvement using biological and environmental data. The regional big data center for the Hanwoo industry was constructed as described below. First, Hanwoo digital data were collected from the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) equipment in each farm, ICT companies, and related organizations. Thereafter, the collected data were subjected to file storage real-time using agent, agentless, FTP (File Transfer Protocol), and Open API (Open Application Programming Interface) methods. Finally, to monitor and control disease and reproduction, a Hanwoo big data platform based on AI (Artificial Intelligence) was established. Regional Hanwoo big data center can provide services to users according to a data connection plan appropriate to the situation in real-time Hanwoo public to open big data platform. Therefore, the regional Hanwoo big data center could have positive effects, such as maximizing management efficiency of farms by reducing livestock losses, reducing total feeding cost, and reproduction improvement on farms. Moreover, employment opportunities can be created by recruiting labor related to the big data industry through a public to open data platform. Notably, Hanwoo big data platform is expected to expand to other industries and new markets for services.
Poly(L-lactide)(PLLA)/Polyoxyethylene(POE) 블록공중합체의 약불방출담체에 관한응용

An A-B-A block copoly(ester-ether) comprising poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA, A) and poly (oxyethylene)(POE, B) was prepared by copolymerization. The release rate of the model drugs form PLLA/POE particles was studied by varying the hydrophilicity of the model drugs as well as that of the copolymers. It was observed that the rate of controlled release from the copolymer microspheres is not dependent on the degradation of the polymer, but on the wall permeability which is defined as the product of diffusion coefficient and the solubility coefficient. The release rate was fast as long as the hydrophilicity of the copolymer was high, regardless of the composition of the copolymer. It was also found that the release rate was faster as the monomer composition of the oxyethylene unit becomes higher.
