        일본 도시형 유료노인홈의 건축계획특성에 관한 연구

        This study aims to analyse the planning characteristic of fee charging residential facility for the elderly focused on the actual state in Tokyo metropolitan area. For doing this, 18 facilities have been chosen and the analyse is divided into 4 main categories: general factor, mass of facility, actual usage, and planning characteristic. Results are as fallow:Firstly, the facility has been mostly built up in residential area and running a business by jointed-stock company. Secondly, the average plottage is 500~600(pyung) with single building which mainly have 2~5 stories. The number of rooms are mainly less than 50 or so which means most business are operated on a small scale. Thirdly, most popular size of room is less than 20㎡ and then 20~30㎡ which are comparatively small and of practical use. For using facility, user's need to pay in advance average 1,000万円~1,700万円/㎡ for rent, 16万円~22万円/month for management and food expenses and assistance expenses is extra outlay which are mostly covered by user's pension and insurance. Lastly, most facilities' function link systems are vertical in single building and more than half of facilities have pavilion shape and middle-corridor that seem to be caused for efficiency usage of management and land.

        Poorer dynamic postural stability in patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture combined with lateral meniscus tear than in those with medial meniscus tear

        Background: Only limited data are available regarding postural stability between anterior cruciate ligament (ACL)-injured patients with medial meniscus (MM) tear and those with lateral meniscus (LM) tear. The purpose of this study was to compare preoperative postural stability for both involved and uninvolved knees in ACL rupture combined with MM and LM tears. It was hypothesized that there would be a significant difference in postural stability between these two groups. Methods: Ninety-three ACL-injured patients (53 combined with MM tears vs. 40 combined with LM tears) were included. Static and dynamic postural stability were evaluated with the overall stability index (OSI), anterior–posterior stability index (APSI), and medial–lateral stability index (MLSI) using stabilometry. Knee muscle strength was evaluated using an isokinetic testing device. Results: In the static postural stability test, none of the stability indices showed significant differences between the two groups for both knees (p > 0.05). In the dynamic postural stability test for involved side knees, the OSI and APSI were significantly higher in the LM tear group compared to the MM tear group (OSI: 2.0 ± 0.8 vs. 1.6 ± 0.5, p = 0.001; APSI: 1.5 ± 0.6 vs. 1.3 ± 0.5, p = 0.023), but not the MLSI (p > 0.05). In the static and dynamic postural stability tests in each group, there were no significant differences between the involved and uninvolved side knees (p > 0.05). There was no significant difference in the knee muscle strength between the two groups (p > 0.05). All postural stability showed no significant correlation with knee muscle strength (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Dynamic postural stability was poorer in patients with ACL rupture combined with LM tear than in those with MM tear. Therefore, close monitoring for postural stability would be necessary during preoperative and postoperative rehabilitation, especially for patients with ACL rupture combined with LM tear.

        Objectives : The propose of this study is to analyze characteristics with sex, age, motivation, symptom, Impression, treatment effect about temporomandibular disorder patients. Method : We performed a retrospective study of 52 patients who visited the Jaseng Hospital of Oriental Medicine, from August 2008 to October 2008. Result : Women occupied the most part. And 27 persons in the 20th are the most distribution of age. The majority of patients occured the symptom for no reason. In the distribution of symptoms, TMD pain(88.46%), Click sound(82.69%), neck pain(52.92%), headache(38.46%), lumbago(21.15%) happened. In the impression through radiological diagnoses, The majority of patients diagnosed Straightening of cervical lordotic curvature. Oriental medical treatment showed a very valuable effect on improvement of TMD symptom. Conclusion : The results showed a valuable treatment effect of temporotandibular disorders on Oriental medical treatment. Therefore this work have the necessity of continuous study and observation and will help us to understand the features of patients who visiting the TMD clinic of Jaseng Hospital of Oriental medicine.

        남성 입원환자들의 맥파속도에 따른 요통 호전도의 비교 연구

        Objectives : The aim of this study is to compare the improvement of Low back pain (LBP) depending on male Inpatient's Brachlalankle Pulse Wave Velocity (baPWV), Method : We evaluated 35 LBP inpatients who took pulse wave velocity test during admission at Jaseng hospital from November 2008 to september 2009. We used applanation tonometry method to measure pulse wave velocity and numerical rating scale to measure patient's improvement. Result : At admission, standard deviation of normal group's NRS was $7.44{\pm}1.67$ and high risk group's was $7.57{\pm}2.09$(P=0.678). After 5 days of admission, standard deviation of normal group's NRS was $5.67{\pm}1.94$ and high risk group's was $6.00{\pm}2.17$(P=0.680). After 10 days of admission, standard deviation of normal group's NRS was $4.00{\pm}1.80$ and high risk group's was $4.95{\pm}1.96$(P=0.281). After 15 days of admission, standard deviation of normal group's NRS was $2.89{\pm}1.62$ and high risk group's was $4.10{\pm}1.92$(P=0.124). At discharge, standard deviation of normal group's NRS was $5.11{\pm}1.69$ and high risk group's was $4.86{\pm}2.08$(P=0.504). Comparison between admission and discharge, standard deviation of normal group's NRS was $5.11{\pm}1.69$ and high risk group's was $4.86{\pm}2.08$(P=0.504) Conclusion : Low back patients with high Brachialankle Pulse Wave Velocity, showed slower improvement rate compare to patients within normal rate. But statically, had no significance.

        상주 함창 남산고성(南山古城)의 축성배경과 성격

        This article discusses the background and character of Namsan goseong Fortress built during the Three Kingdoms Period in Obongsan Mountain, Hamchang, Sangju. In the area of Obongsan Mountain, Obongsan Ancient Tombs are widely distributed. Namsan Goseong Fortress along with Obongsan Ancient Tombs has been understood as an important relic to grasp one aspect of the political and historical situation of the Three Kingdoms period in Hamchang. For that reason, several Archaeological field surveys for Namsan Goseong have been conducted in the past. Summarizing the results of the survey, Namsan Goseong Fortress is basically a stone fortress built of stones as a Pogok-style(포곡식) fortress, and it can be seen as a fortress of the Three Kingdoms Period consisting of a dual structure of Naeseong(내성) and Oeseong(외성). From the results of archaeological research so far, fortresses built in the Yeongnam region were generally built after the 4th century, and in the case of stone fortresses, they were built in earnest from the late 5th century. According to the records of Samguksagi(삼국사기), many fortresses were built in the border of Silla, that is the Sobaeksanmaek Mountains for the defense against Goguryeo in the period of King Jabi~Soji’s reign(458~500). Since Hamchang area in Sangju where Namsan Goseong is located is just below Gyeripryeong Pass in the Sobaeksan Mountain Range, it is a very important area in terms of defense in case of emergency. In fact, Analyzing the visibility that can be seen from Namsan Goseong, it can be seen that the main visibility area is not the southern Sangju area, but the northern Hamchang-eup in the north. In total, it is highly likely that Namsan Goseong was built as a defensive fortress to prepare for the offense of Goguryeo in the late 5th century in addition, considering its relationship with ancient tombs, it is presumed that it was also operated as a ruling fortress as Godongram-gun(고동람군) during the Three Kingdoms Period. 본고는 상주 함창 오봉산 일원에 조성된 삼국시대 성곽 남산고성의축성배경과 성격을 논의한 글이다. 오봉산 일원에는 삼국시대 오봉산고분군이 넓게 분포하고 있다. 남산고성은 이에 짝을 이루며 조성된 성곽으로 오봉산고분군과 함께 함창지역의 삼국시대 정치사적 상황의 일면을 파악할 수 있는 중요한 유적으로 이해되어왔다. 그러한 이유에서 남산고성에 대한 문화재 지표조사는 과거에 몇 차례 이루어졌다. 조사결과를 종합하면 남산고성은 기본적으로 포곡식 산성으로 돌로 쌓은 석축성이고, 내성(內城)과 외성(外城)의 이중구조로 이루어진 삼국시대의 성곽으로 볼 수 있겠다. 지금까지의 고고학적 연구성과로 봤을 때, 영남지방에 축조된 성곽은 대체로 4세기 이후에 축성되었으며, 돌로 쌓은 석축성의 경우 그보다 조금 늦은 5세기 후엽부터 본격적으로 조성된다. 『삼국사기』 기록에 의하면 자비~소지왕(458~500)대, 고구려 남진을대비한 방비의 일환으로 신라의 변경 즉 소백산맥 일대 많은 성을쌓았다. 남산고성이 위치한 상주 함창지역은 소백산맥의 계립령 바로 아래 위치하여 유사시 방어적 측면에서 매우 중요한 지역으로볼 수 있다. 실제로 남산고성에서 조망할 수 있는 가시권을 분석하면, 주 가시 영역은 남쪽 상주지역이 아닌 북쪽의 함창읍 일대임을알 수 있다. 이러한 점을 종합하였을 때, 남산고성은 5세기 후엽 대 고구려의남진을 대비하기 위해 방어성으로 축조되었을 가능성이 높고 고분군과의 관계를 고려하였을 때, 삼국시대 고동람군(古冬攬郡)의 치소로서 통치성으로도 운영되었던 것으로 판단된다.

        Testing the nested fixed-point algorithm in BLP random coefficients demand estimation

        This paper examines the numerical properties of the nested fixed-point algorithm (NFP) using Monte Carlo experiments in the estimation of Berry, Levinsohn, and Pakes's (1995) random coefficient logit demand model. We find that in speed, convergence and accuracy, nested fixed-point (NFP) approach using Newton's method performs well like a mathematical programming with equilibrium constraints (MPEC) approach adopted by Dube, Fox, and Su (2012).

        한국형 모바일 애플리케이션 접근성 지침 개선 방안 연구

        In this study, we propose a method to improve the guideline for accessibility of mobile applications based on the results of manual evaluation of 8 mobile online shopping applications which are widely used in Korea. 13 items of mobile online shopping application were found to have low compliance rate, and 5 items such as response time control were observed and there was no corresponding items. In the current mobile application accessibility guidelines, it is necessary to delete the check items that are not relevant or meaningless, and to provide additional logical items such as logical ordering and form creation, and to improve the accessibility of mobile applications, The government should make efforts to develop and disseminate the development guide, and to resolve the digital devides. 본 논문은 애플리케이션 접근성 지침 개선 방안 연구를 위해 우리나라에서 많이 사용하고 있는 모바일 온라인 쇼핑 애플리케이션 8개에 대한 수동평가를 실시하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 모바일 애플리케이션 접근성 지침 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 모바일 온라인 쇼핑 애플리케이션 18개 검사항목에 대하여 전문가 조사결과 대체 텍스트 준수 등 13개 항목은 준수율이 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 응답시간 조절 등 5개 항목은 준수하거나 해당사항이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 현재 모바일 애플리케이션 접근성 지침 중에서 해당사항이 없거나 의미가 없는 검사항목은 삭제하고 추가로 논리적인 순서 제공, 서식작성 등 필요한 검사항목을 추가하는 개선방안과 모바일 애플리케이션 접근성 의무화 추진 및 개발자 등이 쉽게 접근성 항목을 준수할 수 있도록 개발 가이드 개발 및 보급, 정보격차해소 사업 등에 대한 정부의 적극적인 노력이 필요하다.

        Lignocellulosic biomass is widely considered an alternative to petroleum fuels due to their low nitrogen and sulfur content and CO<sub>2</sub> balance of almost zero. Among various conversion technologies of lignocellulosic biomass, pyrolysis is one of the most promising thermal conversion in the absence of O<sub>2</sub>. However, pyrolysis oil from pyrolysis thermal conversion of lignocellulosic biomass results in high acidity, water content, low heating values, and high viscosity. Therefore, the research of new methods for the upgrade of pyrolysis oil is a top priority. In this study, catalytic upgrading of wood sawdust pyrolysis oil in supercritical ethanol was performed. The various types of supports including activated charcoal (AC), KOH-treatment of AC, SBA-15, and KIT-6) with Mg-Ni-Mo active metals were screened to investigate their effects on the product yields and properties, i.e., elemental composition, heating value, water content and acidity.
