Protein sulfotransferase (S) in soluble fraction of rat bran were characterized using [^(35)S] phosphoadenosinephosphosulfate (PAPS) as sulfate donor. [^(35)S] PAPS, the universal sulfate donor, was prepared enzymatically in rat liver high speed supernatant with carrier free ^(35)S0₄ and ATP. The activity of soluble protein sulfotransferase was observed in assay system containing [^(35)S] PAPS, Tris-maleate buffer pH 6.7 and soluble proteins from rate brain. The sulfated proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE and acid treatment was performed on the gel to differentiate tyrosine sulfate from carbohydrate sulfate. Incorporation of sulfate into tyrosine residues of proteins of various molecular weights was observed. Particularly high molecular weight ($gt;200 kD) proteins were more intensively sulfated. Effects of incubation time, temperature, pH, amounts of proteins, PAPS concentration, various metal ions, and some polyamino acids on the activities of protein sulfotransferases were investigated. These general properties of the soluble sulfotransferase were mostly distinct from those of the microsome associated sulfotransferase.

In this research, static load test is performed to verify the arch effect and structural performance of CFTA(Concrete-Filled and Tied steel tubular Arch) girder, and FE(Finite Element) analysis is performed to investigate validity of the test result. CFTA girder is designed to maximize the benefit of each material, such as steel plate, filled concrete and PS tendon. Static load test is performed based on the frame-analysis result of 12m sample miniature model. The result of static load test is that structural performance and safety of CFTA girder are confirmed and there is different deflection mode with other structural form result from arch effect. FE analysis with ABAQUS is also performed to show the validity of the truck collision safety and static load test. 본 논문에서는 아치 형상을 갖는 강재 거더에 콘크리트가 충진되고 외부에 긴장력을 도입하여 구조적 효율성을 높인 CFTA 거더(Concrete-Filled and Tied Steel Tubular Arch Girder)의 아치효과와 구조적 성능을 검증하기 위해 정적하중재하실험을 수행하였고, 실험결과의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 유한요소해석을 수행하였다. CFTA 거더는 강재, 콘크리트, PS강재 등을 이용하여 각 재료의 역학적 장점을 최대한 발휘하도록 형상화하였다. 본 연구에서는 프레임해석프로그램으로 지간장 12m인 축소모형을 설계하였으며, 해석결과에 근거하여 정적재하실험이 수행되었다. 정적재하실험 결과, CFTA 거더의 구조적 성능과 안전성이 검증되었으며, 아치 효과에 의해 타 구조형식과는 다른 처짐 형상이 나타났다. 또한 ABAQUS 프로그램을 이용한 유한요소 해석을 통해 차량 충돌 안정성과 정적재하실험결과의 타당성을 입증하였다.

블렌딩티와 구절초에 대한 인식과 소비행동 연구 - 20대 여대생을 중심으로 -

In this study, consumers' perception and consumption behavior of blended tea were investigated. Also, consumer perception of Siberian chrysanthemum, consumption behavior, and awareness of efficacy were investigated. As a result of the survey, it was confirmed that it was necessary to develop a blended tea with taste and flavor characteristics that consumers prefer, having the capability of relieving stress, and preventing cold or respiratory disease. In addition, the degree of recognition of Siberian chrysanthemum was very low, and the recognition of the efficacy appeared in the order of 'cold relief' and 'respiratory disease relief'. Factor analysis results, safety attributes, health attributes, product attributes, marketing attributes, and sensory attributes were factorized into five factors, and after analysis, it was concluded that the sensory attributes of taste and aftertaste were considered the most important. Consumers surveyed appeared to consume blended tea for 'relieving mood or stress relief', to enjoy the taste, and to prevent cold or respiratory diseases. Siberian chrysanthemum displays efficacy in cold relief and relief of respiratory diseases. Therefore, developing Siberian chrysanthemum as a blended tea could be a practical application that can expand the range of its use, making it more popular and increase its commercial applications.

Product development involves consumer perception and desired attributes. Various consumer-based methods have been studied, and it is important to choose the most suitable method among them. Here, consumers (n = 120) evaluated five novel blended teas containing Dendranthema zawadskii var. latilobum and five commercial teas using check-all-that-apply (CATA) and Napping combined with UFP methods. This study compared the methods and identified sensory properties and drivers of liking. The sensory terminology derived from CATA and Napping results were very similar and Napping allowed samples to be similarly recognized based on blended ingredients other than Dendranthema zawadskii var. latilobum. CATA and Napping combined with UFP methods could be useful to identify characteristics and drivers of likings for novel food such as DZVL blended teas.
한국채택국제회계기준 도입 이후 외국인 투자에 영향을 미치는 기업특성 분석

This study investigates whether the corporate characteristics affecting foreigners' investment change after K-IFRS adoption. We use investment amount and ownership of foreigners and we use both of the level and the change of the variables to analyse the factors. From the result of the level of the variables, size, stock returns, dividend, accounting quality, the number of analysts, and accounting conservatism are significantly positively related to foreigners' investment, and debt ratio is significantly negatively related to foreigners' investment. Also, foreigners invest more in the firms with high stock returns and high accounting quality in 2011 than in 2010. From the result of the change of the variables, foreigners' investment increases as size increases and debt ratio decreases by GAAP reconciliation. Especially, we document that foreigners' investment increases as profitability decreases by GAAP reconciliation, which means that foreign investors consider the expected profit in the future rather than the current profit at present when they make investment decisions. 본 연구는 K-IFRS를 도입한 이후에 외국인 투자자의 국내 투자에 영향을 미치는 기업특성 요인이 변경되는지 여부를 분석하였다. 외국인 투자자의 국내 투자요인의 변경 여부를 확인하기 위하여 투자금액과 지분율을 사용하였으며, 수준(level)과 변화(change) 값을 모두 사용하여 분석하였다. 수준(Level) 값을 이용한 선형회귀분석 결과, 기업규모가 클수록, 주가수익률이 높을수록, 배당이 많을수록, 회계품질이 높을수록, 재무분석가의 수가 많을수록 외국인투자가 증가하고, 부채비율이 높을수록, 회계보수성이 낮을수록 외국인투자가 감소한다. 또한 주가수익률과 회계품질은 2010년보다 2011년에 외국인투자와 더욱 밀접한 관련이 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. IFRS 도입 이후에 수익률이 높은 기업과 회계품질이 높다고 보편적으로 인정되는 Big 4 회계법인이 감사하는 기업에 더 많은 투자를 하고 있으며, 외국인의 투자가 국내 투자수익률과 회계품질에 더욱 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 결과이다. 변화(Change) 값을 이용한 선형회귀분석 결과, GAAP 조정에 따른 기업규모가 증가할수록, 부채비율이 감소할수록 외국인투자가 증가한다. 특히 GAAP 조정에 따른 수익성이 감소할수록 외국인투자가 증가하는 결과는 외국인이 현재의 이익보다는 미래의 예상되는 이익에 더 비중을 두고 투자결정을 한다는 것을 보여준다.

For decades, thousands of corporation introduced knowledge management systems to respond knowledge-based society. However, it seems that the systems merely focusing on knowledge accumulation and its sharing have been bounded by many restrictions in terms of new knowledge creation based on the life cycle of knowledge management systems. Moreover, recently, a variety of knowledge management activities regarding organization, systems, and process is emphasized as a strategic asset for a corporation to create core knowledge. Therefore, this study adopted the Csikszentmihalyi's flow theory to investigate the factors affecting knowledge creation and the success factors of knowledge management systems in virtual space. Prior studies argued that flow experience should be a prerequisite for creative knowledge creation. In that vein, this research revealed the causal relationships for flow experience between the determinants of clear goal, immediate feedback, congruence of challenge and skill. Additionally, it empirically examined how flow experience affected the exploratory behavior of knowledge creation.
탄소 단섬유를 이용한 탄소종이 제조 및 전기전도도 특성

In this work, we prepared the carbon paper from chopped carbon fibers using a gas diffusion matrix in polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells by wet processing. The process of making carbon paper using wet processing is consisted of the three steps involving the dispersion of chopped carbon fibers, the preparation of the carbon fiber web, the impregnating of phenol resin. This work was focused on finding the optimal surfactant to make the carbon paper with 2D orientation of carbon fibers by investigating the dispersion state of carbon fibers in different dispersion solutions. Furthermore, the effect of phenol resin and carbon black contents on properties of electric conductivity was analyzed. As a result, it is confirmed that the carbon fiber was well dispersed when using sodium dodecyl sulfate as a surfactant, and the carbon paper with 8 wt% of phenol and 5 wt% of carbon black contents showed the most excellent electrical property.
