      • GIS를 활용한 생태면적률 산정 모델 개발

        본 연구의 목적은 신도시 등의 조성에 있어 지속 가능한 발전을 도모하고 시민들에게 쾌적한 생활환경을 제공하기 위해 도입된 생태면적률을 산정하는 모델을 개발하여 구축의 효율성과 데이터베이스 유지관리의 간편성과 정확성을 확보함에 있다. 특히 생태면적률은 현재 환경영향 평가 뿐만 아니라 친환경 인증기준 중 생태환경기준으로 활용되고 있으나, 생태면적률의 산정도 구축을 위한 지표가 제시되어 있지 않기 때문에 결과자료의 누락, 데이터 수정보완의 어려움과 같은 문제가 있을 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 GIS를 통해 도형 자료를 구축하고 가중치의 속성정보를 통합하여 관리하는 모델을 제시하였다. 생태면적률 산정은 토지이용계획도를 기초로 하여 건폐지의 경우 옥상 및 벽면 녹화, 비건폐지의 경우 수공간, 인공지반, 틈새투수포장, 자연지반 녹지의 공간유형을 대상으로 한다. 가중치가 부여된 공간유형정보는 도형정보와 통합되고 통합된 자료는 향후 토지이용에 따른 분석을 위해 토지이용계획 정보를 블록 별로 부여한다. 한편, 공간유형별 가중치 적용의 경우 도출방법이 각 지자체나 적용 주체의 상황에 따라 특성에 맞게 판단기준의 조절이 가능하다. 따라서 그 수치가 유동적일 수 있으나 본 모델에서 수치변화에 대한 탄력적인 대응이 가능함으로써 간편하고 효율적인 데이터 구축의 모델로 활용될 수 있다. The purpose of this research is to evaluate an accurate biotope area ratio model with efficiency and convenience of database management through promoting sustainable development to provide people amenities in a new town. In particular, the biotope area ratio is used not only in the environment impact assessment but Green building certification criteria. But now there is no any index map of biotope. So it is very hard to implement with data for supplement results. In this research, we suggest the model of integrated attributable information. The evaluation of biotope area ratio is to include a basic land use planning map and a building coverage area which is a wall of greening surface and roof. In case of non building coverage area, the evaluation of biotope area ratio is to include water space, artificial ground, natural ground and pervious gap-pave. A weighted value on the spatial information is combined into the information. And then the merged one is given a land use planning information in a block. In the weighted value on the space type information, it is possible to in its circumstances. Therefore, it can be substituted a correspondence of numerical change for various values elastically in this model.

        Sandwich technique을 이용한 하악골 증대술의 치험 보고

        Objective: This is to report the efficacy of the sandwich technique for bone augmentation in a moderate atrophic posterior mandible through clinical and histological results in two cases. Subjects and Method: Two patients selected had moderate bone resorption in left lower edentulous area. Sandwich osteotomy using the piezosurgery was performed and the osteomized alveolar segments were elevated by 6mm in each two patients. The interpositional mineral allograft materials were inserted in the atrophic posterior mandibles. After four months healing period, bone biopsies in the grafted areas and placement of dental implants were performed. In both cases, panoramic views were taken preoperatively to measure the alveolar bone height for diagnosis, to monitor patient healing, and to evaluate bone healing and bone gain. Results: Sufficient vertical bone height was gained by using the sandwich technique and implants were placed successfully. In radiological evaluation, there was minimal resorption of bone height after the second operation and in histomorphometric evaluation, they showed favorable new bone formation without inflammation in the grafted areas. Conclusion: The sandwich technique can be an effective choice for augmenting vertical bone height in the atrophic mandible. More of cases and long term follow-up are needed to evaluate bone resorption and implant prognosis.

        침수 시 주거용 건축물에서 대피시설로의 접근 취약성 분석을 통한 피난경로 확보방안 - 대구시 북구 침수 사례지를 중심으로 -

        Recently, there have been frequent occurrence of the damage to lives and properties due to the torrential rain caused by climate change. In consideration of the current situations in which the underlying data related to flooding are lacking, this study conducted to build up the basic data on the flooded areas and suggested methods to secure the evacuation routes that can be accessible to evacuation facilities in the residential buildings. Methods of the study are as follows. First, We calculated the flood risk grades of residential buildings based on elevations, considering the flooding characteristics of the flooded areas in Buk-gu, Daegu. Second, We constructed baseline data on the evacuation routes through site investigation and reviewed of drawing using Arc GIS to identify vulnerability to access to the evacuation facilities, targeting the residential buildings. Third, We carried out the proximity analysis through a near analysis of analysis functions in ARC GIS. Forth, We deduced 115 residential buildings in which access to evacuation facilities is considered to be difficult based on the analysis results. Finally, We proposed extension of a blind alley as a means for achieving connectivity to evacuation facilities. And to evaluate the alternatives presented, we reconstructed route data. As a result, about 53% improvement was identified through the proximity analysis.

      • 국.공유 일반재산 중 가용토지의 경제적 가치평가 - 칠곡군을 중심으로 -

        칠곡군은 1995년 이후 인구증가율 2.79%를 나타내는 도 농 복합도시로써 산업단지와 농공단지가 입지해 있으며 농경을 위한 경작지와 향후 산업단지의 조성에 따른 토지가 요구되는 특성을 가진 도시이다. 최근 국 공유 재산과 관련하여 불필요한 유휴재산을 관리청이 과다 보유 하여 활용도가 저하된다는 지적과 함께 선진화된 시스템을 구축하기 위한 노력이 일어나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 칠곡군의 국 공유 일반재산 중 실제적인 수요가 발생할 수 있는 가용토지에 관하여 경제적 가치를 매각대상과 임대대상으로 구분하여 평가 하였다. 분석 결과 칠곡군이 보유하고 있는 가용토지와 경제적 가치가 읍면별로 각기 상이한 특성을 나타내는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 합병 가능한 토지를 합필하였을 경우 발생하는 변화량을 수치적으로 확인 할 수 있었다. In Chilgok, industrial complex and agro-industrial complex has facilitated with the population growth rate of 2.79% since 1995. And the city should be apparently required more additional land for agriculture and industrial complex due to the demands of developments. However, many experts has pointed out that utilization of national and public property might be declined recently because the property management office owns too many unnecessary idle lands. So the city is being faced with the necessity of establishing an efficient system for the management of available lands. Therefore, this study evaluated the economic value of available national and public land in Chilgok city. Rental or sale of economic value by separating the target has been also assessed. As a result, each town has totally different characteristics of available lands and the economic values and the numerical change of economic values can measure when merge lots.

        디지털 방식을 이용하여 제작한 양악 가철성 의치 수복 증례

        현재까지 의치는 전통적인 방법을 이용하여 제작하는 것이 일반적이지만, 최근 디지털 기술의 발달로 이를 이용한 의치 제작 빈도가 증가하는 추세이다. 디지털 방식을 이용하여 의치를 제작하는 방법에는 인상체를 3D 스캔하여 CAD 상에서 인공치를 배열한 뒤 이를 3D 프린팅하여 레진상 총의치를 제작하는 방식과 모델을 3D 스캔 후 CAD를 이용하여 frame-work을 디자인하고 3D 프린팅으로 resin pattern을 제작하여 이를 주조 후 금속상 총의치나 국소의치를 제작하는 방식이 대표적이다. 본 증례에서는 디지털 방식의 의치 제작 방법으로써 전자 서베잉을 이용한 진단과 CAD 프로그램을 이용한 framework 디자인, 그리고 이를 3D 프린팅 후 주조하여 상악 총의치와 하악 국소의치를 제작하였으며, 만족스러운 결과를 얻었기에 이를 보고하고자 한다. Generally dentures are manufactured by conventional method, however the frequency of fabricating denture using digital method is increasing due to the recent development of digital technology in dentistry. The digital method of manufacturing denture is classified into two systems; 3D scan of the impression to arrange the artificial teeth on the CAD (Computer-aided design) and 3D printing to produce the resin-based complete denture, or 3D scan of the model to design of the framework using CAD, resin pattern formation by 3D printing and casting of metal framework of complete denture or removable partial denture. In this case report, electronic surveying and design the metal framework of the dentures were performed using CAD program, and plastic resin patterns fabricated by 3D printing were casted for upper full denture and lower removable partial denture. During follow-up periods, dentures using digital method have provided satisfactory results esthetically and functionally.

        〈法隆寺釋迦佛光背銘〉와 〈法隆寺三尊佛光背銘〉에 관한 一考

        Chookojoyumoon including 〈Horyu-ji Main Hall Seokgabulkwangbaemyung〉 and 〈Horyu-ji Samjonbulkwangbaemyeong〉 shows a trial to approach to the sentences of its native language successively even though its basic form is the sentences of pure Chinese. It can be seen from a proper noun such as a person's name, the name of a place, the name of occupation, and so on which are the first stage of borrowing Chinese letters to transcribe into Japanese. After the stage, there are several stages from temporarily marking an expletive like prepositions and auxiliaries with Chinese to marking the part of Jeong Hun which means reading the Chinese original usage correctly. As the stated above, marking the part of a particle in classical Chinese has been assimilated and integrated into inscribing borrowed Chinese letters in order of precedence and it has had the position of a representative in temporary sound names. The names of temporary sound appearing in Chookojoyumoon are the first period of Manyupkamyeong and they were used as the representatives of variations of Manyupkamyeong in second and third period, so it could be found the traces in later generations, Hirakana and Katakana. Horyu-ji Main Hall Seokjabulkwangbaemyeong and Horyu-ji Samjonbulkwangbaemyeong, which are debated in this article, are not greatly contrary to the structure of pure Chinese sentences compared to other Chookojoyumoon. Chinese consonants such as 「?」「於」「于」「以」「者」 been developed from the function as a particle in classical Chinese, assimilated and integrated in to the second period of Manyupkamyeong, and then settled in the language. Also, it is notably considered that Chinese consonants like 「於」「于」「以」 are sound-borrowed letters used frequently in contemporary old folk songs.

        The major presenting manifestations of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in Korea are known to be cutaneous manifestations, arthritis, nephritis, and fever. The ascites due to peritoneal involvement in SLE is quite common. However, it is unusual for massive ascites to be major presenting manifestations of SLE. In this report, we describe a case of SLE patient whose disease manifested as intractable ascites. This illustrates an unusual presentation and natural history of a complex autoimmune disease.
