Vacuum Hot Pressing을 이용하여 제조한 TiNi형상기억섬유 강화 6061 AI기지 복합재료를 제조하고 미세조직 및 기계적 특성 등을 연구하였다. 제조된 복합재의 항복응력은 예비변형량, 섬유체적율 및 열처리에 따라 증가하였다. 복합재의 지적특성은 예비변형이 가하여진 후 재가열되었을 때 기지 내 TiNi 섬유의 형상기억효과에 의한 압축잔류응력 발생에 기인된다. 미세조직 관찰 섬유와 기지 사이에는 AI$_{3}$Ti및 AI$_{3}$Ni의 금속간화합물층이 관찰되었다. 또한 시험온도 증가와 더불어 TiNi섬유강화된 복합재의 유동강도는 높은 값을 나타내었다.

In order In study the effects of an immunosuppression and a mitigation of inflammation of Gamiseungmagalgeuntang(GMSG) on the allergic contact dermatitis, contact hypersensitivity assay, mast cell, VCAM-1, and T cell of the lymph node in mice induced allergic contact dermatitis by the contacts-sensitizing DNCB were obsereved after oral administration of GMSG extract. The results of this study were as follows ; 1. Ear swelling in contact hypersensitivity assay was decreased in the GMSG group as compared with DNCB group. 2. It was investigated that mast cells were appeared degranulated type in DNCB group and a number of granulated type was more GMSG group than DNCB group. 3. VCAM-1 expression in epidermis and CD11b positive cell in dermis were decreased In the GMSG group as compared with DNCB group. 4. In the lymph node ,the distribution of CD4, CD8, IL-2R positive cell were decreased at the cortex and medula in the GMSG group as compared with DNCB group.
침적법에 의한 수산화아파타이트 코팅 금속재의 기초적 연구

Hydroxyapatite(HA)-coated metal composites were made by the dipping method. The specimen substrates were Ti plates with a thickness of 2 mm. The HA coating was carried out in HA-sol for 1 min by the dipping method. The concentration of HA-sol for the coating ranged from 3.28 to 9.99 wt%. Excellent coating was observed on Ti substrate dipped once in 9.99 wt% sol. Preparation of Ti plates by sandblasting provided the better environment for coating HA on Ti surface than non-treated surface. As the concentration of sol increased, the weight change and the coating thickness increased. Above 7 wt% sol, they increased sharply.
중남미 인프라 민관협력(Public-Private Partnerships)의 특징 및 주요요인 분석

Recent strategy for promoting the sustainable development of infrastructure in developing countries centers on the participation of the private sector in the provision of public infrastructure services as energy, transportation, telecommunication and water. The model is called PPP (Public-Private Partnership), and it varies in the manner of allocating different levels of participation and cooperation, as well as being differentiated in terms of sharing risks and increasing efficiency. This article identifies the significant factors for implementing the model, such as macroeconomic factors, political stability and the institutional qualities of the government and the market; consideration is also given to the theoretical background covered by previous studies. After reviewing the PPP performance of the 5 most highly performing countries (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Chile), the statistical analysis is presented using data of the 29 Latin American countries and resulting in significant confirmation of the important factors for the PPP of infrastructure in Latin America. Furthermore, in conclusion I suggest there are not only policy implications but also implications for business strategy, leading to the characterization of PPP as a win-win partnership.
