Natural gas has superior characteristics that are low fuel efficiency, low CO₂, low pollution and stabilization. And it is possible to apply to existing diesel engine with some mechanical modification. Diesel pilot compression ignition CNG engine has advantage of power and efficiency as same as diesel engine without high cost of remodeling and it can use advantage of high compression ratio of diesel engine and has low Smoke and NOx. In the present study, an existing diesel engine was remodeled into single cylinder Diesel pilot CNG engine has two fuel suppling system, one is diesel pilot injection in cylinder using existing Electronic Unit Injector(EUI), the other is the way that injected CNG into a intake manifold using instituted supply apparatus. The test results showed that diesel pilot injection timing was decided 13°BTCD and diesel pilot injection fuel flow was decided 0.19 L/h. At that condition, Smoke and CO were reduced and NOx was slightly increased than using diesel fuel.

Dimethyl ether (DME) is an oxygenated fuel with a cetane number higher than that of diesel oil, and it realizes smoke free combustion. In the present study, effects of DME intake port injection on the performance and exhaust emissions of common rail direct injection engine using diesel oil were investigated, Test results showed that specific energy consumption of this duel fuel operation was the same as that of diesel oil only, but smoke emission was considerably reduced with the increase of DME injection ratio.

Various heat-treated and surface coating methods are used to mitigate abrasion in sliding machine parts. The most cost effective of these methods involves hard coatings such as diamond-like carbon (DLC). DLC has various advantages, including a high level of hardness, low coefficient of friction, and low wear rate. In practice, a supporting layer is generally inserted between the DLC layer and the steel substrate to improve the load carrying capacity. In this study, an indentation and sliding contact problem involving a small, hard, spherical particle and a DLC-coated steel surface is modeled and analyzed using a nonlinear finite element code, MARC, to investigate the influence of the supporting layer thickness on the coating characteristics and the related coating failure mechanisms. The results show that the amount of plastic deformation and the maximum principal stress decrease with an increase in the supporting layer thickness. However, the probability of the high tensile stress within the coating layer causing a crack is greatly increased. Therefore, in the case of DLC coating with a supporting layer, fatigue wear can be another important cause of coating layer failure, together with the generally well-known abrasive wear.
경력몰입이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 경력성장기회와 LMX의 삼원조절효과

오늘 날 경영환경 및 고용관계의 변화에 따라 조직에 몰입하는 대신에 자신의 경력에 몰입하고자 하는 구성원들이 지속적으로 증가하고 있지만, 조직 측면에서는 조직의 성과를 증가시키기 위해 구성원들의 조직몰입을 증가시킬 필요성이 지속적으로 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 구성원들의 변화하는 경력욕구를 이해하고, 조직몰입을 증가시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위해 구성원들의 경력몰입이 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 경력몰입이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향이 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있다는 선행연구자들의 견해에 주목하였다. 이에 경력몰입과 조직몰입의 관계에서 환경적 특성인 경력성장기회와 관계적 특성인 상사-부하 교환관계(LMX: leader-member exchange, 이하 LMX)의 조절효과가 있을 것으로 예측하고, 먼저 경력성장 기회의 조절효과를 검증하고, 다음으로 경력성장기회와 LMX의 삼원상호작용 효과를 살펴봄으로써 상황에 따라 경력몰입이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 차이가 나타나는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이상의 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 국내 기업 재직자 311명에게 수집한 설문을 이용하여 분석을 실시한 결과, 첫째, 경력몰입은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 경력몰입과 조직몰입의 관계는 경력성장기회에 의해 조절되었다. 구체적으로, 경력성장기회가 높을수록 경력몰입이 조직몰입에 미치는 정(+)의 영향이 강화되었다. 셋째, 경력몰입과 조직몰입의 관계에서 경력성장기회의 조절효과는 LMX에 의해 조절되었다. 구체적으로, 경력성장기회가 높은 경우와 낮은 경우 모두 LMX가 높을수록 경력몰입이 조직몰입에 미치는 정(+)의 효과가 강화되는 것으로 나타났으나, 경력성장 기회가 높은 경우에는 LMX의 조절효과가 거의 없는 반면, 경력성장기회가 낮은 경우에 LMX의 조절효과가 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 구성원들의 경력몰입 뿐만 아니라 조직몰입을 증가시키기 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시함으로써 인적자원관리 및 개발 측면에서의 유용한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. This study aimed to examine an employee’s CC (career commitment) effect on OC (organizational commitment) in order to understand changing career needs and to find ways to increase OC. In particular, this study focused on CGO (career growth opportunity) and LMX (leader-member exchange) and the roles they play in moderation and three-way interaction in the relationship between CC and OC. As such, this study tried to examine the differential effects of CC on OC in specific situations by verifying the moderation effect of CGO and the three-way interaction effect of CGO and LMX. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we analyzed survey data collected from 311 employees working in domestic companies. The results of analysis are as follows: First, CC had a significant positive effect on OC. Second, in the relationship between CC and OC, the moderating effect of CGO was significant. Specifically, the positive effect of CC on OC was stronger when CGO was higher. Third, in the relationship between CC and OC, the three-way interaction effect of CGO and LMX was significant. Specifically, when CGO was high, the positive effect of CC on OC was stronger with high LMX than with low LMX. Likewise, when CGO was low, the positive effect of CC on OC was stronger with high LMX than with low LMX. However, in this case, the moderating effect of LMX was very strong when compared with high CGO situations.
