Demethylchlorotetracycline이 백서의 관상봉합 발육에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

To study some informations on the morphogenesis and developmental process of the coronal suture in rats, the author performed daily oral administrations of demethylchlorotetracycline, a kind of tetracycline group, in the amount of 30mg/kg of body weight to the female rats from the 7th day of pregnancy to the time of delivery. Microscopic evaluation was undertaken on the fetal rats in the experimental group. The subject of this experiment were defined to the fetal rats of each group at 1st, 3rd, 7th and 14th day after birth. All these fetal rats were sacrificed and the heads were removed. All the tissue sections were fixed with $10\%$ formalin, Bouin' and Carnoy' solution and then stained by Hematoxylin-Van Gieson stain, or Feulgen and Rossenbeck, Periodic acid Schiff, and prepared for alcian blue reaction. The results were as follows; 1. The directions of osteogenic fibers were arranged irregulary during first 3 days, but after the 7th day they tended to change radial directions like control group. 2. The density of deep stained cells by Feulgen-Rossenbeck reaction were shown leu in the experimental group than that in the control group in first 3 days, but there was shown no significant difference between both groups after the 7th day. 3. PAS reaction in early stage was generally negative in the experimental group unlike as in the control group, but diffuse reaction was observed in the loose middle zone like as in the control group after 14th day. 4. Alcian blue reaction was negative in cambial zone, and slightly positive in uniting zone compared with control group in early stage. After 14th day, however, there was observed a tendency of moderately positive reaction.

도재소부전장관에서 금속이 노출되지 않고 도재만이 파절시, 구강내에서 직접 행할 수 있는 심미적 수복 방법으로서 복합성 수지를 이용한 수복 방법이 널리 이용되고 있는데 본실험의 목적은 도재와 광중합성 수지간의 접합강도를 비교 측정코저 함에 있다. 본 실험에서는 주사전자 현미경을 사용하여 도재의 부식액 (5% 불화수소산용액, Excelco's porcelain etching gel) 및 부식 시간(2.5분, 5분, 10분, 20분)에 따른 부식양상을 먼저 관찰하였다. 그다음 각기 다른 시간에서 부식 처리된 도재와 대조군으로서 미부식 처리된 도재에 광중합성 수지를 부착시킬시, 첫째 Silane coupling agent(Scotch-Prime)도포후 광중합성 수지를 결합 시켰고 둘째 bonding agent(Scotch bond)도포후 광중합성 수지를 결합시켰으며 셋째 Silane coupling agent(Scotch-Prime)에 bonding agent(Scotch bond)를 도포후 광중합성 수지로 결합 시킨후, 인장강도 측정기 (Shimadzu universal testing machine)를 사용하여 결합력을 측정한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 부식처리된 도재가 미부식 처리된 도재 보다 결합력이 높았다. (p<0.05, P<0.001) 2. 부식 처리된 도재나 미부식 처리된 도재에 있어서 silane coupling agent 도포후 bonding agent로 처치한 경우 가장 결합력이 높았으며 그다음 silane coupling agent로 처치한 경우, bonding agent로 처치한 경우의 순이었다. 3. 도재부식 시간의 증가에 따른 결합력의 차이는 5% HF용액으로 부식 처리된 도재와 Excelco로 부식 처리된 도재에 있어서 5분 정도 까지는 결합력의 증가를 보였으나 그 후에는 결합력에 있어서 거의 증가하지 않는 양상을 보였다. 4. Excelco로 부식 처리된 도재와 5% HF 용액으로 부식처리된 도재간의 결합력 차이에 있어서 bonding agent만으로 처치한 경우에는 두결합력 사이에 서로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나 (P>0.5) silane coupling agent만으로 처치한 경우와 silane coupling agent 도포후 bonding agent로 처치한 경우에는 두결합력 사이에 서로 유의한 차이를 보였다. (P<0.05, P<0.001) 5. Excelco로 부식처리된 도재가 5% HF 용액으로 부식처리된 도재보다 부식정도가 더 현저하였다.

개성 만월대 서부건축군의 문지(門址) 유구에 관한 연구

This study examines the gate remains within the Western Complex of Manwoldae Palace, a Goryeo Dynasty royal site, to classify their structural types and analyze how they relate to the spatial organization and extent of surrounding halls. The gates were categorized based on topographical setting (slope or flat ground) and plan type, including single-bay, multi-bay, and cloister-linked forms. Based on the gates’ directional orientation, access method, and terminal destinations, five circulation path types were identified: complex entrance, area access, main hall access, auxiliary hall access, and secondary access to the main hall. Each type reflects specific spatial roles and hierarchical relationships among the surrounding buildings. A correlation was also observed between the circulation type and gate structure. Gates leading to high-status halls tended to employ single-bay configurations, while auxiliary or peripheral paths were associated with multi-bay or cloister-connected gates. Through this analysis, the study proposes a framework for interpreting spatial hierarchies and inferring the relative placement of architectural units within the Western Complex of Manwoldae.
높이차 해결을 위한 우물마루 구성 방식 분석 - 전주 풍패지관 서익헌을 대상으로 -

Among the methods of constructing the floor of wooden architecture is the wumul-maru. The height of the floor is sometimes adjusted according to the topography of the building, and sometimes there is a height difference between the floor floors to distinguish the two spaces according to the use of space in the Daecheong and toi-maru. The height difference between the topography and the floor height of the well floor of the Jeonju Pungpaejigwan Seoikheon occurs simultaneously.<BR/>With the recent dismantling and repair of Seo Ik-heon, more detailed floor composition methods can be examined. It is confirmed that the direction of Seo Ik-heon tends to decrease toward the west, so the composition method of the lower part of the ear frame to solve this problem is different. It is also confirmed that there is a height difference between the floors to distinguish the space between the Daecheong and the toi-maru. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the wumul-maru composition method in Seoikheon and examine the wumul-maru composition method of wooden architecture to solve the height difference between topography and floors in general.
보고서를 위한 자료수집과 건축문화재 수리이력 DB 구축을 위한 자료수집 비교 연구

A project is in process to systematically manage repair information for recent wooden architectural cultural assets by introducing HBIM (Historic Building Information Modeling) to collect data on repair history and establish an archive. To input information on the repair history of the building and ensure more systematic management, it is necessary to prioritize collecting a database on the repair history of the building. Reports on dismantling and repair, field survey reports, and other documents are typically used to collect repair histories for wooden architectural cultural assets. Additionally, public institutions such as the National Archives, the National Institute of Cultural Heritage, and the National Museum of Korea also hold data on the repair history of these buildings. However, the methods for collecting data may vary depending on the characteristics of each institution or the availability of documents or records. Therefore, this paper examines various methods for collecting repair histories of wooden architectural cultural assets and proposes efficient approaches accordingly.
