화장품 회사의 빅데이터분석을 통한 브랜드컨셉 개발 사례분석

본 연구는 경쟁이 심한 화장품 시장에 새롭게 뛰어들어 빅데이터 분석을 활용하여 브랜드 컨셉을 개발한 기업의 사례를 소개하고 있다. 안티에이징 관련 좋은 원재료 기술을 보유한 스킨리버스랩은 기능성화장품 시장에 새롭게 브랜드를출시하였다. SNS 데이터를 화장품에 대한 소비자 태도, 기능성화장품에 대한 소비자 태도, 기능성화장품의 대표 경쟁사분석, 소비자의 제품 사용 경험 등의 4가지 측면에서 분석하여 로지컬리스킨이라는 매력적인 브랜드 컨셉을 개발하였다. AI 기반 빅데이터 분석 툴인 루미노소를 이용하여 맥락 기반의 감성분석, 연관어 분석, 워드클라우드 분석 등을 통해 소비자에 대한 인사이트를 도출하였다. 로지컬리스킨은 유명잡지나 앱에서 다수의 상을 수상하며 글로벌 트랜드 기준에 부합한 제품으로 인정을 받았고, 미국, 홍콩을 포함한 6개 국가에 진출하였다. 로지컬리스킨 사례는 외부 데이터 만으로 소비자 인사이트를 도출하여 신생 기업이 신규 브랜드로 시장에 진출한 사례이며, AI 기반 감성 분석을 적용한 사례로서의의가 있다.

건설계열 측량교과에서 활용할 모듈 기반의 TAI 모형 적용 교수-학습 과정안 개발 : 전문교과 성취평가제를 적용하여

The study started from the point that learners should be basically equipped to quickly respond to changes in demand for future human resources efficiently and effectively, and an attitude to take part in learning voluntarily should thus be cultivated. To this end, the author applied the TAI model based on a module as a class strategy to solve problems related to several classes occurred in specialized high schools. This application of the TAI model was also motivated by the necessity for designing an appropriate teaching-learning method that encourages improvement of self-learning capacity, consistent learning motivation, and willingness rather than external factors. Through this work, the author aims to heighten the interest of learners and improve endurance in learning. The study results are as follows. First, the learning unit was structuralized as a module and then learning stages were proceeded with so that capacity to adapt to learning would improve. The achievement standard (learning goal) was structuralized in a module type by analyzing and reorganizing the textbook considering the link between the actual practice field and a curriculum based on subject characteristics. Through the process of module type learning stages, the student's capacity to ascertain characteristics of units and to adapt to learning both improved. Second, through application of a TAI model based on a module, Self-Directed Learning capacity and capacity to adapt to a new field improved. By applying the module, Self-Directed Learning could be accomplished more effectively than in the existing passive learning environment. By grafting cooperative learning of the TAI model, students had greater interest and achievement in classes, self-confidence and community consciousness, and an opportunity to broaden their thinking. In particular, improvement of self-confidence is effective in cultivating the capacity required in industrial society to transcend the learning of simple functions and knowledge, as well as the capacity to adapt to new environments. Third, by solving tasks focused on fields related to industrial sites, not only actual survey capacity but also additional capacity to identify and solve tasks through various experiences improved. Furthermore, it was helpful for students to have interest and motivation about their own life and learning to cultivate the qualities and capacity to adapt to the working world where new knowledge and technology rapidly change. Fourth, by applying a standard-based assessment system for technical subjects introduced in 2012 to model design for learning plans, clearer and more objective assessment criteria were arranged, and individual learning through instruction at each achievement level could be accomplished. This improved achievement level of individual learners was helpful in reaching achievement goals at specific levels by overcoming the disadvantages of cooperative learning in each group. 본 연구에서는 미래 인력 수요 변화에 대하여 효율적·효과적으로 신속 대응하기위해 가장 기본적으로 갖추어야할 학습자의 태도로 자발적으로 학습에 임할 수 있는자세를 길러야 한다는 점에 주안점을 갖고 시작하였다. 이를 위해 어떤 외부적인 요인보다 자기학습능력 신장과 지속적인 학습동기 및 의지를 가질 수 있는 적절한 교수-학습 방법의 고안의 필요성과 특성화 고등학교에서 발생되는 여러 가지 수업관련문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 수업 전략으로 모듈기반의 팀 보조 개별학습(이하, TAI)모형을 적용하였다. 이를 통해 학습자의 흥미를 이끌어 내고, 학습 지속력을 높여보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 얻을 수 있는 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습 단원을 모듈식으로 구조화하여 학습단계를 진행함으로써 학습적응 능력이 향상되었다. 성취기준(학습목표)은 교과 특성상 실무 현장과 교과 간 연계를 고려하여 교재를 분석하고 재구성하여 모듈식으로 구조화함으로써 모듈식 학습단계의과정을 통해 단원의 특성 파악과 학습 적응 능력이 향상되었다. 둘째, 모듈 기반의 TAI 모형 적용을 통하여 자기주도적 학습능력과 현장 적응능력의 향상을 가져왔다. 모듈식 학습 방법을 적용하여 종래의 수동적인 학습 환경에서 벗어나 보다 능동적으로 학습하는 자기주도학습을 할 수 있었으며, TAI 모형과협동학습의 접목으로 함께하는 수업에서의 흥미와 성취감, 자신감과 공동체 의식,그리고 사고의 폭을 넓히는 계기를 갖게 되었다. 특히 자신감의 향상은 단순 기능및 지식의 습득에서 벗어나 산업사회에서 요구되는 능력과 새로운 환경에 적응할수 있는 능력을 길러주는데 효과적이다. 셋째, 산업현장과 관련된 보다 현장 중심적인 과제를 해결함으로써, 측량실기능력향상뿐만 아니라 다양한 경험을 통하여 과제를 발견하고 해결하는 등 부가적인 능력 또한 신장되었다. 나아가 학생 스스로 자신의 생애와 학습에 대한 관심과 동기를일으키고 새로운 지식과 기술이 급격하게 변화하는 직업세계에 적응할 수 있는 자질과 능력을 길러내는데 도움이 되었다. 넷째, 2012년부터 도입된 전문교과 성취평가제를 학습지도안 모형 구안에 적용하여, 보다 명료하고 객관화된 평가기준을 마련하였으며, 성취수준별 지도를 통해 개별적인 학습이 가능하도록 구상하였다. 이는 모둠별 협동학습의 단점을 보완하여 학습자 개인의 성취수준을 높이고, 일정 수준의 성취목표에 도달하는데 도움이 되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 국민건강영양조사 제6기 1차년도 자료를 토대로 65세 이상 노인의 인구사회학적 요인, 신체적 요인, 정신건강적 요인, 사회경제적 요인이 그들의 신체활동에 영향을 미치는지 파악하고, 그 결과에 따라 노인의 신체활동을 장려할 수 있는 실천적·정책적 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 독립변수로 인구사회학적 요인에는 성별, 연령, 배우자유무, 신체적 요인에는 주관적 건강상태, 만성질환, 일상활동능력, 정신건강적 요인에는 스트레스, 우울, 수면시간. 마지막으로 사회경제적 요인에는 경제활동 상태, 소득수준, 교육수준을 포함하였다. 종속변수인 신체활동은 5가지 신체활동을 각각의 권장 수준에 맞게 실천 여부로 구분하고 빈도를 합산하여 측정하였다. 연구방법은 PASW 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계 분석, 그리고 위계적 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 65세 이상 노인의 인구사회학적 요인에서는 성별, 연령이 신체활동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 신체적 요인에서는 주관적 건강상태와 일상활동능력이 신체활동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 정신건강적 요인에서는 수면시간이 신체활동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 사회경제적 요인에서는 소득수준과 교육수준이 신체활동이 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 상대적 영향력을 살펴본 결과로는 교육수준이 높고, 여성보단 남성이, 주관적 건강상태가 좋을수록, 일상활동능력이 높을수록, 연령이 낮을수록, 소득수준이 높을수록, 그리고 수면시간이 정상수면일수록 신체활동을 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 65세 이상 노인의 신체활동을 장려하기 위한 실천적·정책적 시사점을 제언하였다. This is a study on the determinants of physical activities of the elderly in South Korea. The objective of this research is two-fold: First is to analyze how the socio-demographic factors, physical health factors, mental health factors, and socio-economic factors of the elderly affect their physical activities. Second is to provide practical and policy implications accordingly. Based on the data of the first year of the 6th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES Ⅵ-1), 2013, this research targeted 1,174 elderly persons (674 female and 500 male) whose ages were above 65. This research used frequency analysis and descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis to examine the determinants of physical health of the elderly. PASW Statistics 18 was used for analysis. The results indicated that: higher the education level, female (than male), better the subjective awareness of health, higher the activities of daily living level, lower the age, higher the household income level, and closer to the normal sleeping hours resulted in more physical activities. Based on the results, practical and policy implications are drawn as follows. Relative impact of on the determinants of the elderly physical activities was education level, sex, subjective awareness of health, activities of daily living, age, household income level, and sleeping hours (in order). This, in other words, indicates that socially vulnerable class (i.e. female elderly citizens with low education level, low subjective awareness of health, and trouble in activities of daily living) have much restrictions to practicing physical activities. Thus, practical and policy alternatives are needed.
